Dear user, take swd and inferential therapy to reduce your shoulder pain. Sometimes medicines alone will not help. Apply heat fermentation with any pain relief ointment at home once a day.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

Take rest for few days. Then buildup stamina gradually. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it doe s not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference?

You should avoid painful use of knee until your acl is repaired. You would need arthroscopic knee surgery. It is a very safe procedure in our hands with uniformly good results. We have very good well equipped center in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore it lest it become beginning of a bigger problem.

I had suffered bone fracture left foot last month. How long I need to avoid weight bearing? when I could walk normally?

Show me the x rays. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 it may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello, need some more history here, like x-ray or mri any investigation s done. For now to strength en your bone you can go for abhyanga with ashwagandha balalakshadi taila daily once - take ashtiposhak tablets 2-0-2 after food for1month report back with investigations or consult. Thank-you.

Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins if you feel the pain is from muscle cramp then you need to drink a lot of water because poor fluid intake (dehydration) may predispose to cramps also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. I would suggest you to modify your diet. Add organic supplements like vit d, calcium & protein to your routine and start with weight bearing exercises as early possible. This is curable condition so do not wait start doing whatever I have told you.

Hi doctor I am 24 year old and I am suffering from lower back pain 4 years back I got an accident which is treated well and pain is gone but after 2 years from this incident again this pain started its a time of winter so we thought because of winters pain might occur but since last 4 months again this pain occur and iam unable to understand the reason why this is happening this pain mostly occur while iam relaxing in home and while sleeping this pain can started in chest also. You will have to let me know what injury did you sustain earlier, was that at back, what was the diagnosis at that time and what management was done for it? you have mentioned that you are having back pain, can I ask you on a scale of 1-10 what is the intensity of this pain? I have polio and my legs are affected is it possible to cure using physiotherapy.
