Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

Dear lybrate please understand that throat is accessible and easily visible part of our body first and foremost test is good check up by ent surgeon. To get rid of throat problem early stop smoking and tobacco chewing if you do. Avoid spicy fried chilled junk food. Warm water gargles are useful.

Hi,Acne is the most common teenage problem.Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. Homoeopathy cures acne conditions like blackheads, whiteheads, skin rashes and oily skin very effectively. *Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch , (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2. Take Berberis Aquafolium Q 10 drops with water twice a day. * Management part for the acne-- 1.drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 2. Eat healthy and balanced diet including whole grain meals , green leafy vegetables and fruits. 3. avoid oily , junk and spicy food. *Home remedy for acne-- Crush coriander leaves and take out its juice, then mix it with a pinch of turmeric powder , now apply on acne at night.

Follow these best tips to make your digestion strong & healthy - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking meals, do not sleep in day.

Hello,you can take homoeopathic medicine Weisbaden 30 ( 4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and revert. Hi I have to much tension and i am losing my weight fast. I done all my blood report as tlc dlc and tyraid esr liver check its all are fine. And all kind of fever too. Urine and check my poop too all r fine. When I eat food I feel tried mostly in day time and I have constipation problem and piles too but why im losing my weight. This is all because of constipation and indigestion. Many medicines are available for this purpose in ayurveda. So you should start ayurvedic treatment. You may start triphala churna at night time. Hello- irregular periods and pain might be due to low blood volume and iproper tone of uterine muscles. Try this- 1) eat figs daily with milk. 2) increase the amount of dairy products in your meals. 3) avoid fast foods and spicy diet specially during the menses time. 4) use shatavari powder with milk daily.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

I am 62 years old having IBS since 2003 tried all treatments . Sensitive to gluten , wheat ,nuts and rice. Even after avoiding them symptoms appear. Slow movement of the bowel causes hyper acidity and distension. Very uncomfortable and cause anxiety. Also causes GRD. Suggest a solution.

Dear lybrate-user its true that anxiety plays important role in ibs. Learn to manage your stress and anxiety with yoga & meditation. Meanwhile I will suggest you some medication which will help you. 1) sulphur 200/ 5 ml / 2 drops 2 times for one day & repeat every 15 days 2) kurchi q / 30 ml / 15 drops 3 times a day before meals 3) cardus m q / 30 ml / 10 drops 3 times a day before meals (mix together with #1) 4) aloe s 30/ 30 ml / 2 drops 4 times before meals diet:- avoid food that makes you suffer. > eat lots of fruits:- avoid- mango, citrus fruits. Dull skin is mostly a cause of some deficiency or anaemia. Its not that you do some outer treatment for it is ok. You need to treat it from inside. Increase the intake of fruits mostly citrus fruit s, leafy vegetables. Sprouts. Take balance diet with some facial exercise which will stimulate your facial muscles. Naturally you find a difference on your skin.
