1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn spinal and knee exercises from Physiotherapist. 3. Don't sit on floor 4. Don't lift heavy things 5. Don't do forward bending. 6. Do hot fermentation twice a day. 7. Apply volini cream before sleeping 8. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day..

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hot fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily bhujang asana x 15 timesx twice daily core strengthening exercises. Back stretching.

Hi lybrate-user. Back pain in this age is common among younger people. It's primarily due to lack of abdomen and back exercises, improper posture and lack of sunlight exposure. I would suggest you to reduce your weight, do gentle stretching of your leg muscles, avoid sitting or driving for longer duration. If the problem is not alright with these measures or if you get pain radiating to your legs, it's time for you to consult an ortho pedic surgeon

Just try to reduce your weight by 5 Kgs and start eating a calcium and vitamin-D rich diet regularily. Sources of Vitamin D: 1. Vegetables: Sweet potato(Shakkar Kandi). Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do shoulder exercises. Avoid over head shoulder movements eg. Bedmintom /tennis shots. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Hello I am having disc degeneration in C4-5,5-6,6-7 and bulge in c6-7 and in l4-5 and my age is 26. As doctor advised me to do exercise daily and I am doing so but am fail to achieve results still there's pain in my right upper back and in hip region. Hello good morning sir. Sir plzz send the MRI. Go to the physiotherapist. Physiotherapy management in this case. First we all do the physical assismemts. And after assismemt. Will do the start treatment. 1. MANUAL THERAPY is the best treatment in you're case. 2. Ultrasonic therapy with in 1.2 intensity and 3 min. 3. TENS with hydrocolltral pack. With in 12 min conditions mode. And No excersis few days. After few days. Excersis should be started. 1. Ankle toe pump movement. In 10 time of both leg. 2. Heal slide one bye one leg in 10 time both leg. 3. SLR without hold one bye one leg in 10 time 4. Stretching on calf and hamstring muscles. On both legs. In 2 times And all excersis depend upon condition on patient. HOME PRECAUTION. Hot fermentation 2-3 a day. No exercise. Thank you.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

Keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutesApply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. And you can wear elbow brace which would help you to keep your elbow warm and will give you protection.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Actually pain at calf region or upper leg region can be due to many reasons, commonly it is muscular in nature but it can also be due to involvement of tendons, nerves and vessels etc. My advise to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be: - ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre match warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - we will get some blood test for you - serum vitamin d and serum potassium levels, esr and crp once you have all these reports then you can contact me as I can advise you for proper supplementation do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Go for ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - kati basti (specialised panchakar, a procedure for backpains), localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax your back muscles and give strength to your nerves and muscles of back. Also start some yogic exercises - tadasana, dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Neck massage will give good results. Use little good oil or plain water and massage from either side on the mid shoulder blade. Use your thumbs and move it slowly upwards on the back of neck up to the lower level of ear. Repeat 5 to 10 times. Do not do from top to down. Finally move your neck up and down, sideways left and right. Results are excellent.
