It may be due to Postural hypotension that is BP gets low from rising to sitting or it may be due to cervical spondylosis you need to monitor your BP first in sitting position and than in standing position and if difference in BP than it indicate postural hypotension

What should I do?
1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result.

For lose your weight. Take low calory diet and easily digestible diet. Take more green leafy vegetables. Take three to four litre of water in a day. Regular walk for an hour in a day. Do not eat heavy meal to digest. Manage the stress and anger. Do not eat fast food, junk food, heavy food, chinese, panjabi, dairy products, cake, fruit juices, pasta, parotha, nan, etc. For more details consult me.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

Pregnancy though can occur only on one day- Ovulation day of cycle. Body does not behave like mathematics. That day may be slightly shift on one or other side by a day or two in women having regular periods (Those having irregular periods shift a lot). Pregnancy can occur by intercourse 2 days prior to ovulation day or even 24 hrs later than ovulation so certain period is decided and not one day. However without making it more scientific or mathematics ok to have on alternate days around that period for having pregnancy.

Thanks for your question. Include more vege and fruits in your diet. You can do exercise in the water for your knee problem. Once you regain strengthen our right knee then you cal do some light exercises daily. This will help you to refuce fat. You can take private consultation for your dietplan and ayurvedic medicine.

Dry mouth also can cause bad breath. Smoking or chewing tobacco-based products also can cause bad breath, You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then.

You are not controling on food. Take simple veg home made food with green vegitabales, salad, milk. Stop fast, spacy, junck foods over eating take sleep 6 to 8 hours.
