This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain.

Hello did you had fear to write this question. I think NO right. Because you might have thought no body is in Front and nobody is watching so no fear right! same thing apply when you are LiVE anywhere. Just think no one is there. And complete your task. Do regular yoga or dhyan. Join any of your convenient meditation part. Either sri sri ravisamkar, or any near by you know the place. Meditation will help most in your condition. Do ask in private consulting. Thanks.

I am 52 years old having hyper tension since last 4-5 years, I have under gobe angiography in 2013 in forties hospital new delhi, which has normal study. I was advised some precautionary treatment and continued. My BP is running average 136/84 mmhg with electronic instrument. I found it increased to 160/88 yesterday evening after my post meal walking.

nothing to worry...monitor your b.p daily for 7 days if on higher side then antihypertensives will be started..in the meantime follow lifestyle measures in the form of reduced salt and fat diet.. brisk walk for 30 min of the day

The predominant and most active androgen is testosterone, which is produced by the male testes. Its excess can lead to hyperactive/obsessive sex drive. I am 26 years old and my weight is 88 kg my weight increases very fast. I gain more than 2 kg in a week without having dinner I only have normal breakfast and lunch but still weight increases and I loose my weight very slow means if I start exercise with 4 km running daily I loose 0.5 kg in 15 days.

Not as such. But by eating lots of chocolate you will gain weight. There is no link between complexion and chocolates. It can infect your teeth, in our saliva presence of s. Mutans bacteria responsible for teeth decay gets active on eating chocolates so to avoid this you should brush twice a day.(at morning and at night) and after brush at night don't eat chocolate. At your age eating few chocolates is not so much bad so enjoy some chocolates also.

I am a boy heavily addicted to masturbation from 3 years. I do it regularly 3-4 times a week from past 3 years and trying to stop it from previous 6 months but failed every time. I am also depressed, not happy. Also avoid people and try to live alone all the time.
