Knee swelling is sometimes referred to as" water on the knee. The medical term for this condition is knee effusion. Effusion can result from an injury, chronic overuse, or disease. To treat your symptoms we need to identify the likely cause. The application of ice packs on your affected knee is known as a very effective home treatment method in alleviating the symptoms of fluid on the knee. Elevate your leg while applying an ice pack on the affected knee. Give yourself sufficient rest. You need to avoid engaging in strenuous activities. Avoid bending and lifting heavy weights, avoid travelling by bike, avoid sitting for long duration, do hot formentations over the back, learn to do mckenzie back extension exercises and core strengthening exercises, at home, twice daily, if pain does not reduce, then revert back for prescription medications.

Hello function of oil is to condition the scalp. Soil has to be fertile for the plant to grow, the same way scalp has to be healthy for the hair to survive. Oil does exactly the same thing. Hair roots are situated inside the scalp and it gets nutrition through blood. Whatever we are going to eat is going to give nourishment to hair. Eat food which is rich in proteins like sprouts, beans, nuts. Green leafy vegetables are good source of iron. Drink 3 lit of water/day. All this will help to built foundation of hair. If the hair fall continues then consult trichologist.

You need get strengthen your muscles around knee. Do strengthening exercises of quads. Hams. & calf. Take few sitting under the supervision of physiotherapist he/she will teach you exercises the the same.

I think there might be the lack of proper rest in your case .so, try to have more rest, diet rich in fibres and antioxidants ,correct your posture of sitting and lying down. Avoid too much hard as well as too soft bed. And last but not least, keep your mind stress by exercise, yoga,meditation and increased water intake.

Hello Lybrate user, knee pain will be relieved with AYURVEDIC TREATMENT. Have you taken XRay of knee joints. I will recommend it to do it as early as possible. Take these Ayurved medicines for three weeks. 1) Yogaraj guggulu 500 mg bd 2) maharasnadi kashay 20 ml with water after meals twice day 3) rasnadi guggulu 500 mg twice day 4) Lakshadi guggulu 500 mg twice day this is initial treatment and will reduce knee pain as well as useful for osteoporosis. Before 2 or 3 days. My brother bit me on the upper arm in a playful manner but really hard. From then on. Till now i've been having pain there. I'll feel it only when it comes in contact with something. The skin is totally normal but the pain is on the inside. Yesterday on. The pain extended a little to the right of the arm. But today. The pain is better when compared to before but is still paining. The inside of the pain site seems hard but I don't know whether it's my triceps or something else. Any suggestions on what it is? should I go consult a doctor if the pain persists?
