I have tibial plateau fracture before 3 months doctors advised surgery and placed a plate with seven screws after 3 months I am not bear weight fully on my leg please suggest.

My left neck and left side shoulder paining from past week. I applied volini. But it not give me relief. Even 1 min aso my neck goes down and again back to normal position pain is coming. This is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression.

I am suffering from acute back pain and pain in the thigh and left hip for the last two months even after taking all medicine and physiotherapy treatment and homeopathic treatment. I slipped while coming out from a lift in the month of May after I returned after visiting my ailing brother who has been diagnosed with rapidly progressive dementia and his condition is deteriorating day by day. My parents are not alive and he is the only one who can come in high and low times. I become so much depressed after seeing him in such a state. I keep on crying and praying for my brother recovery but Dr. said it is incurable. I don't know what to do. My family and kids are also suffering due to my condition but I am unable to keep control on my emotions. Please guide me what to do. Thanks a lot for your help.

Some facts in life are to be accepted as they are. Some chronic ailments lie dementia have a defined course. Your attached emotions with your brother are understandable, but your feelings and emotions seem to be dominated by sadness and negativism towards self and surroundings. This definitely suggests a depressive disorder which is probably assisted in precipitation by a hypothyroid state and post hysterectomy status. I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist with your latest thyroid reports and consider starting some helpful medications to alleviate depression. avoid direct bending firstly bend ur knee then u . second do hot fermentation and rest . avoid long sitting toward bending lifting weight. posture correction must. if it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment

Use Knee caps. You take keva Orthocare capsule 1 in morning end 1 capsule in night 30 minutes before lunch end dinner end Keva Alovera capsule 1 in morning end 1 in night 30 minutes before lunch end dinner. I am 21 year old having problem rheumatoid arthritis. So having problem in right knee it gets stiff when place in same position for some time and feels difficulty in moving afterwards. Also it pain in arm while doing some work like doing brush n similarly feels pain in many parts. Taking medicines for it. So what things I should take in food for improvement and what more thing I should do to reduce it. Thanks.

1- dashang lepa 50 gm + alsi-flax seed 50 gm, prepare a powder, take 10 gm prepare a paste in glycerin and apply two times morning and evening on rt. Knee joint, keep for one hour and later clean 2- - mahavishgarbha tail massage on painful joints twice in a day after removing lepa 3- dashmool kwath 10 ml + maharasna kwath 10 ml twice daily after food 4- triphala churna 5 gm at bed time with warm water may use knee cap-should not tight, take bit loose for support 5- may take ginger-adrak, mentha-pudina, dalchini tea instead of regular tea no curd, heavy food, cold beverages, do morning and evening walk and yogasana. Continue for 3 months, give feed back after every month.

It is called as peri arthritis shoulder and for that you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm.

Hi, there can be different reasons for pain from waist to toe for example it can be due to compression of nerve or disc prolapse, osteoporosis, inflammation. I would strongly suggest you to go to an orthopedic doctor for further investigation and proper treatment.
