No, it is called water retention, take less salt and more potassium rich fruits like oranges, lemon water to increase the urine output, retention will not be felt, avoid fats also as fats too require lots of water to get digested and some water is retained by the body. Reduce weight by good diet + exercise, it will indirectly help you to remain healthy with no water retention and no swellings.

1st of all you need to seek a doctors advice for your thyroid. Follow a well balanced. Do not skip any of your meal. Try to eat frequently. You can choose the options like vegetable stuffed chapati +curd in breakfast with a glass of milk, then in mid morning have butter milk + chana chaat then in lunch take 2 chapati + veg+salad + curd (optional) then in evening have tea with 5-6 soaked almonds + 1 walnut, then in dinner have 2 chapati + dal+salad+veg. Drink 7-8 glass of water Avoid vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, soya Team nutrihealth.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

If you are trying to gain some kg, eat some lean red meat. Steak contains a lot of protein and iron. Foods like ground beef, pork chops can also be eaten.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals. Take 10 _12 glass of water.

Dear lybrate user, the best and permanent way to increase sex stamina is conditioning your brain. Just search for the things that excite you. Then write them on paper, repeat them and try to control your ejaculation. Keep on exciting yourself. Do this exercise in your free time. You will notice an permanent improvement. Later on you can mix this with pause squeeze technique and love handle exercise.
