I am 25 year old and I have good health. I want to look more charming si I need some good suggestion.
1. Excersice daily- select a time when you can do your workout. If you cant go to gym you can do stretch exercise along with deep breathing followed by suryanamaskar and other forms of excersices. 2. You should have ample of water each day preferably 2-3 litres throughout the day. 3. Avoid oily, spicy and salty food items as they add on to the extra weight which is harmful. 4. Have atleast 6-7 hours sleep at night at a stretch. Avoid watching T.V. or surfing Mobile or laptop before going to bed. 5. Have a complete diet- make sure you take nourishing diet (big topic to explain without known your diet) 6. After every meal walk for sometime atleast 15 minutes with mouth closed. 7. Make sure the consumption of alcohol and non-veg diet is limited so that it will not have a negative impact on your body. 8. Include Green tea, blueberry juice, Amla juice and codliver oil (if you are a non-vegeterian) in your diet. Have fresh fruits daily in variation. Hi, Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder which can be treated with homoeopathic medicines, but chances of relapses are also there. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic medicines - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night and Ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20 days (it is safe). Apply a good brand's sunscreen with SPF 40 on the skin (specially on the white patches/ spots) 20-30 mintues before going out under the sunscreen and reapply it after 3-4 hrs. Again.

Dear lybrate-user I suggest you should get 1) urine pregnancy test done 2) Get one ultrasound done 3) start some antispasmodic tablets which are available over the counter with any chemist shop. Hope you will resume periods are bleeding is there after 3 months and I expect there no chance of pregnancy. Ultrasound will let us know for any anatomical abnormality with our genital system. Hope this approach is useful for you.

Sir my mom have leg pains when I consult doctor they said a liquid like material should present between the knee bones and its over due to working and they said to overcome this there is need to do operation can it be cured without operation? if yes please tell how.

This could be due to oa knee &/or obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikid plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don't ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Kindly show me photograph& the x rays of the affected part.(ls spine) rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. Dull & Lifeless Hair - 10 Ayurvedic Ways to Treat It!

Hair is one of the most attractive aspects of a person. A head full of shiny, dark hair can turn heads while head with dry, lifeless, damaged hair has lesser appeal. There are definitely simple, but effective ways of inducing life back into the hair. Read on to know some of the most common causes of dry, damaged hair and how it can be reversed to enjoy healthy, shiny hair.

Causes: Nutritional deficiencies, excessive exposure to the sun, air-conditioned environments, excessive use of hair dryers, unhealthy hair products, can all affect the hair, making it dry and dull. Hair is so affected can be lifeless, break easily, have split ends, and fall easily. The shine and texture are affected and the scalp also lacks moisture and feels dry.

Treatment: Lifeless, dull hair need not be a reason to lose sleep. There are simple measures which would be readily available in most homes, have been used since ages, and have proven beneficial beyond doubts.

  1. Eggs: Rich in proteins, eggs are one of the healthiest products for hair care. They promote the growth of keratin which is essential for hair growth.
  2. Lime: Lime has antibacterial properties and is rich in vitamin C. This helps clear scalp infections and promotes hair growth, which is healthier.
  3. Olive oil: It reduces dandruff, treats split ends, and restores shine and smoothness of the hair.
  4. Coconut oil: One of the most commonly used hair oils, it moisturises the hair and reduces dandruff and restores shine in the hair.
  5. Curry leaves: Adding curry leaves to coconut oil and warming it to apply on the scalp helps immensely in restoring life to hair. A warm towel can be used to wrap the hair when the oil is left in place for about 15 to 30 minutes.
  6. Henna: Rosemary or henna as it is commonly called is another way to condition hair and restore the shine and lustre back. It strengthens the hair cuticles and makes it less prone to breakage.
  7. Aloe vera: The gel from a freshly cut aloe vera plant has antibacterial and antifungal properties, which help restore life back in damaged hair. It also reduces itching,
  8. Avocado: In addition to preventing hair damage, it also reduces hair loss and improves hair health.
  9. Olive oil: This reduces dandruff, and so improves infections which could be affecting hair health.
  10. Hibiscus: This helps repair damaged hair, improves volume, and reduces hair loss too. The leaves and the flower are used as a paste that is left for about an hour and rinsed off.

In addition to all these, gentle brushing, not brushing wet hair, proper diet, and good sleep are equally important for shiny, healthy hair.
