It will move out in your bowel. Don't worry. But if you start having pain someday please consult a gastro doctor. Now you need to go to your dentist and ask him to fix the retainer again. Otherwise the treatment will relapse.

You are suffering from cheek biting. It is usually due to some maloccluded teeth that may require little grinding of that tooth. Get your mouth clinically examined to know if thats the case or not and after finding root cause treatment will be planned accordingly.

MY UPPER 2 TOOTH WERE REMOVED 2 YEARS BACK & PLACE IS EMPTY. WHAT IS THE BEST CURE & EXPENDITURE EXPECTED SIR?

BDS
Dentist, Bangalore
Don't keep that place empty because nearby teeth will start moving and will close the gap and you will face biting and jaw problem. U can go for dental bridge means artificial teeth unit. Its like cap only but requires support of two adjacent teeth. If u can afford implant is the best option for you that will cost you around 30k

"For How long a patient has to wear plates to keep the changes in teeth remains , if his/her teeths gets proper in shape and the spaces are disappeared after wearing plates for 2 years " and yet the patient sees a very little spaces to appear when he stop using plates. ???

PG Fellowship In Microdentistry, BDS
Dentist, Thane
It depends on the reason for which you are wearing the plates(reason for which the orthodontic treatment is done). It has to be worn for a period of 1 year but it varies on case to case. if u see the spaces appearing again you can go for a permanent lingual retainers to stablize the teeth which will be of a great help. If your cavity in the tooth is caused by decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling. If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection.

Soft drinks, cordials and fruit juices should be consumed in a limited quantity

BDS
Dentist, Varanasi
Soft drinks, cordials and fruit juices should be consumed in a limited quantity
Soft drinks, cordials and fruit juices should be consumed in a limited quantity because they are acidic in nature. Acidic food or drinks often soften the tooth material which leads to the dissolution of minerals into the tooth enamel, resulting in cavities (holes).

Do you think that a fallen tooth is always a waste? That's not true. Saving a fallen tooth can be useful.  Try to keep it in place while you seek immediate medical attention. If that is not the case, try wrapping the tooth in a piece of plastic or soaking it into milk and call for immediate dental service.

Few advice to stop bleeding gums-- - visit to a dentist for professional cleaning once in a year - use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - rinse with salt water to keep the area clean. - avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth. - stay away from smoking and other tobacco products, which can aggravate bleeding gums.

Although excessive saliva is not too common, there are a number of conditions that can cause it - some harmless, others more serious. It is possible that your saliva problems are just a result of the way you speak. Some people speak faster or slower than others, just as some people blink more often, breathe faster, or have a more rapid heartbeat. This may just be what's normal for you. Since it is negatively affecting your life, I suggest your problem can be ignored. However there are medical conditions that causes excessive salivation injection glycopyrrolate reduces secretions in the mouth, throat, airway, and stomach.
