Hot fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily bhujang asana x 15 timesx twice daily core strengthening exercises. Back stretching.

It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

How to solve back pain problem? Before some days I have to face this problem. My age is 32.
Try few things for temporary relief of your back pain: -avoid activities that require bending forward at the waist or stooping. -try to avoid lifting objects if at all possible. -sit as little as possible, and only for short periods of time (10 to 15 minutes). -sit with a back support (such as a rolled-up towel) at the curve of your back. -keep your hips and knees at a right angle. (use a foot rest or stool if necessary.) your legs should not be crossed and your feet should be flat on the floor. -Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. “Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful -Strengthen your core. Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. -Apply heating pads to comfort tender trunks. Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Please get help from a physiotherapist for further assessment and management of your back pain.

Good Evening Do regular exercises, and take proper nutrition. Actually according to research cardiac vascular system takes 75 years to get damage. But it's getting damage in our early 30 because of our negligence. Basic structural and functional unit of life is cell. We are not providing proper nutrition to our cells. That's the reason we are suffering from hypertension, coronary artery diseases, diabetes etc. We need to provide proper nutrition to our cells as cell is the structural and functional unit of life. All the cells compact together and form tissue, tissue compact together to form an organ, organs connected to form system. Cell ⬇ Tissue ⬇ Organ ⬇ System. If we take proper nutrition to cells by taking health diet. And what ever is getting absorb in our digestive system will be taken by our blood and we have to send that nutritive blood to our cellular level. By working out daily. If the cell is strong ⬇ Tissue strong, if the tissue is strong ⬇ Organ strong, if the organ is strong ⬇ System strong, if the system strong, ⬇ Where will be the diseases. If we workout daily it will help to consume more amount of oxygen and nutrition to our cells. Hence their will not be any disease. By this you can prevent yourself from many diseases. For further exercises to cure hypertension, coronary artery diseases, cardiac rehabilitation, and preventive exercise for many diseases you can consult me.

Hi Increase intake of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Do check your calcium and Vitd3. For back pain take 8 to 10 sessions of S.W.D followed by back and core exercise. Consult physiotherapist for same.

hi! give yourself time by undergoing physiotherapy for few weeks.sometimes it may take couple of months also. if u still feel there is no change in d pattern of the pain, go for surgery.

Hello. Take homoeopathic medicine:- 1. Rhus toxicodendron 200 (5 drops three times a day) 2. Lachesis 30 (5 drops once a day in morning time) do not take anything half an hr before and after the medicine. When we wake up do not get up immediately. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Dear Doctor, I am suffering from severe shoulder pain for the past 2 years. Night sleep is very much disturbed. Neck pain is also giving much trouble. Cortisone shoulder injection also failed. Hello, 1. You can apply volini gel 1% local application twice a day for 3-5 days 2. Hot fomentation twice a day for 3 days I am giving to some common reasons for leg pain 1. Generalized weakness 2. Anaemia 3. Physical exertion and any trauma 4. Lack of protein in diet 5. Any infection present on leg or foot 6. Muscle weakness 7. Abrupt start/ stop of physical exercise 8. Vit d and calcium deficiency Consult physician for further management.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Your knee pain could be due to certain reasons but common ones are chondromalacia, pain due to knee instability, inflammation etc. You have also mentioned a grade 2 tear, is it a meniscus tear or a ligament tear that you are talking about? if there is no history of any injury, and no s/s of inflammation or infection like swelling, skin redness or local warmth on touching, then I will like to advise you for conservative management initially in form of: - intensive physical therapy with focus on strengthening of quadriceps and stretching of other group of muscles - gentle anti inflammatory medications like tab etoshine or tab paracetamol can be taken in small doses for 5-7 days - adequate calcium and vitamin d supplementation as per requirement - ice packs at home for 3-4 times in a day and see how it goes for around 2 weeks time. Also kindly let me know about any instability which you may feel in your knee region and can you kindly send me mri report as well. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. You can also discuss your case and treatment plans with me in a greater detail in a private consultation.
