Physical exercising help release endorphins in the body which are stress fighting hormones and help in relieving stress. Here is a list of fun physical exercises that working moms can choose their work-out regimen from and enhance their mental health. 

  1. High energy activities: High energy aerobic exercises lead to an increased heart rate, which results in production of more endorphins that make the body fight stress naturally. They include running, skipping, dancing, etc. These also improve physical and mental health. 
  2. Yoga: Yoga is excellent for stress relief. It involves movement and stationary poses or postures, along with breathing exercises. Yoga enhances the body's natural response to relaxation, making your life healthier. 
  3. Tai Chi: Tai chi involves a series of flowing movements of the body along with breathing. Having its roots in martial arts, Tai Chi provides efficient stress relief.

U can feel baby movements around 16 weeks pregnancy. It varies from patient to patient. Yes, if the cervix is short, you might need to get a cervical encirclage. This will ensure that you do not have a miscarriage. Please get a good ultrasound report to ensure that you have a short or dilated cervix.

Hello- Urine pregnancy test comes positive (if pregnant) earliest after ten days of missed period, so be sure to perform the test at correct time. Secondly use morning mid stream urine to perform test.

pain during menses are due to endometrial shreding and change in hormone so,it will subside with in 2-3 days completely.if there is severe pain during menses then get visit to doctor and take proper treatment for that.

Me and girlfriend were messing around today. We used condom all the while. It wS just a one point where we didn't use it. But there was no insertion in the vagina. She's a virgin also. I do not know if it was inserted a little or not. If it all it was inserted also. Just the tip of my penis would've been inserted. Later after an hour or so, she told me there was a little bleeding. Just two three drops. Then after an hour or so more she told me there was more bleeding, but along with a mucus kind of thing. I didn't ejaculate. Maybe I was just leaking of precum. We're afraid of what it could be. Could she be pregnant and lost her virginity as well? All this happened today itself. please respond quickly.

She has probably ruptured her hymen hence the bleeding however without physical examination we willl not be able to confirm the same, don't worry it's quite unlikely she will get pregnant as you have not ejaculated inside her. Proper diet and nutrition is very important specially when you are working out. Without proper diet you will not gain muscles and all your exercise will ends in cramps and lean body.

I am giving you a schedule which if followed can be very benificial for new gym goers.whcih are as follows:

Breakfast

7:30 a.m.

1 cup plain cooked oatmeal, 4 large whole eggs, large sliced banana, 1-3 g of HMB (Beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate -- is a naturally produced substance in humans that is used as dietary supplement and as an ingredient in some medical food products)

Mid morning Snack

10:00 a.m.

3-4 slices turkey breast, 2-3 slices whole bread, mustard, lettuce, 2 low fat cheese, A fruit

Lunch

1:00 p.m.

2 cups pasta, 1 cup broccoli, 6 oz. lean ground beef

Midday Snack

3:00 p.m.

2 slices whole wheat bread, ½ avocado, ½ can albacore tuna

Pre- workout

5:00 p.m.

2 slices whole wheat bread, 20 g protein shake (whey or whey/casein) with 3-5 g creatine,  1-3 g HMB, 3-5 g creatine

Post- workout

5:30 p.m.

20-40 g of protein shake(whey or whey/casein) with 3-5 g of creatine, 32 oz. sports drink, 1-3 g HMB, 3-5 g creatine

Dinner

7:30 p.m.

8 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli, baked sweet potato(large)

Bedtime

10:30 p.m.

1 cup low fat cottage cheese, 2-3 tbsp. peanut butter, 1-3 g HMB

Also note the following -- In case you are not gymming, cut out the calories mentioned here as you probably will never burn them off.

  • Drink a full glass each of water after waking up in the morning, about 15 minutes before each meal, and before and after workouts. DO NOT drink water DURING meals. Try to drink more than 1.5 litres of water every day.
  • Break up your meals into five or more mini meals. For those wanting to shed some pounds, limit each meal to 300 calories for women and 400 calories for men. Breakfast within 30 min after waking up. Plan your meals in such a way that your routine life is not compromised, you stay fresh and energetic throughout the day and you don’t rush for fast food.
  • The key is to increase the intake of protein and complex carbohydrates without increasing fat. Forget the pastries, cakes, burgers, pizza and fries. For an intense workout with weights, try a high protein diet. Whey powder, meat, chicken, eggs, skimmed toned milk, cheese, yogurt, soy milk are rich in protein. These help build muscle mass. Starch rich foods like bread, rice, chapattis, parathas etc. are best before exercise. Post workout, it is best to stick to fruit juices, smoothies and other simple sugar containing food like fruits, bananas etc. All carbohydrates are converted to glucose in the body before any energy can be derived from them. Save your body some effort by eliminating this tiresome process after a grueling gym routine.
  • Write down in your diary any new tips you learnt, any new exercises that you tried and whatever resolutions you want to make for your fitness routine. Track what you eat and the amount of calories it is likely to contain. Put it on paper. This will help you to burn off what you took in.

For reducing weight follow a good regime like exercise daily for half an hr in morning and evening like brisk walking, jogging, yoga, swimming etc. Along with this you need to follow balanced diet. Like in breakfast you can have milk + wheat flakes ,oats, oats idli, besan cheela, boiled egg white then in mid morning you can have small glass of butter milk then in lunch 1-2 oat bran chapati + vegetable + curd + salad then in evening have green tea + 5-6 soaked almonds then in dinner you can have 1-2 bowl of vegetable soup. No need to keep fasting or skip meals. Drink 7-8 glass of water. Team Nutrihealth.

Fetal haemoglobin is present in adults only during childhood and slowly replaced by adult haemoglobin adults normally have fetal haemoglobin upto 0.6%. Your fetal haemoglobin of 0% has nothing to do with your child normally hb electrophoresis is done in anaemic pts to diagnose conditions like sickle cell anemia or thallesmia or normally done as routine in some clinics for pregnant pts. Would like to see your complete hb electrophoresis report, with complete blood count with peripheral smear reports.

Hi welcome to lybrate. If you have missed periods for 3 days we cannot say you are pregnant. You should wait for 7 to 10 days after delayed periods. After that you should get urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.

If you have regular periods them try to have intercourse during 12-16 days of your periods to get conceive.
