Dear Sir/Madam, please guide When I do heavy workout, fast running or after playing hours of tennis my tibia and calf started to so much pain. I feel such a tibia is broken. I feel so much muscle pain. I use ice and hot water for calm down it. But much pain remains. There is no injury at all. You are requested to suggest way to be strong tibia and calf for my better performance in tennis game.

Increase your liquid intake, increase milk products and protein in your diet, take rest for 10 days than again start game for few minutes only daily for one week than start your time of playing gradually. This problem is not because of weakness th...

My left foot got injured while playing football three months ago. I got the X-ray done which showed the bones are normal .But I still have some pain in that particular area whenever that area gets hit or there is an extra pressure applied on that. Do proper ankle strengthening exercises for one month at least two time in a day, take ultrasound therapy, visit to a qualified physiotherapist to learn exercises and to take ultrasound therapy for 6 days, don't walk on uneven surface.
