How to clean or whitening the yellow teeth caused by the drinking of underground water?
You need to get a dental cleaning done by the dentist. Or ask for remedies if the stains are due to water from the dentist after yourteeth are examined.

Dear Lybrateuser, - For removing the plaque & tartar do consult a dentist & have it cleaned, not to worry as teeth won't get deal - once the teeth are cleaned, to maintain them brush at least twice a day or better after every meal, also learn to floss - have 7-8 glasses of water for adequate hydration as dryness leads to deposit & staining - have more of fruits & vegetables as chew them helps remove tartar & keeps them shining.

Hello Sir/Madam, My mother (63 yrs) is a CKD patient undergoing Peritoneal Dialysis (3 exchange/day). She is having pain in her tooth, so, I took her to a Dentist. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (full mouth x-ray) to decide upon treatment. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Goggle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

Hi, I am 26years old. I have got my upper tooth over taking the lower in smaller level and it is visible only when I smile. I don't think possible to wear metal/ceramic/clear braces, as it won't fit my profession. I would like to know are hidden braces safe and suggestible?

Pros: Removable- easier to maintain oral hygiene, can eat what you want, take out for sports and playing insturments Virttually Invisible- more aesthetic than metal braces and clear braces Comfortable- no wires or brackets against the inside of your mouth 3-D simulation- video gives patient an idea of the treatment goal prior to starting treatment and may be a motivating factor Fewer Emergencies- no poking wires or broken brackets FDA approved material- safe and no concern over metal allergies Treatment of choice- for certain malocclusions, it may produce a better result in a shorter amount of time Cons: Require excellent cooperation- if they aren't worn as directed, the teeth won't move Require removal for eating- take aligners out for anything but water, followed by brushing or flossing, before replacing aligners Cost- may be higher cost for Invisalign than braces (not the case in our office due to Invisalign volume but will differ by provider) Transient lisp- whether with brackets or aligners, there is an adjustment period and a slight lisp should be expected at the beginning Changing treatment- treatment set once the ClinCheck is accepted. Direction of treatment changed by new impression and starting again New aligner every 2 weeks- while this doesn't mean you see the orthodontist/dentist every 2 weeks, you will have new pressure on your teeth that often. Most patients experience some tooth discomfort for a day or two with each new aligner The final word: Depending on your malocclusion, Invisalign can be an excellent method of straightening your teeth and providing you with a perfect bite. Keep in mind that Invisalign is an ever-evolving technique and requires the orthodontist/dentist to have a firm grasp of tooth movement using a removable appliance. Currently, the majority of certified Invisalign providers do not have a firm understanding of moving teeth with Invisalign, as there is a big difference between how teeth should and can be moved in terms of order and direction. Invisalign isn't applicable for all tooth movements, but an experienced provider will be able to address a wider variety of situations.

We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Coming bad smell from mouth, even after brush.
What should I do to avoid bad smell?
Maintaining good oral health is essential to reducing bad breath, so be sure you schedule regular dental visits for a dental cleaning and checkup. Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque, and brush your tongue, too. Once a day, use floss or an interdental cleaner to clean between teeth.

Homoeopathic medicine hekla lava3x (wilm, ar schwabe india) chew 1 tab 3 times daily hekla lavatooth powder (wheezal) scrub teeth daily night report after 2 months--------------------- take following precautions for your teeth------------------ 1. Drinks: coffee and red wine cause major damage to teeth. But other drinks with high acidity, such as soda, juices and even sports drinks can cause damage staining on the teeth because of its tannins and acidic nature wear away at the tooth enamel. These acidic drinks lowers the ph of teeth below 6 thus causing corrosive wear and tear of teeths. 2. Certain foods: all sweets, candies, popscicles, damage teeth due to its high sugar content. So avoid them as much as you can and if you eat do not forget to rinse your mouth with water immediately after finishing it--------------------------------------- 3. Every time you take meals or eat something make sure to rinse your mouth with water and with homoeopathic rinseout gargles (sbl) after every meals---------------------------------- 4. Use any brand paste for brushing teeth in morning but never forget to scrub teeth with hekla lavatooth powder (wheezal) at night just before sleep.------------------------------------- 5. If possible start a habit of chewing neem stick (datuun) in the morning as it not anly scrubs our teeth but its juice acts as a good antiseptic and antibiotic to destroy the harmful bacterias stuck in out teeth cavities and inbetween teeth.
