dry mouth is a side-effect of Starpress xl which is metoprolol and it is not going to harm you. But it is a very good medicine for your heart, so should continue your medicine, if it bothers you too much you can ask your doctor to change the XL version to a simple version. So nothing to panic or worry.

I am suffering from fever last 3 Weeks and my teeth is very pain. So what can I do?
Pls avoid self medications n rush to a dentist at the earliest to detect the cause of your teeth pain. Delaying'll only worsen your condition since your teeth pain is accompainied with fever since 3 days.

My teeth is yellowish colour I use many toothpaste but not benefit which toothpaste clean my teeth.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
My teeth is yellowish colour I use many toothpaste but not benefit which toothpaste clean my teeth.
Use Homeodent toothpaste twice daily, morning and night before sleep. Take care. Home remedy:- Cleaning your teeth with fresh orange peel on a regular basis will reduce the yellow tinge accumulated on your teeth. Rub orange peel over your teeth every night before going to sleep. The vitamin C and calcium in the orange peel will combat the microorganisms throughout the night. Do this for a few weeks and you will notice effective results. If fresh orange peel is not available, you can use dried orange peel powder. Take care.

Hi doc there are these two lumps in my month on my cheeks both parallel to each other and 2 white patches as well I can feel them with my tongue a little rougher than the rest of my cheek It's been a week and it's still the same just a little faded I had some has a day before and I used to smoke so i'm scared if that's because of it I tried to google it. It says it could be an early stage of cancer i'm scared.

MBBS , MD dermatology resident
Dermatologist, Mumbai
Hello, White patches could be leukoplakia, which is a premalignant condition. I would advise you to get a biopsy done to confirm the diagnosis. Lumps need to be examined by a dermatologist. Further management depends on the histopathology report. As of now, please stop smoking, it causes cancer and also predisposes you to various other diseases and is one of the factors causing infertility. Eat healthy, be healthy.

Nothing to worry about it will fade away on its own However if you have not been prescribed any gel for local application you can use this one Metrogyl DG gel - apply on affected area 2-3 times everyday.

My teeth are becaming week. What can I do for my teeth so that my teeth become strong?

BDS (GOLD MEDALIST)
Dentist, Jamshedpur
My teeth are becaming week. What can I do for my teeth so that my teeth become strong?
For healthier teeth you should follow some routines. Brush regularly two times daily with soft bristle toothbrush. Rinse your mouth after each meal. Floss your tooth to prevent food impaction. Avoid sticky and sweetened food and tobacco products. Alcohol and smoking. Visit a dentist regularly every 6 months.
