Hello lybrate-user, Your High craving for eating sweet is basically I feel cause of increase in weight. So I suggest restraint your self of this habit. If it doesn't improve than kindly consult an endocrinologist to rule out any diseases of being overweight. Alternatively you can consult me to achieve your ideal weight with proper diet schedule. Diet breakfast tea or coffee in any quantity with less sugar and a little milk. Any amount of fresh lime water with salt or with less or no sugar. Butter milk in limited quantity. Lunch 100 grams of chicken breast or fish. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking and the meat must be weighed raw (weight of bones to be reduced approximately). It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Vegetarians may substitute it with 100 grams of paneer. Choice of vegetables from the following: spinach, tomatoes, onions, radishes, cucumbers, cabbage, pear gourd (parval), bottle gourd (lauki), ridge gourd (torai), turnip (shalgam) or any other of similar type excluding potato, sweet potato or similar. One chappati of pearl or spiked millet (bajra), finger millet (nachni) or green lentils (moong) sprouts or wheat as last resort. An apple or a handful of strawberries or one-half of an orange or sweet-lime. Dinner: the same four choices as lunch.

नेफ्रोटिक सिंड्रोम आम किडनी रोगों में से एक या रोगों का समूह कहा जा सकता है, इसमें किसी भी आयु समूह के शरीर पर सूजन होना इसके लक्षणों में से एक है. साथ ही इसमें पेशाब के दौरान प्रोटीन मात्रा का अधिक निकलना, रक्त में प्रोटीन की कमी, कोलेस्ट्रॉल का उच्च स्तर और शरीर में सूजन इस बीमारी के लक्षणों में से एक हैं. लेकिन अधिकत्तर मामलों में देखा जाता है कि यह रोग बच्चों को अपनी पकड़ में ले लेता है. हालांकि, उचित उपचार से इस रोग पर नियंत्रण पाया जा सकता है. 

नेफ्रोटिक रोग के दुष्प्रभाव 
अगर आसान भाषा में समझने की कोशिश करें, तो यह कहा जा सकता है कि किडनी शरीर में छलनी का काम करती है. इसके द्वारा शरीर की अनावश्यक पदार्थ अतिरिक्त पानी पेशाब द्वारा बाहर निकल जाता है.
नेफ्रोटिक रोग में किडनी की छलनी जैसे छेद बड़े हो जाने के कारण अतिरिक्त पानी और उत्सर्जी पदार्थों के साथ-साथ शरीर के लिए आवश्यक प्रोटीन भी पेशाब के साथ निकल जाता है. जिससे शरीर में प्रोटीन की मात्रा कम हो जाती है और शरीर में सूजन आने लगती है.

नेफ्रोटिक सिंड्रोम के कारण
इस रोग को प्राथमिक या इडीयोपैथिक नेफ्रोटिक सिंड्रोम भी कहा जाता हैं. इस रोग के होने का कोई ठोस कारण नहीं होता है. लेकिन विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि श्वेतकणों में लिम्फोसाइट्स के कार्य की खामी के कारण यह रोग होता है. आहार में परिवर्तन या दवाइँ को इस रोग के लिए जिम्मेदार मानना बिल्कुल गलत है. इस बीमारी के 90% मरीज बच्चे होते हैं जिनमें नेफ्रोटिक रोग का कोई निश्चित कारण नहीं मिल पाता है. 

वयस्कों की बात करें, तो नेफ्रोटिक सिंड्रोम के 10% से भी कम मामलों में इसकी वजह अलग-अलग बीमारियां या कारण हो सकता है. जैसे संक्रमण, किसी दवाई से हुआ नुकसान कैंसर, वंशानुगत रोग, मधुमेह, एस. एल. ई. और एमाइलॉयडोसिस आदि में यह सिंड्रोम उपरोक्त बीमारियों के कारण हो सकता है.

नेफ्रोटिक रोग के मुख्य लक्षण :

  • दो से छः वर्ष के बच्चों में यह रोग मुख्यत दिखाई देता है. अन्य उम्र के व्यक्तियों में इस रोग की संख्या बच्चों की तुलना में बहुत कम दिखाई देती है.
  • आमतौर पर इस रोग की शुरुआत बुखार और खाँसी के बाद होती है.
  • शुरुआती लक्षणों में आँखों के नीचे एवं चेहरे पर सूजन दिखाई देती है. 
  • आँखों पर सूजन होने के कारण कई बार मरीज सबसे पहले आँख के डॉक्टर के पास जाँच के लिए जाते हैं.
  • जब रोगी नींद से सुबह उठते है, तब सूजन ज्यादा दिखाई देती है. यह इस रोग की पहचान है. 
  • हालांकि यह सूजन दिन के बढ़ने के साथ धीरे-धीरे कम होने लगती है और शाम तक बिलकुल कम हो जाती है.
  • रोग के बढ़ने पर पेट फूल जाता है, पेशाब कम होता है, पुरे शरीर में सूजन आने लगती है और वजन बड़ जाता है.
  • कई बार पेशाब में झाग आने और जिस जगह पर पेशाब किया हो, वहाँ सफेद दाग दिखाई देने की शिकायत होती है.

नेफ्रोटिक रोग का इलाज :

  • सबसे पहले जरूरी है कि नेफ्रोटिक सिंड्रोम का निदान करना और प्रयोगशाला जांच से इसकी पुष्टि करना है.
  • इलाज के दौरान सामान्य और स्वस्थ आहार लेने की सलाह दी जाती है.
  • डाइट में रोगी को पर्याप्त मात्रा में प्रोटीन दें.
  • अगर कोई किडनी रोग है, तो प्रोटीन की मात्रा को सीमित रखें. रक्त कोलेस्ट्रॉल के स्तर को नियंत्रित करने के लिए डाइट में फैट का सेवन कम करें.
  • उपचार शुरू करने से पहले बच्चे सुनिश्चित करें कि कही बच्चे को पहले से कोई इन्फेक्शन या तकलीफ न हो, ऐसे संक्रमण पर नियंत्रण स्थापित करना बहुत ही आवश्यक है.
  • नेफ्रोटिक सिंड्रोम से पीड़ित बच्चों को सर्दी, बुखार एवं अन्य प्रकार के संक्रमण होने की संभावना अधिक रहती है.
  • इलाज के दौरान इन्फेक्शन होने से रोग बढ़ सकता है. इसलिए उपचार के दौरान संक्रमण न हो इसके लिए पूरी सावधानी रखना जरूरी होता है.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Dear lybrateuser, - To gain weight & to build your body you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, legumes, soya products, tofu, nuts, sprouts - have more of protein rich foods, include a protein food with each of your meal & also as a snack in between meals - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, pushups, pull ups, squats, crunches which will help build muscles & also you will gain weight.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

Hello, tell me answers of following questions 1. Is cough associated with throat pain ? 2. Is sputum is also coming ? 3.Do you have sneezing/nasal blockade/running nose And Follow advises given below 1.Take proper rest 2.lot of fluids and proper home made diet. 3.warm Saline gargles twice a day for 2-3 days. 4.You can take (if no drug allergy) Tablet Sinarest (Paracetamol. 500 mg+Chlorpheniramine 2 mg) one Tablet after food twice a day for 2-3 days We need to start antibiotics if sputum is coming with cough so tell me answers of above question than i will do further management

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Take salad before meals. Avoid junk food and oily food. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast.
