Hi, losing 20 kgs in just 3 months is not advisable. Lose gradually. You must be feeding your baby, so don't go for fad diet. Eat balanced one. Include complex carbohydrates, sufficient proteins and healthy fats, seasonal fruits, leafy vegetables in sufficient amount. Hydrate yourself well. Avoid foods which are loaded with ghee, fried foods, sweets and junk. Take sufficient rest.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

Massaging helps circulate blood and brings nutrients to the scalp. Put both your hands on the head and move your fingers in slow, circular motion. Massaging will make your scalp warm and tingly — it is an indicator that blood is flowing to the scalp which will help in hair growth.

Hi lybrate-user, you are suffering from Anxiety. You need to check with a psychiatrist for medication and along with that consult psychologist for managing your fear naturally through therapy. You can consult me for it. Practice jacobs progressive muscle relaxation. Suggested tips before starting this progressive muscle relaxation script Find a quiet place that is comfortable for you. Practice at a regular time during the day. Preferably not after you have eaten Find a comfortable position. If you are sitting, then keep your back straight and feet flat on the floor. If lying down (the preferred option as your body is supported by the floor) then you can put a pillow beneath your knees for extra support. Adopt a passive attitude to PMR. When tensing muscles (without straining), do so for roughly 5 seconds. When you relax your muscles do so for roughly 15-20 seconds before progressing to the next muscle group. Tense each muscle group once before progressing. Progressive muscle relaxation script Start out with a few relaxing breaths. Use the diaphragmatic breath, and as you exhale feel the tension begin to ebb away. Clench your fists. Move your awareness to your hands. Clench both of your fists for up to 5 seconds. Release for 15-20 seconds, imagining the tension ebbing out of your hands. Tighten your biceps. Move your attention to your arms. Draw your forearms toward your shoulders, creating a bicep. Hold for up to 5 seconds and then release for 15-20 seconds. As you release and imagine the tension flowing out of your biceps. Forehead and scalp. Move your attention to your forehead. As you inhale lift your eyebrows and wrinkle your forehead. Hold for up to 5 seconds and then release for 15-20 seconds. As you release, feel the relaxation of the muscles of the forehead. Facial muscles. Move your attention to your facial muscles. Furrow your eyebrows and purse your lips. Try to pull all of your facial muscles towards your nose. Hold for up to 5 seconds and then release for 15-20 seconds. As you release feel the relaxation of the facial muscles. Jaw. Bring your attention to your jaw. Clench your jaw tightly, feeling the tension in the surrounding muscles. Hold for up to 5 seconds and then release for 15-20 seconds. Relax the muscles and allow the tension to disappear. You may feel your mouth begin to open a little. Neck and shoulders. Now bring your awareness this region. Shrug your shoulders towards your ears. Feel the tension in the surrounding muscles. Hold for up to 5 seconds and then release for 15-20 seconds. Feel the tension in the muscles ebb away. Upper back/shoulders. Now bring your awareness between the shoulder blades. Push your shoulder blades back as if you were trying to get them to touch. Feel the tension in the surrounding muscles. Hold for up to 5 seconds and then release for 15-20 seconds. Feel the tension in between the shoulder blades ebb away. Upper chest. Now bring your awareness to your upper chest. Tighten the chest muscles and hold. Feel the tension in the upper chest muscles. Hold for up to 5 seconds and then release for 15-20 seconds. Feel the tension in the chest muscles flow away. Stomach. Now bring your awareness to your navel area. Try to draw your navel in to your backbone. Feel your stomach muscles tighten. Hold for up to 5 seconds and then release for 15-20 seconds. Feel the tension in the abdominal muscles dissipate. Buttocks. Now bring your awareness to your buttocks area. Squeeze your buttocks together, consciously tightening the muscles in this region. Hold, hold hold…and now release for 15-20 seconds. Feel the tension in these muscles disappear. Thighs. Now bring your awareness to your thigh muscles. Try not to contract your stomach muscles as you consciously tighten your upper thigh muscles. Hold, hold hold…and now release for 15-20 seconds. Feel the tension in the thigh muscles dissipate. Calves. Now bring your focus to your calf muscles. Consciously tighten your calf muscles by pointing your toes. Hold, hold hold…and now release for 15-20 seconds. Feel the tension in the calf muscles flow away. Feet. Now bring your focus of attention to your feet. Tighten your feet by curling your toes toward the ground. Hold, hold and hold some more…and now release for 15-20 seconds. Feel the tension in the feet flow away. Mentally scan your body for any residual tension. If you find a muscle group with residual tension then tense and relax this area again. Feel a wave of relaxation, from the top of your head to the tip of your toes. When you are ready bring your awareness back to your breath and slowly open your eyes. This entire progressive muscle relaxation sequence should take you 15-25 minutes. You may need cognitive behavior therapy for coming out of your fear. All the best.

Patient information leaflet on kidney stones. Having a kidney stone can be painful and distressing. Most stones pass out of the body without any treatment. But for those that don't, there are good treatments available. What are kidney stones? kidney stones are solid, stone-like lumps that can form in your kidneys. They are made from waste chemicals in your urine. Stones can also form in your bladder and the tubes that carry urine from your kidneys to your bladder (these are called ureters). Stones can stay in your kidneys without causing problems. But some might travel out of your body in the flow of urine. If they are very small, they can pass out of your body without you noticing. But larger ones can rub against the tubes or even get stuck. This can be extremely painful. There are four types of kidney stones? the most common type contains calcium. These stones are called calcium oxalate stones? uric acid stones form if there is too much uric acid in your urine. Uric acid is a waste product made when food is digested? struvite stones develop after a urinary infection, such as cystitis? cystine stones are caused by a rare inherited condition called cystinuria. It is important to know what kind of stone you have, as this will affect your treatment to prevent future stones. What are the symptoms? the main symptom is pain. This can be a dull ache in your back or side, or an extremely sharp, cramping pain. The pain usually comes on suddenly. It might spread down to your tummy or groin. You might also? feel sweaty or sick? be sick? find blood in your urine. This is caused by the stone rubbing against the walls of the ureter? need to urinate more often or feel a burning sensation when you urinate. Your doctor is likely to suspect you have a kidney stone if you have sudden, severe pain in your side and blood in your urine. You'll probably be sent to hospital for an x-ray. If you have a kidney stone, these tests may show how big the stone is and where it is stuck. If the x-ray does not show a kidney stone, you will probably have more tests to find out what's causing the pain. You may not get any symptoms with a kidney stone. You might find out you have one when you have an x-ray for another reason. What treatments work? stones that are less than 1 centimetre across often pass out of the body without any treatment. It can take two days to four weeks for this to happen. You can help the process along by drinking plenty of water to increase the flow of urine. You'll also need to take strong painkillers for the pain. If you have a stone stuck in a tube (ureter), your doctor might recommend taking a medicine called an alpha-blocker. This type of drug is often used to treat high blood pressure or symptoms of an enlarged prostate, but studies show it can also help stones to pass through the ureters faster. You'll probably be able to stay at home during this time, although you may need x-rays to check on the progress of the stone. Your doctor may ask you to catch the stone with a tea strainer or something similar as it comes out. This is so your doctor can see what type of stone you have. Knowing the type of stone will help them work out what you can do to prevent more stones. Surgical treatments larger stones and those that don't pass out of the body need treatment. All the following treatments work well? shock wave therapy uses shock waves to break up stones into small pieces that can pass out of the body. Many stones are dealt with this way and it avoids any operation. You might sit in a tub of water or lie on a table to have this treatment. You'll have a local anaesthetic to numb the area that's being treated. You may need several treatments to break up hard or large stones. The risk of side effects after this treatment is small. But you could get an infection in your kidney or a stone stuck in your ureter afterwards? you may need a minor operation if a stone in your kidney is large or in an awkward place. It's called a percutaneous nephrolithotomy (pcnl. You will have a general anaesthetic, so you will not be awake for the operation. You will probably have to stay in hospital. The doctor will make a small cut in your back and pass a needle and a very thin tube into your kidney to remove the stone. Like all operations, there can be problems (complications). The main ones are constipation and infections. Kidney stones? if the stone is stuck in a tube (ureter), you may have a ureteroscopy. You don't need any cuts made in your body for this, and you can probably go home the same day. You can have a local or general anaesthetic. The doctor feeds a long, thin wire up through your bladder and into the ureter to reach the stone. The doctor then either removes the stone or breaks it up with shock waves. This procedure works well, but it does have risks. In one study, about 1 out of 10 people who had this treatment had a damaged or torn ureter afterwards. What will happen to me? if you've had a kidney stone you have about a 1 in 2 chance of getting another one within five years to seven years. Your doctor can prescribe medicines to help stop you getting some types of stones. The type of medicine you get depends on the type of stone you've had. For example, you may need to take diuretics (water pills) to reduce calcium in your urine if your stone contained calcium. If you have too much uric acid in your urine you might be given a drug called allopurinol (the brand names are caplenal, cosuric, and zyloric). Your risk of getting more stones may also be affected by what you eat and drink. To reduce your risk, you can? drink more than two litres of water a day? eat a healthy diet, including calcium but not calcium supplements. Foods rich in calcium include milk and other dairy products, peas and beans, leafy green vegetables, nuts, and bony fish like sardines and salmon? avoid using lots of salt? eat more vegetables. Vegetables make the urine less acidic. If you've had a calcium oxalate stone, you may need to reduce the amount of oxalate in your diet. This means cutting down on chocolate, nuts, rhubarb, strawberries, spinach, coffee, and tea. But changes in diet don't work for everyone, and there is not a lot of evidence to show how well they work. So it's important to talk to your doctor before making big changes to what you eat.

My face has a lot of dark spots so I want to reduce it so please suggest something.

My face has a lot of dark spots so I want to reduce it so please suggest something.
Many black spots or dark patches can be easily lightened or eliminated to restore a glowing facial complexion. Dark spots, patches and other marks on the face may be due to excess secretion of melanin on the skin. Some factors that can lead to this condition include over exposure to the sun, hormone imbalance, pregnancy, certain medications, vitamin deficiencies, lack of sleep and too much stress. Spots and patches on the face can be embarrassing and even lead to low self-esteem. Luckily, there are many possible treatments, such as acid peels and laser surgeries. Simple, natural homemade remedies also may reduce the appearance of spots and other blemishes on your face. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. Potatoes have natural bleaching properties that help fade spots, scars as well as blemishes. The starch in potato helps reduce pigmentation, while the enzymes in it promote healthy skin. Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. The lactic acid in it will gradually reduce skin pigmentation and brighten your overall skin complexion. Aloe vera has many healing properties and is a great natural dark spot corrector. Its gel has polysaccharides that stimulate the growth of new skin cells to help reduce dark spots and heal scars. Sandalwood is another effective option. The natural oils in it can help clear black spots naturally. It even adds a healthy glow to your skin. Turmeric is another popular skin-lightening agent that can be used to get rid of black spots on your face. It repairs free radical damage and reduces skin pigmentation and discoloration. It is also effective for quickly removing sun spots and age spots.

First of all, just ensure that you have an extra inhaler. Because nothing works like the inhalers. If still such situation occurs, steam inhalation and some coffee may help. Don't panic and control your breath. Final line- inhalers are the best, usually no alternative for fast relief. If no relief, don't delay trying home remedies, rush to the nearby hospital.

Hi! You are what you eat. Nutrition plays an important role to keep you glowing inside out. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains. Try to limit intake of junk, smoke and alcohol as these harm your skin the most. One key point I would emphasise here is to exfoliate your skin regularly. Regular exfoliation can be done both by using natural products like gram flour and yogurt or fullers earth. Using sunscreen after exfoliation is must, so never skip the sunscreen. Exfoliation along with daily moisturisation works wonders on your skin. Pamper your skin once in a week with a good face mask, massage and a relaxing bath. If your skin remains dull even after following all the above advices, then do not hesitate to book an appointment with your nearest dermatologist. An expert advice is always recommended to test the underlying causes of skin dullness and help it improve faster.
