First remove your stress and you can check by prega news if you have any doubt and some time you might have a ph balance in the vagina that is easily changed, even by the act of sex, and that can lead to infections and other problems that cause your vaginal area to swell.

My mother is 51 years old, and over the past one year, she has been having cough problems. This seems to happen every two days (sometimes before food, sometimes after). On some of these occasions it is just cough, but on others it leads her to throw up (not necessarily food, sometimes only phlegm). One of the previous doctors she had consulted, recommended she take an endoscopy of esophagus, but she is not comfortable with that. Do these symptoms have anything to do with menopause? is there an alternative to endoscopy? if endoscopy is a must, can it be done with anesthesia? kindly advice. Someone I know from work has consulted with you for their mother who had similar symptoms, hence seeking your guidance.

DNB (ENT), MBBS
ENT Specialist, Bangalore
Hi . These symptoms don't appear to be related to menopause. It sounds like she has acid reflux disease or laryngopharyngeal reflux disease. There is a simple way to rule this out. Give her an antacid like tab sompraz 40 mg or tab neksium 40 mg empty stomach once in the morning for a week. If her symptoms improve for 2-3 days with over 50% recovery then the diagnosis is likely and she can continue the medications for 3 weeks. If there is no change in her condition then she is recommended to undergo an endoscopy which can be performed under anesthesia if requested to the gastroenterologist.

Sir I am 28 years old. My question is that my penis is small and I want to increase it. you suggest me what I do.

Sir I am 28 years old. My question is that my penis is small and I want to increase it. you suggest me what I do.
The penis is the male reproductive sexual organ that also serves as an outlet for urine. The main parts of the penis are the root, the body, the shaft skin and the foreskin. The size of the penis is different at different times, as the measurement varies due to the time of the day, room temperature, arousal time and in sexual activity. The growth of the penis takes place from infancy to the age of five and again a year before puberty that is around the age of twelve up to the age of seventeen. There are several facts concerning the size of the pennies in men. Here you have some of the key points which would let you have an idea regarding the average size of the pennies in men. ? In most cases women have no worries regarding the size of the pennies. They are simply unaware of the fact. Men are more worried regarding the size and thickness of the pennies. ? More than forty five percent of men have small pennies. This is the general pennies fact in case of men and this has got to do with the normal sexual life of men. ? Several studies have revealed that the flaccid length of the pennies is from seven to ten centimetres. This is the average size of the pennies in men. ? When the pennies get erected the length of the same extends to 12 to 16 centimetres and the erected circumference is around 12 centimetres. the Size of penis be increased There are no creams, pills, exercises or medicines that can increase the size of the penis. Surgery is the only cure in cases when the total length of the penis remains 3 inches when erect. This is no full proof treatment. There are many methods recommended to enlarge the size of the penis. These include some non-surgical methods like stretching by hand, mechanical devices or attachment of weights or with the use of vacuum pumps. All these methods are very risky as the inner tissues of the penis are very delicate and can be damaged by wrong handling of the penis. The results are also not very positive. For treatment and any querries ask privetly..

Heart Attack In Women - Signs You Must Watch Out For!

MD - Cardiology, PG Diploma In Clinical Cardoology

Heart Attack In Women - Signs You Must Watch Out For!

While heart attacks are commonly experienced by men and women, the symptoms experienced by them are different. Symptoms of a heart attack in women are much more subtle as compared to signs of a heart attack when experienced by men.

Many women even compare the symptoms of a heart attack to the flu or acid reflux. Hence it is important to be able to recognize the symptoms of a heart attack and be able to distinguish them from symptoms of other less fatal conditions.

Some of the characteristic symptoms of a heart attack that a woman should look out for are:

  1. Discomfort or chest pain: Chest pain is one the characteristic symptoms of a heart attack but this is not experienced in the same way by me and women. While men may feel pain in the left side of their chest, women can feel pain in any part of their chest. This may be accompanied by a feeling of the chest being squeezed in a vise.
  2. Pain in the jaw, neck, arms and back: Men consider pain in the chest and left arm to be a symptom of a heart attack but women can experience this pain in their jaw and back as well. This pain can develop gradually or come on suddenly. It may also wax and wane before it becomes intense. In some cases, this pain can even wake you up from a deep sleep. Hence, do not ignore any unexplained pains in the upper part of your body.
  3. Stomach ache: A stomach ache is one of the most subtle signs of a heart ache. This may feel similar to that caused by heartburn or a stomach ulcer. It may also feel like a great weight is on your stomach.
  4. Shortness of breath: Feeling lightheaded or having trouble breathing even when you are not exerting yourself could be a sign of a heart attack. At times this could also make you feel like throwing up. This symptom is usually also accompanied by one of the other more characteristic symptoms of a heart attack.
  5. Excessive sweating: Perspiration as a symptom of a heart attack is not the same as perspiration caused by exercise. When sweat is a symptom of a heart attack, it is more of a cold sweat that can be compared to the sweat caused by stress. If you do not sweat heavily but suddenly find yourself sweating excessively, you should not ignore it but consult a cardiologist immediately.
  6. Tiredness: Feeling tired even when you haven’t exerted any energy can be a sign of a heart attack. Sometimes, this fatigue can be so much that it can keep a woman from even moving from the chair to the bed.

It is therefore advised to not ignore any above-mentioned symptoms and see a doctor immediately; stay healthy and stay happy!
