Apply aloe vera daily in morning on your face rub it for 1-2 mins and then leave it for 10 mins. Heavy sweating (also known as hyperhidrosis) is a very real and embarrassing problem, but there are some effective ways to treat it. What Is Hyperhidrosis? Hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating, is a common disorder which produces a lot of unhappiness. An estimated 2-3% of people suffer from excessive sweating of the underarms (axillary hyperhidrosis) or of the palms and soles of the feet (palmoplantar hyperhidrosis). Underarm problems tend to start in late adolescence, while palm and sole sweating often begins earlier, around the age 13 (on the average). Untreated, these problems may continue throughout life. Sweating is embarrassing, it stains clothes, ruins personal contact, and complicates business and social interactions. Severe cases can have serious practical consequences as well, making it hard for people who suffer from it to hold a pen, grip a car steering wheel, or shake hands. Causes OF Hyperhidrosis:- Although neurologic, endocrine, infectious, and other systemic diseases can sometimes cause hyperhidrosis, most cases occur in people who are otherwise healthy. Heat and emotions may trigger hyperhidrosis in some, but many who suffer from hyperhidrosis sweat nearly all their waking hours, regardless of their mood or the weather. Antiperspirants This may be the first treatment that a dermatologist recommends. It is affordable. When applied as directed, an antiperspirant can be effective. Your dermatologist may recommend a regular or clinical-strength antiperspirant. Some patients need a stronger antiperspirant and receive a prescription for one. Iontophoresis (the no-sweat machine) If excessive sweating affects your hands, feet, or both areas, this may be an option. You will use this treatment at home. It requires you to immerse your hands or feet in a shallow pan of tap water. As you do this, a medical device sends a low-voltage current through the water. Many people obtain relief. Some people dislike that this treatment can be time-consuming. Uses: Hands and feet It works by the electric current shuts down the treated sweat glands temporarily. Side effects: Some people develop: •Dry skin •Irritated skin •Discomfort during treatment Prescription medicine Some patients receive a prescription for a medicine that temporarily prevents them from sweating. These medicines work throughout the body. However we cannot prescribe in open question answer session as a rule but you can ask in consultation. These medicines prevent the sweat glands from working. Athletes, people who work in a hot place, and anyone who lives in a warm climate should use extreme caution when using this treatment. The body may not be able to cool itself. Uses: These medicines can effectively treat sweating that involves entire body. This medicine also can be an effective treatment for post-menopausal women who sweat excessively only from their head. Side effects: The medicines that prevent the sweat glands from working can cause: •Dry mouth •Dry eyes •Blurry vision •Heart palpations (abnormal heartbeat) Surgery If other treatments fail to bring relief, surgery may be considered. Surgery is permanent and carries risks. The following surgeries can stop excessive sweating: •Surgically remove sweat glands •Sympathectomy A dermatologist can surgically remove sweat glands from the underarms. This surgery can be performed in a dermatologist’s office. Only the area to be treated is numbed, so the patient remains awake during the surgery. A dermatologist may use one or more of the following surgical techniques to remove sweat glands from the underarms: •Excision (cut out sweat glands) •Liposuction (remove with suction) •Curettage (scrape out) •Laser surgery (vaporize) Sympathectomy is another surgery used to treat hyperhidrosis. This is major surgery, which a surgeon performs in an operating room. During sympathectomy, the surgeon tries to stop the nerve signals that your body sends to the sweat glands. To do this, the surgeon will cut or destroy certain nerves. To find these nerves, the surgeon inserts a mini surgical camera into the patient’s chest just beneath the underarm. The patient’s lung must be temporarily collapsed so that the surgeon can cut or destroy nerves. Uses: •Surgical removal of sweat glands is used to treat the underarms •Sympathectomy is mainly used to treat the palms.

Firstly, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin e to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study, applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing. In the study, vitamin e either had no effect or made matters worse for 90% of the patients, and 33% who put vitamin e on the skin developed a contact dermatitis. Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily 10. Take 2 tab medohar guggul, 2 tab triphala guggul twice a day with warm water 30 min after meals. 11.Get T3, T4 TSH tests done .

300 sugar sounds not good, you are young so i would firstly want to normal your sugar. Start eating methi ka dana i table spoon. put 1 table spoon methi ka dana in water, let it be in water overnight, next day eat it empty stomach, do it for 90 days regularly. if you want to see the good result in 60 days then take triphla chooran and methi dana powder, both 1 table spoon, put both in water overnight, consume it empty stomach. secondly i am giving you some natural remedies to loose weight, follow it Answer is bit long but do read it if you want to be healthy: 1. Make sure you are walking at least 5000 steps every day. It is strongly recommended that you start with a jogging regime. buy a pedometer to check how much step you walk, its a cheap gadget available in medical shops. 2. You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course foods of the day. 3. Eat handfull of roasted almond every day. 4. try having your dinner before sunset and not eat anything heavy after sunset this will surely help you to lose your weight. 5. Try to sleep before 11:00 P.M. and sleep for minimum 6 to 8 hours. Lack of sleep is also a leading factor of weight gain. 6. In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and drink sip by sip instead of drinking quickly...this process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your weight issues..After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but normal). 9. Another advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. Dietary and other lifestyle changes can help you control and prevent high blood pressure. Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure by up to 14 mm hg. This eating plan is known as the dietary approaches to stop hypertension (dash) diet. Get plenty of potassium, which can help prevent and control high blood pressure. Eat less saturated fat and total fat. If you're overweight, losing even 3 kgs can lower your blood pressure. Strive for at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day. Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.

I think I have developed a curvature in my penile shaft. I had no sex only masturbation quite frequently. I do not know what t do n who to consult is it peyronie disease or tissue hardening.
