Clean raw onion garlic tomatoes are more nutritious than eating a boiled one and there is no side effects if you eat a boiled one

For increasing your weight, eat lots of carbohydrates (potatoes, rice, corn etc.) and good fats (various nuts, peanut butter etc.), high fat dairy (whole milk, cheese). There are many factors that you need rule out first. Check your thyroid levels. Correct your eating pattern along with regular physical activity.

You are unlikely to be preg as it was nor a fertile period however pl wait 3-5 days after the date and get the test done.

Sir I am diabetic detected 2 years back. My fasting is 85 and pp is 140-160 average. I am taking no medicine and avoids all diabetic food. Earlier I have asked the same question, you have suggested for Hba1c, which I got report yesterday an it is 6.5. Shall I need any medication. Please suggest.

Presently your diabetes is perfectly controlled on the dietary prevautions you are taking. Continue same. No need of any medicines now. Do 30 mins of brisk walk regularly too.

Sir I am 57 years old working women. I am feeling lower back pain not so severe. After standing of 5-6 hrs working in the morning and evening , this is due to exertion or wrong exercise or because of house renovation that work was going on for 35-40 days. Pl suggest some remedy. Thanks.

get x-ray of l/s spine done. avoid bending forward and lifting heavy weights. do hot fomentation if pain is severe, pls take good muscle relaxant for few days.
