I dnt know but from 3 month daily 3 or 4 time in a day my heartbeat get fast for 3 or 4 minute. Earlier it was 3 or 4 time but now its many time in a day. These days I am facing more gastric problem as well. And from 3 days besides private part or starting of left leg its paining continuously. Please suggest.

I am suffering from hypertension and severe stomach pain feeling nausea and headache diagnose please.
Your symptoms suggest u r suffering from gastric acidity...Here are tips for reducing acidity . -Relax and eat food slowly Avoid skipping breakfast. - Eat smaller meals;Don't overeat -Limit fluids intake during meals. As it increases stomach distension. -Avoid foods and drinks that trigger acidity (e.g. Fatty ,Spicy foods, onions, garlic, peppermint, chocolate, coffee,tea, citrus fruits or juices, tomatoes, cola or alcohol) -Wear loose-fitting clothes.Tight clothes or belts can constrict your stomach. -Do daily exercise.like walking;It keeps you upright, allowing gravity to aid digestion -Don't lie down after eating.Wait at least 2-3 hours after meal before sleeping. Avoid late night snacks .Elevate the head end of bed by 6-8 inches. Sleep in left lateral position. HOME REMEDIES:.Dried ginger ,dried fennel or Ripened guava can speed up digestion of food -TREATMENT: -mucaine gel syp 2 tsp twice daily will help -tablet Rabicip-D. taken twice daily before meals as these reduce acid production in the stomach. for hypertension management kindly let me know ur exact bp levels

I am 22 old male I am suffering from heart muscle pain in some times this disease already occurred in 2014. In all tests was performed no problem in heart. Repeat the problem please help me and anxiety and gastric problem causes the heart muscle pain. No shortness of breath (pain with in seconds and relief) this is threat the life or not?

You are right that acidity can be confused with heart pain. Good to know that all tests related to heart are normal but anxiety of heart disease is bothering you. Why not. Even doctors are teaching people to bring in modifications in lifestyle and reducing stress and anxiety is one of the changes plus good food habits so that you don't suffer from acidity. You have to remind yourself everyday that there should be no heart related stress and you are lucky to have normal reports.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg with rantac and take Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

Hello, CHEST PAIN in your case may be due to 1.acidity. 2. severe anxiety 3. muscular problem A. You can take Tablet Pantocid 40 mg (if no drug allergy) one tablet before food for 3 days B. Local application of Volini gel 1% twice a day for 2-3 day you should go for BP check along with Base line ECG and review with report I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5.avoid excessive tea, coffee 6. Do Not postpone Breakfast consult Physician for Further Management

Do not take medicines yet. Try to modify your diet, minimum oils and more of seasonal fruits and salads. Lemon water with honey taken empty stomach helps bring down fats in blood. Try diet therapy only, I am sure after 2 months of trial, your reports will be near normal, do not go for a repeat test earlier, do take good fats like a spoon of desi ghee/butter + a katori of assorted dry nuts every day. No chips/namkeens/samosas/street food as snacks, munch on apples and cucumbers and oranges.

Sir mai 36 years ka hu aur ek marathon runner hu ek bar mai apni bp check kra to yo 160/95 nikla. Aab jb bhi mai bp check karane jata hu mujhe dar sa lagne lagta hai. Aur mai internet pe read kiya tha ki high bp se heart attack ka khatra rahat hai. Hai stress mere man me baith gya hai aur mujhe lagta hai ki hamesa mere chest me sweet pain rahata hai. Maine doctor check kara to usne bp aur stress ki medicine de di hai. Koi upay batya sir jise mai apne chest pain ke stress chutkara pa saku.

Hello. You have to take a medicine as describe by your doctor's to control. And there after think for alternative harmless Treatment for the same either or Along with allopathy Treatment. In most of the cases for diabetic and BP need a Treatment Life long yr age is 36 only . So take care and by doing exercise . Yoga . Life style change control a situation. Hi, Take Rauvolfia 1x, 2 tabs daily morning empty stomach. Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. Revert after 15 days with feedback.

You should do regular walking with mild exercises, at least, half an hour in the morning and half an hour at evening. Take regular medication on time. Maintain your diet chart.
