How much water should drink in daily routine and is it will help in skin colour black to white.
Today, the IOM liberally recommends an even higher volume of total daily water intake: 3.7 liters (15 cups) for the average adult male and 2.7 liters (11 cups) for the average adult female. If these numbers seem daunting, don't worry. These will help you keeping your body perfect and skin smoother. Take care.

The first step in treating Hair Loss is to identify the cause that may have lead to it. Hair Loss can be caused by so many factors that it is impossible to list all of them here, however we can discuss the causes of hair loss in majority of cases: Lets discuss the major ones here: 1) Nutritional Deficiency: It is the major cause of hair loss. Hair like every other body part thrives under proper nutrition and suffers with the lack of it. A diet rich in Biotin, Zinc, Fatty Acids, Vitamin C, Iron and Vitamin A will help. 2) Lack of Scalp Hygiene: A good environment is essential for growing healthy hair. Dandruff, excess oil and debris can all cause hair quality to deteriorate. Invest in a medicated gentle shampoo that is SLS and DEA free. In case you have a dry scalp use a panthenol serum or any natural oil. 3) Genetic: The major cause of Hair Loss in Men, Genetic hair loss in men leads to Male Pattern Baldness as Testosterone in your body binds with an enzyme to create DihydroTestosterone or DHT that in turn causes miniaturisation of hair gradually. It leads to a pattern baldness. 4) Hormonal: The number 1 cause of hair loss in females, Hormonal Imbalance can lead to Hair Thinning and diffused hair loss. It can be caused by Excess Estrogen, Thyroid Imbalance, Excess Testosterone and Insulin Resistance. 5) Stress: Stress too can cause hair loss as it may extend the resting phase of the hair and restrict hair from entering the growing phase. If diagnosed at the right time, all of the above indications can be treated or controlled.

Rashes on skin are mostly caused due to allergy or called hypersensitivity. It may caused by some special food items or cloth fabrics. * you are advised to please check the clothes you are wearing. Avoid all types of synthetic cloths like nylon & use only cotton clothes to avoid rashes. * avoid peanuts, jaggery (gur), garlic, tila, cashew, pista, dates, spices, curd, egg, chicken, alcohol because these food increase the internal heat of body which may also cause redness of skin & appearance of reddish spots, itching & burning. * apply calamine lotion on sites of rashes to get relief from itching & burning. * drink upto 2-3 liters of water everyday. * practice sheetali pranayan in the morning for 5-8 minutes. You can ask me to get detail of this pranayam.

Say no to chemical treatment of hair. Chemical treatments like relaxers do make curly hair look longer, though they drastically slow down the growth of men’s hair.

A chickenpox scar can be treated in a variety of ways. They can be excised, or cut out, and there will be a scar, but typically it will be much less noticeable than the one you have. Over time, 1-2 years, our patients have trouble finding the scars. The scars can be treated with laser after surgery and they respond much better than without surgery. Be hopeful, this is able to be treated.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne.So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily.Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily . • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse.if you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric.Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores ,which in turn clear the skin .steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Use home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity.

I am 23 year female. I am suffering from hair loss after using minoxidil 5% usp minimize recommended by dermatologist...
In Homeopathy, a huge number of wonderful medicines are present that are used to tackle hair loss cases. Every kind of hair loss (ranging from hair loss due to anemia / nutritional deficiencies, due to skin disorders, due to mental / physical trauma, due to childbirth or menopause, after acute diseases, to alopecia areata, alopecia totalis or androgenetic alopecia) can be treated with the help of well selected homeopathic medicines. Hair loss is due to dietary deficiency, hormonal imbalance, stress, strong chemical effects, styling tools, dandruff.
Remove these causes first and also follow these steps:-
1. For hair growth eat healthy diet.
2. Include protein rich diet. Soya food, protein shakes, beans, pulses are good for hair. 3. Nuts are good source of omega 3 and fiber. Its also good for hair. 4. Drink lots of water. 5. Start herbal tea or green tea. Its good for hair growth. 6. If you are non veg then its also good for hair. Protein helps in fast growth of hair and also prevent hair fall. 7. Take all dairy products. 8. You can apply curd on hair before head bath. After that wash hair with normal shampoo and apply conditioner. 9. You can use homoeopathic oil arnica hair oil. A good head massage is also helpful. 10. Avoid using strong chemicals and heating tools. Also avoid hair colouring. Use heena and amla for grey hair. If you want medicine revert back.
