You may be having infestation of intestinal parasites like hook warms, round warms, tape warms. Normally dewarming is done at least once a year if not six monthly. It is a single dose medication like albendazole or mebendazole so get it done in consultation with a doctor near your locality. It will be ok.

First of all remove this thought from your mind that" masturbation is bad" and that" masturbation has caused damage to your penis size and performance" both these thoughts are causing the problem for you. Masturbation is a healthy way to release sperms produced by the body when a person is sexually mature but not having a partner. Now coming to your marriage, how do you know that your wife is not getting satisfied? satisfaction at sex, is not dependent on the" size" of the penis or the" duration" of sex, it is dependent on the pleasure that one gives to the partner. Like a man gets aroused and gets an erection, the female also get aroused and their erectile organs beside the vagina swell. Many a girls are in fear during sex and this prevents them from: getting aroused getting lubricated and hence they get pain at sex and avoid it to prevent pain. It doesnot mean that they are lacking something. You be the master who teaches your partner, by using your skills to give pleasure to her. Women get aroused and pleasurable sensations" not" due to the thrusting at sex, but they get pleasure when their clitoris is stimulated. During the foreplay get to know her private parts, and you will find that the top of her vulva there is a fold of skin enclosing a tiny bead like organ called clitoris. Penis going in and out of the vagina, generally does not cause orgasm. But clitoris massage always causes orgasm to occur.

Fever with joint pains are the common symptoms for both dengue and chickenguinea. Keep checking for any rashes. Make her drink at least 3 liters of fluid a day to prevent dehydration. Complete rest.

1) U need to focus on loosing weight. Start diet modification (take a detailed diet consult). Start brisk walking begin gradually and increase it to 45 mins of brisk walk everyday. 2) Repeat your lipid profile after 6 weeks of the above precautions and if it is still high u will need medication. 3) quit smoking and drinking if u do. 4) Start For vitamin D u will need supplement, for Vitamin B just eat curd, sprouts and fruits.

The Disease is known as OSMF (Oral Submucous Fibrosis. It's not openning due to fibrous bands that has been formed in both side of yours buccal mucosa. Visit a Dentist and ask him/her to go for intralesional injections of Hyaluronidase, Methyl Prednisolone, placental extract and LA along with tablet of Lucopene to be administered once a week for almost 2 months. If these doesn't inproves your mouth openning then there are Sugeries available. So don't worry and just stop Gutkha completely.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. When you’re trying to conceive a baby, waiting for your next period can be a test of patience. If your menstrual cycle varies from month to month or if you haven’t been keeping track of your cycle dates you may not even be sure of when your period is to begin. However, a missed period is not the only sign of pregnancy. Here are ten others signs to watch out for.

  1. Sensitive nipples: As your hormone levels increase so does the blood supply to the breasts and nipples. This can make you feel extra sensitivity in the form of a tingling sensation around the nipples.
  2. Nausea: Morning sickness affects most pregnant women but some women are spared this experience. Morning sickness can start as early as four weeks into the pregnancy and is marked by feelings of queasiness and an urge to vomit. Despite its name, morning sickness can affect a woman at any time of the day.
  3. Frequent urination: A combination of surging hormones and a higher volume of blood in the body can make your kidneys work extra hard. From the 6th week of pregnancy onwards, women find themselves urinating more frequently. This may also be accompanied by a burning sensation.
  4. Food cravings: Cravings for ice cream, pickles etc. is often joked about when it comes to pregnancy, but this can be one of the first signs of pregnancy. After conceiving a baby, a woman is likely to go off certain flavours even though they may be things she liked otherwise. You may also notice a metallic taste in your mouth and change in your sensitivity to the smell of things as well.
  5. Tiredness: As the body gears up to nurture a growing foetus, mothers find themselves abnormally tired. Pregnancy hormones also add to this feeling along with making you upset and emotional. This fatigue is often highest in the first and third trimester.
  6. Darker nipples: Pregnancy hormones can also cause changes in the appearance of your skin. One of the first noticeable changes is darkening of the nipples. Your nipples may also become more erect and the bumps around them may become more pronounced.
  7. Spotting: It is easy to mistake light bleeding for a period, but if you are pregnant this is known as implantation bleeding. The reason for this spotting is not known but it occurs as the fertilised egg settles into the uterus. This spotting may also be accompanied by mild cramps.
  8. Bloating: Pregnancy hormones can make you feel bloated especially in the abdominal area. This feeling is similar to the feeling some women have just before their menstrual cycle begins.
  9. Mood swings: Pregnancy hormones affect neurotransmitters in the brain. For some women, this can cause heightened emotions while for others it can lead to depression and anxiety.
  10. High basal body temperature: Basal temperature refers to your lowest body temperature and is usually taken as soon as you wake up. If your basal temperature has been higher than normal for more than two weeks consecutively, it may be a sign that you are pregnant. Hi. Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? any underlying medical condition? the pain in legs can be because of - muscle cramps (due to tiredness or dehydration), shin splints (doing activity over and over on hard surfaces can bring this on. You may also be more likely to get shin splints if you have flat feet or your feet turn outward. Rest your legs to feel better. Ice helps), tendinitis (you can get it from overworking the calf muscle or climbing the stairs, apply ice to get some relief), sprains (do rest, ice, compression & elevation). Other causes are varicose veins, arterial disease, sciatica, diabetic neuropathy. Medication: meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

Thank you for the query constipation can arise due to a number of reason. Inadequate water intake and low fibre diet are important causes. It is therefore essential to drink at least 2 litres of water per day. High fibre diet may help in relieving constipation. Since your constipation is prolonged, I would suggest you to go for a thyroid profile as hypothyroidism can cause constipation. Some medications like oral iron tablets can cause constipation. Hernia, if obstructed can cause constipation, usually that is associated with pain. However, prolonged constipation may give rise to other complications like piles and fissures. Hernia may also arise due to prolonged straining during defecation.

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormaonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from thistake Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!). Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Do not drink water immediately after meals. Lunch salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. It will be good to add some roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger in the butter milk. For more details consult me privately.

Hi, take tab. Lakshmivilasa ras 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 days. Avoid cold and refrigerated food. Drink boiled and cooled water. Take steam inhalation by adding 1 or 2 drops of eucalyptus oil to boiling water. Wear warm clothing. Avoid intake of sweets and oil fried food. Take koflet cough syrup 2 tsf 3 times a day for about a week.

Always think in long term strategy which keep you fit and slim always so first doing regular exercise starting from 15 to 30 minutes regularly do not bother about your diet, once you dedicate yourself and able to continue regularly for atleast six month then next gradually increase your timings to 1 hour and find whether you can dedicate 1 hour regularly unless you dedicate your self for 45 to 60 minutes for excercise regularly do not bother about your diet it will take atleast 1 year then gradually start to reduce the number of intake because 1st six month you feel hungry when you start doing exercise it will come down after words use this long term strategy it has helped lot of person to maintain their fitness for a long term it is a practice to your mind and your day today activities, without prior planning most our body will not cooperate.
