Start fresh air walks, meditation and Pranayam for few minutes a day. Keep stomach clean and take light food. Stress will go away. Take Ashwagandha powder/ capsules daily. After two weeks of it start ED treatment pkg which contains, besides stress removers, stimulant and aphrodisiacs herbs. Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the morning and go for walk.

Marijuana does not cause any physical withdrawal symptoms. An uncomplicated alcohol withdrawal may last upto 3-5 days, while a complicated withdrawal may even extend upto a week or more.

Hi…A) take 30 ml of audumbaravleha and 2 tablets of vasantkusumakar rasa in morning on empty stomach. B) take 30 ml of RUBYCLEAN liquid after meals…. C) take 1 TSF of nimbadi churna after meals. D) take 1 tablet of gandharwa-haritaki vati before dinner…. E) apply mixture of aloe vera gel and divya godhan ark of patanjali ayurveda on psoriasis patches, Do all these things for 30 days. lybrate-user you are suffering with simply with common cold and cough if you have fever with cough more than three weeks. You should take sputum test. Otherwise you take apiece of ginger 10gm. And black pipper 10piece and bassil leaf 10 (tulasi) crush it and boil in 200ml. Water. On remain 100 ml. Cip it sowly slowly like as tea in morn. And even. Avoid cold beverage and dahi chhachh refrigerated food etc.

How to reduce weight actually my weight has grown up directly with in 2 years I have increase my weight from 45 to 72.
Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

These could be fears which are unfounded or have a rational reason. A counselor can help you to get over these fears logically and also help you to work on some unhelpful beliefs that you are having. I am guessing social anxiety or public speaking since you haven't given details. Rest assured that these conditions are treatable medically and non medically too. You can start by slowly exposing yourself to small groups where you are comfortable and then gradually move to larger groups. You might need to learn public speaking skills to give you more confidence. Do deep breathing, meditation and other exercises to improve your mental and physical health.

Give frequent breastfeeding to him, day and night atleast 8 - 10 times per day, because milk is complete food for this age. Also give nutrient rich balance diet to mother along with iron, calcium supplementation. Consult pediatrician whether he is having some disease or not.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. You can definitely take hormonal treatment at this age. But you should convince your doctor why you want to do it. Facial hair is related to genetic aspects and you should see your genetic aspect. Please let me know the present erect length of your penis. On an average penis length is 4 inches. Even a two inch penis can satisfy most of the women across the world. Take care.

Whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night and Avoid any triggering factor, take folic acid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free, exercise regularly.

You can have your oats at an earlier time if you feel hungry. There is no need to delay having them till 10 am. Oats has high fiber content and is low in fats and calories. It promotes weight loss. That must be the reason for your week feeling.

Volunteer your time by doing social work like tutoring needy children/ working at shelter home and rendering free service, raising money for a good cause 5. Avoid loneliness, socialise with friends/relatives 6. Stop watching porn in computer/moble 7. Develop will power, determination to stop practicing 8. Don't have guilty consciousness since it is normal and a healthy way of relieving sexual tension if done in moderation (1-2 times/week) 9. Get adequate sleep (7-8 hours daily) 10. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits and have balanced diet. Avoid oily/spicy/fried/junk food. Try to have vegetarian food. Observe fasting for 1-2 days in a week 11. Avoid alcohol/smoking 12. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily) 11. Go for regular aerobic exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/jogging/running/cycling/swiing 12. Do yoga, pranayam, meditation to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 13. Consult a sex therapist/ counselor for further advice.

Diet pre n post pregnancy is v important. You need to feed your self with the right kinds of food, at the right time, so that you do not put on weight also in addition to the running around with the baby, you need to spare some time for yourself n do some exercises.
