Take homeopathic medicine acid phos 1m/single dose (5 drops in little water) and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Also use arnica shampoo. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Dear, ideally your weight should be around 50 -51 kgs for a good bmi. It is very nice that your are health conscious. Considering your lifestyle (i assume sedentary) ideal calorie intake to achieve a bmi of 21.5 would be around 1800 cal/ day. To achieve your target weight of 51 kgs you need to reduce or burn 500 cal per day which should reduce your weight by around 1/2 kg per week and in around 4 months should reach you to 50-51 kgs. This should be the plan. Now we convert the calories to actual food and exercise. See to it you keep your portions in control have 4 meals a day cut down on carbs and keep the intake level to 1200-1300 cals which knocks of 200 calories and walk around 4 kms every day to reduce another 200 or so. See to it if you can exercise more to reduce 100 more calories. Please do not under eat or crash diet. For a proper plan kindly consult.

Spinach, beet root, tomato, pomegranate, apple, dates, soybean,whole grain atta, nuts, 1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water for medicine contact on private chat.

Take almonds and walnut soaked overnight. Take small meals in gap of 2 hours. Try to take dinners early before 8 o clock. Use sendha salt to cook your dinner. Avoid protien and curd combinations. Post dinner take papaya 1 katori at bed time.

Hi, Check you blood for serum calcium levels. If it is low, take calcium supplements. Dietary supplements include milk and milk products, ragi preparations etc. So, drink 2 glasses of milk per day.

You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly.

Tips to overcome Stress

Exercise: to relieve stress and lift your mood. Exercise is a powerful antidote to stress, anxiety, and depression. Look for small ways to add activity to your day, like taking the stairs instead of the elevator or going for a short walk. To get the most mental health benefits, aim for 30 minutes or more of exercise per day.
- get a dose of sunlight every day. Sunlight lifts your mood, so try to get at least 10 to 15 minutes of the sun per day. This can be done while exercising, gardening, or socializing.
- limit alcohol and avoid cigarettes and other drugs. These are stimulants that may unnaturally make you feel good in the short term but have long-term negative consequences for mood and emotional health

1. Take crocin Advance one Tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily at the time of attack, apply ice pack, massage scalp/temple 2. Drink plenty of water and take rest. 3. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation, exposure to loud noise, bright light, strong smell inadequate sleep, continuous use of cell phone since it precipitates migraine attack 4. Avoid salted /processed food, aged cheese, excess tea/coffee/alcoho (red wine)/caffeinated beveragesl. Don’t skip/postpone your meal, avoid hunger since it triggers the attack 5. Go for regular exercise, reduce weight if over weight 6. Practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve you from stress 7. If You have chronic migraine, you have to take migraine prophylaxis like propranolol/ vasograin after consulting physician 8. Consult neurologist to exclude other causes of headache and if required, take CT scan of brain.

This is due to gastritis. Dont take alcohol in empty stomach. If you are having it, take with some snacks. Take Rantac 150 mg twice daiy before food for few days, have bland diet, avoid spicy food. Drink plenty of water

Hair fall can be result of various conditions. Lack of protein in diet can be one the leading cause. Vitamin deficiencies can also result in hair fall. Mental stress can also cause hair fall. Detailed history is required for knowing exact cause and thus treatment. As of now, try increasing protein intake such as egg white, sprouts, milk in your diet.

You first need to re look at your diet. You need an elimination diet to 1st correct your digestion and once you know what food is best suited for your body, you can start with a muscle gain diet.

To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut, milk and milk products etc 2 do not take stress, if you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 quite smoking or any kind of tobacco. 4 eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently

Please tell me if you are treatment and what are the drugs. Plus also let me know fasting and pp sugar levels & hba1c level. Rbs more than 150 mg is high, better to bring it down. Headache in the morning could be due to many reasons, normally high blood sugar does not produce any obvious symptoms. What is your bp reading? please also inform me your weight, height, waist circumference and level of physical activity daily. I await the info.
