Hi pain lie tthis it could be gastric ulcer for diagnosis you should do ogidiscopy [leproscopy] and stool examination by doing this investigation we can dignose still that I suggest you some remedies 1. Have mung dal and rice soup 2. Eat sweet things 3. Audumbaravleha 2tsp before lunch and dinner.

Some time it genetically, but pathology of hair loss is when heat increas in your blood .due to to this heat hair root get dry and it fall. So avoid spicy food ,stress less night sleep so take following oil 1.vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1.neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days.

Since you are over weight by almost 20 kg first aim is to reduce weight by reducing food intake and increase physical activity. Reduce diet by 20% overall do not take sweets and oil otherwise indian standard diet is as good as diabetics diet andno major changes are required. The diet charts are difficult to follow. Write your daily routine diet and reduce by 20%

Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1.  Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2.  Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3.  Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day.  4.  Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5.  Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc.  6.  Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7.  Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8.  Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9.  Be patient with yourself Hoping to gain weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Even if you follow all the advice that is there, you may end up gaining just 1-2 kilos in a month. Every body is different, and just because you are not seeing results in terms of weight gain, you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Living healthy by eating the right diet will make you feel better and more positive about life and increase your strength. 10.  Believe in yourself.

Hi thanks for writing. According to your height your weight should be 65 kg you have to loss 8 kg weight only. Do not worry its not a big target you can easily loose this 8 kg weight. First we have to find our reason of your weight gain. There are so many reason for weight gain. You have to remember one thing avoid dieting for weight, cause dieting will help you loose some weight but after some period you will put on double weight. Tips for weight loss. 1. Try to take our research oriented holistic medicines for assures, fast and permanent weight loss. Without surgery, without gym, without crush dieting, with out side effect. People are loosing up to 10 kg weight per month. 2. Take 1 glass warm water with lemon. 3. Eat plenty vegetable and fruits. 4. Eat 5 to 6 servings of food per day. 5. Drink 10 glass water per day.

Healthy mind stays in a healthy body so start exercising or jogging in the morn. Go for brisk walk but at the same time make healthy food choices in the diet as most of the time you are sitting and studying so avoid anything junk, eat more of nuts like almonds, walnuts which will also improve your memory. Eat fish 2-3 times a week if you are a non vegeterian. Don't skip meals, eat small frequent meals and avoid sitting down straight after eating.

Dear user, you can improve the appearance and fullness of face by doing some facial exercises daily. 1. Chew gum daily 2. Do the" x-o" exercise, jaw opener exercise. 3. Do the cheek lift 4. Make" fish lips. 5. Make puffy cheeks by holding in air for as long as you can. 6. Smile a lot and massage your face daily for five minutes.

Hair fall has a different patterns and reasons. We need to rule out what is a reason. It may be due to Vit deficiency / hormonal přoblem / mental Stress / due to the side effect of some medicines etc. I would suggest few blood tests: Hemogram with ESR, Sr. Ferritin, Sr. D3, Sr. B12, T3, T4 TSH And Testosterone Please send me your photo of hair fall from front, sideways and back on. Ayurvedic treatment with hair oils + hair pack and internal medicines. Along with this if you have lab reports stating deficiency of Vit then Vit suppliments. It takes 6 months to see the new hair growth.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days 9.Consult for further advice

Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (bmi) of under 18.5 or a weight. According to your height, your weight should be 52-54kg. Medication:- 1. Drakaharishta-10ml with warm water before food twice a day 2. Kooshmanda rasayana-1tsp daily twice followed by milk.

Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. Kindly consult a physician & dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

Do you also have puffy eyes or bags under your eyes? what are your sleeping patterns? there are many causes of dark circles. I need more information from you which will help you choose a better treatment plan. Too much caffeine/ tobacco and too little sleep, anemia, dehydration are common causes. If you dont have any of these causes then dark circle peels may be prescribed for dark circle which contain contains arginine, lactic acid, allantoin and aloe vera. Arginine is an amino acid derived from brown sugar which boosts collagen, increases elasticity and moisturises the skin. Lactic acid exfoliates and lightens the skin. Allantoin and aloe vera helps to soothe and regenerate the skin. This is used in conjunction with vitamin c and matrixyl that provides firmness and resistance to the skin around the eye. Better to stop masturbation for future married life and take treatment for restoring vigor. Some of the common side effects of masturbation are fatigue, feeling tired all the time, lower back pain, weak erections, premature ejaculation and pain in the pelvic cavity.
