Non-Surgical Ultrasonic Liposuction - Excess Fat Removal

MBBS, PGDUS, Fellowship In Aesthetic Medicine, Advance Course In Diabetes - USA, MD - Medicine

Non-Surgical Ultrasonic Liposuction - Excess Fat Removal

Liposuction is a form of cosmetic surgery that utilizes a suction technique to facilitate the removal of fat from the body. Usually, the process involves insertion of cannula which are essentially thin, small and blunt tubes into the skin and is connected to an aspirator (suction device). Being an outpatient procedure, liposuction does not require an overnight stay at the hospital. Usually local anaesthesia is administered unless the amount of fat that needs to be worked on is large. Liposuction is a procedure that is purely aesthetic in nature and reduction of weight is not main objective.

There are many techniques which are utilized in liposuction procedures. One such technique is discussed below:
Ultrasound-assisted Liposuction:

In this method, a special cannula, which transmits ultrasound waves throughout the body, is used. These ultrasonic vibrations are capable of bursting the walls of the fat cells and liquefying or emulsifying the affected fat. This makes it easier for the fat to be suctioned out of the body using the cannula. The UAL is more effective when it is focussed on the more fibrous areas such as the breast areas of males or upper back regions. However, UAL takes longer time duration than the traditional method of liposuction. Loss of blood while opting for this mode of liposuction is also comparatively less. A risk of using ultrasonic liposuction technique is the formation of seromas. These are pockets of fluid which would need to be extracted later using a needle. It is mandatory that suction-assisted liposuction be performed after ultrasonic liposuction so that the liquefied fat is removed or additional fat cells to create needed volumes for high definition liposuction are inserted.

Hello. White patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be because of deficiency of vitamin d (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4 times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i. E, without any cause). Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder which can be treated with homoeopathic medicines, but chances of relapses are also there. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic medicines - cina 1m/ one dose daily at night and ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for initially 1 month (it is safe). Apply a good brand's sunscreen with spf 40 on the skin (specially on the white patches/ spots) 20-30 minutes before going out under the sunscreen and reapply it after 3-4 hrs. Again.

I m 21 year old. My body is too slim how can I look more attractive please give me your suggestion for my problem?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
I m 21 year old. My body is too slim how can I look more attractive please give me your suggestion for my problem?
You can lookmore attractive by implementing below 3 pointss in your life- 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 2. Proteins: Essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. Hence, a person requires protein intake every day. When the body does not get enough carbohydrates to fuel itself, it falls back on protein bank. That is why people who follow starvation diets or go on fasting lose muscle tissue. (a) Major protein sources: Egg white(white portion), Milk, Soybeans/Soymilk, Fish, Cheese, Tofu. (b) Other protein sources: Beans with wheat, Nuts, Curd, Yogurt (Dahi). 3. Fats: Required and healthy when taken in small amounts. Excess fat leads to weight gain, increase in bad cholesterol (LDL) and heartproblems (a) Major fats sources: Egg yolk (Yellow portion), Avocados, Whole Milk, Butter, Cheese, Nuts. (b) Other fats sources: Corn, Vegetable/Olive oil, Biscuits, Flaxseeds(San Beej). 4. Vitamins and Minerals: Critical for normal functioning of organs and processes within our body. They do not provide energy directly but work behind the scenes to break down food into energy. 5. Fiber: It helps retain water and in making our stools softer to avoid constipation. Intake should be 25 to 35 grams a day. 6. Calories: A measure of how much energy food or drink contains. On an average, a man needs around 2,000 calories a day and a woman 1700 calories a day to maintain his weight and good health. Number varies by person depending upon weight, age and how active the lifestyle is. 7. Guideline: Each day have 3 main meals, 2 snacks, 5 pieces of fruit and at least 1 glass of milk.

Hi To control Diabetes you need to work on three main factors. 1. Diet which is low carbohydrate, low fat, high protein, high fibre 2. Exercise of atleast 30 min a day for 5 days a week. 3. Medications Body ache can happen due to uncontrolled diabetes as high blood sugars increase breakdown of muscle proteins also it can be because of vitamin D deficiency. How to reduce eye power and get less strain on eyes. Some exercise that helps to reduce eye power.

How to reduce eye power and get less strain on eyes. Some exercise that helps to reduce eye power.
There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 18 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. If you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

Hi During brushing my teeth, the labial part got infected. So what kind of treatment I can prefer. please suggest.
Mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel.
