Hello, follow the below :- 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. do light exercises regularly to keep your body active. These homoeopathic medicines and dietary addition will increase your appetite and give your metabolism a healthy boost.

For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits/ 4-5 soaked almond and 1-2 soaked walnut .Lunch 1-2 wheat bran roti+ 1bowl veg+ 1 bowl salad/1 bowl veg daliya + 1bowl curd evening: 1 cup tea+ 1bowl roasted channa/murmura Dinner: 1 bowl fruits+ 1glass skimmed milk/Grilled/roasted paneer/1-2 bowl cooked yellow moong dal+ 1bowl veg. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea. Drink tonned milk and lots of water. Take fish oil and salmon. Include more fiber in the diet. Use low fat milk, brown sugar, flax seed. Take good sleep. 10 minutes of sunlight for vitamin D.Avoid more salt in the diet, caffeine, processed foods like instant noodles, pies, bread rolls, artificial sugar, diet coke, sweetener, spices and hot spicy foods.

When I was in mid 16 I used to be really fat around 80 kgs with height 5.5 from kid I used to have really bushy hair. Now I'm 18 n from past 1 n half years I lost 22 kgs of my weight with crash diet .work outs n I weigh around 57 nw in the mid time I was left only with 1/3 of my hair I used to have. Even little baldness can be seen in the front part. This bad hair fall started after losing 20 kgs and hair used to shed like crazy nearly 500 strands per day. I even thought if I had some disease. But gone through body check up n proven healthy. Will this hair grow back? Hw much time will it take for it to be back in form. Is there any hope for me? :(

For low purine diet you need to avoid spinach, dry peas, mushrooms, sea foods, red meat etc. And water consumption should be high ,at least 1.8-2lt /day. Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Both types of diabetes are dangerous. There is nothing like a safe diabetes. Both conditions need to be properly treated, blood glucose levels and HbA1c% have to be effectively controlled if one wants to live a long life and that to free from from long-term complications of diabetes. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. I have been trying desperately to lose weight. Whatever I lose comes back on quickly. I have changed my diet and stop consuming red meats and processed food especially sugar. I consume mostly vegetables. I do not consume rice or alcohol however the weight continues to mount. Any advise?

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.
