Hi If you have regular cycles it means you are probably ovulating normally. Your other two tests, husbands semen yes and your tube test (HSG) is normal. This qualifies you for what is known as unexplained infertility. Since you are young and the duration of infertility is only 2 years you have a very good chance of conceiving. Eat healthy excerciselike well and have regular sexual intercourse at least 3-4 times per week and especially during fertile days that is 10th ton18th day of your cycle (count starting day of your periods day 1). It might be a good idea to get a day 21 progesterone level tested in your blood to see if you are ovulating normally.

Ovarian cyst is not a big issue. Treatment depends on the size of the cyst and symptoms. Sexual activity can be done Normally.

You are 28 yrs, and if you are married and having kids, then this is a common problem and you can seek a gynecologist to assess your condition. Mostly they will do some hormone tests and sonography to rule out diseases like thyroid problems, uterine or ovarian problems If you are married and not have had children than you can get treatment of Gynecologist to help you become pregnant. This treatment also causes menses to be regular If you are unmarried then too you should get assessed by gynecologist as many problems like PCOD, thyroid tuberculosis can cause scanty menses and irregular menses

You need to do Urine Pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test.

जैतून के तेल की काफी लोकप्रियता है, जाहिर है इसके लिए जैतून के तेल के विभिन्न गुण ही जिम्मेदार हैं. ये हमारी कई परेशानियों को दूर करने में मदद करता है. जो लोग बाजार से ऑलिव ऑयल लेते हैं उन्हें इसकी गुणवत्ता पर विशेष ध्यान देने की जरूरत है. क्योंकि बाजार में कम गुणवत्ता वाले जैतून के तेल भी खूब बिकते हैं. सबसे अच्छा ऑलिव ऑयल उसे माना जाता है जो कोल्ड प्रेस्ड होता है. इसमें सबसे अच्छा स्वाद और गंध मौजूद होता है. जैतून के तेल की खास बात यह है कि इसका इस्तेमाल आंतरिक और बाह्य दोनों तरीके से किया जा सकता है. इसके अलावा इसका इस्तेमाल स्वास्थ्य के साथ-साथ सुंदरता के लिए भी किया जाता है. आइए जैतून के तेल की मालिश से होने वाले फायदों को इस लेख के माध्यम से जानें.
1. वजन घटाने में

जैतून के तेल में फैटी एसिड और कई सारे एंटीऑक्सीडेंट्स के साथ ही विटामिन ई भी भरपूर मात्रा में पाई जाती है. इसमें मौजूद ये सभी तत्व, सूखे और क्षतिग्रस्त बालों के इलाज में काफी उपयोगी साबित होते हैं. इससे दो मुंह वाले बालों की समस्याओं का भी उचित समाधान होता है.
4. कोलेस्ट्रॉल को कम करने में

5. कैंसर के उपचार में
जैतून के तेल में मौजूद पॉलीफाइनल एंटीऑक्सीडेंट्स आपके शरीर में सूजन को कम करने के साथ ही कैंसर के जोखिम को भी कम करते हैं. इसके लिए आपको शुद्ध जैतून के तेल का एक से दो चम्मच रोजाना इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए.
6. चेहरे के लिए
ऑलिव ऑयल को त्वचा की नमी के लिए एक अच्छा मॉइस्चराइजर माना जाता है. इसमें विटामिन ए और ई के साथ ही फैटी एसिड भी पाया जाता है. जिससे आपके शरीर की त्वचा में झुर्रियों का बनना तो रुकता ही है चेहरे पर पड़ने वाली लाइंस को भी रोकता है.
7. उच्च रक्तचाप में
ऑलिव ऑयल की सहायता से आप उच्च रक्तचाप में राहत पा सकते हैं. इसके अलावा खाने में जैतून का तेल इस्तेमाल करने से हमारे शरीर में रक्त परिसंचरण में सुधार आता है. इससे रक्तचाप की समस्या भी दूर होती है.
8. हड्डियों की मजबूती के लिए
जैतून के तेल की मालिश करने से आपके शरीर की हड्डियों मैं मजबूती आती है. ऑलिव ऑयल के इस्तेमाल से ऑस्टियोपोरोसिस का खतरा भी कम होता है. इसलिए हड्डियों के स्वस्थ्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए इसका इस्तेमाल करें.
9. दिमाग के लिए

Dear Kiran Raj, These symptoms are also pre-mensural. Since intercourse is new to her body, and the physical stress of being newly married, changes like there can happen. she may be tired, weak or simply nervous. Make sure she eats well, takes proper rest and take some safe tonic like chavanprash, dates, milk etc. Wait for 15 days to see if she is pregnant or otherwise. best of luck.
