Tail bone pain is referred to as coccydynia for which anti inflammatory medication, sitz bath, cushioned surfaces for sitting etc is recommended. Please try to inculcate healthy life style. Leave the vices like smiling and drinking with determination. Sleep early. Get up early. Start the day with brisk walk. Jogging. Exercise is a very good tool to weed away minor depression. Avoid drinking partners as much as you can. Stop taking fried items. Junk food etc. To bring down your body weight. So far your abdominal pain is concerned. Please get dome check up done by your family doctor and may do some tests luke blood for cbc. Esr. Stool and urine for r/e. And a ultra son of rap by of abdomen and pelvis. If you suffer from low backache you may need to go for more tests. May take guidance from a dietician. Don't give up. You can do wonders with little adjustments of your daily routine.

I was injured 6 months ago.
Suddenly again pain back last 15 days.
Knee pain: if your knee is paining since 6 months. I advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. As arthritis is very common if anyone would've neglected any injury in the previous years. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.
