Hello. Of course there are chances of getting pregnant. If she doesn't get her periods, then she must rule out pregnancy.

Any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet Gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for long time.

One can have periods usually upto three months and still carry a normal pregnancy. This is caused implantation bleed. However bleeding in pregnancy can be from other causes also. Hence it is very important to get yourself examined to check that both mother and baby are fine.

maintaining a healthy outlook
Women today have busy, demanding lives. You may feel pulled in different directions and experience stress from dealing with work, family and other matters, leaving little time for yourself. Learning to balance your life with some time for yourself will pay off with big benefits — a healthy outlook and better health.

Steps you can take:
1)Stay in touch with family and friends.
2)Be involved in your community.
3)Maintain a positive attitude and do things that make you happy.
4)Keep your curiosity alive. Lifelong learning is beneficial to your health.
5)Healthy intimacy takes all forms but is always free of coercion.
6)Learn to recognize and manage stress in your life. Signs of stress include trouble sleeping, frequent headaches and stomach problems; being angry a lot; and turning to food, drugs and alcohol to relieve stress.
7)Good ways to deal with stress include regular exercise, healthy eating habits and relaxation exercises, such as deep breathing or meditation.
8) Talking to trusted family members and friends can help a lot. Some women find that interacting with their faith community is helpful in times of stress.
9)Get enough sleep and rest.
10)Adults need around eight hours of sleep a night.
11)Talk to your health care provider if you feel depressed for more than a few days; depression is a treatable illness. Signs of depression include feeling empty and sad, crying a lot, loss of interest in life, and thoughts of death or suicide. If you or someone you know has thoughts of suicide, get help right away.

Sir I am not sexual satisfy so my husband get angry please tell me what I do I am si tns.
You should both go to a counselor and then a sexologist to get some guidelines as to how to go about foreplay. Men do not like being told that they are not satisfying the woman, so his reaction can be understood but not supported. Make him feel less threatened before suggesting a counsloer for the help you require. Many times men tend to go for the kill with the physical part of sex and forget that women take a longer time to get aroused and need certain stimulation to ideally enjoy the complete experience of orgasmic peak. With some education both of you will stand to benefit and will enjoy your conjugal relationship wonderfully for a long time.

To clear your doubts I will suggest you to get her urine checked for pregnancy and follow up with reports for further guidance.

I had intercourse after a long time about 10 days back. Since then I have been experiencing extreme pain in my vagina while urinating. Is this normal? How can I deal with it. I use vaginal wash regularly.

MS Human Sexuality, M.Phil Clinical Psychology, PhD (Behaviour Modification), Certified In Treatment of Resistant Depression
Sexologist, Hyderabad
Was your vagina dry during intercourse due to which you have sustained some scratches or is it a muscular pain, or burning sensation? Either which way you can have a paracetamol to alleviate pain. You can also use an cold pack for muscular pain in the vagina superficially. Kindly avoid using vaginal washes and douches as it strips the natural protectant environment of the vagina. If your vagina is well lunricated during sex the pain can be reduced to a great extent. Take care.
