Although your investigations are negative I would still suggest that you get injections to suppress your ovarian function to see if you get any relief. This way we will be very sure whether the problem is Gynaecological in origin.

if it's safe sex u can avoid I pill..but plz keep in mind that condoms have some rare failures. If u don't want to take I pill u can calculate ur safe period n avoid sex during unsafe period (day 8 to 18 if ur cycles r regular ) eating papaya has no proven benefit.

It's called leucorrhoea. It might be due to infection. Advice her to take potassium permanganate sitz bath. Maintain hygiene properly. Take multivitamins. And homoeopathic treatment which is the safest treatment.

I have vaginal infection can you suggest some medication as I smell bad after intercourse with my husband.

BHMS
Homeopath, Delhi
Vaginal odor is a very common problem that most women have to deal with at least once or twice in their life. Vaginal odor can be due to a number of reasons, such as bacterial growth, yeast infections, poor hygiene, hormonal changes, and sexually transmitted diseases. Keep the vagina dry after every wash. You can take homoeopathic medicine sulphur 200 (4 drops in little water) every morning for a week and revert.

See the report is not good. Your uterus has heterogenous consistency, for which any gynecologist will advise you to undergo d&c procedure with or without mri to rule out endometrial or uterine cancer. For time being please withhold the thoughts of getting pregnant, as first you need to take care of the current situation. And then if everything normal after d&c, then only can think about treatment of infertility. Consider this message as urgent to rule out cancer.

I am unmarried and I have cut in nipple in future can I feed a baby. please advice.
It is best to withhold temporarily from the affected breast as it will be painful . Express the milk though to prevent congestion. You can use a nipple shield and apply lanolin based ointment like boroline to allow it to heal
