You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

May be, may be not. Depends upon the presentation. If the pain appears immediately after exertion, then it could be a sign of poor blood supply through coronaries when the heart needs more blood and oxygen. If there is family history of hypertension, diabetes, heart disease then one must evaluate itself by cardiac check up like ecg, blood pressure, regularity of pulses, 2 d echo etc. If everything comes to be normal, then you may rest assured.

I have acne for the past 5-6 years. I have taken treatment with numerous doctors. I took a treatment through kaya skin clinic as well. It cures the acne for some time but it again starts coming back after a while. My chest and back is also affected.

The main problem is in your diet & lifestyle. If you suffer from acne, pimples, blackheads & dark spots it means that the pitta dosha (heat in body) is increased. For that you need proper ayurvedic medicine along with following diet & lifestyle changes. 1) avoid eating salty, spicy & sour foods 2) have milk & ghee twice daily 3) green tea has antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds that can help fight acne. To get its effects, use a cooled cup of green tea as a face wash or lay the bag over the affected area. 4) apply a teaspoon of honey to affected areas, or make a mask by mixing 1/2 cup of honey with 1 cup of plain oatmeal and leaving it on for 30 minutes.

Take Tab: Sookshma Triphala 2-------2 Tab: Manjishta ghan vati 2------2 Syrup: Sarivadyasav 2tablrspoon 2timrs a day. Apply kumkumadi Oil over face.

I am 38 year old male, 85kgs and 5'11" height. Vegetarian and do exercise 2 to 3 days/week. I am using Foracort inhaler occasionally for bronchitis. I am having IBS and Non alcoholic fatty liver. My digestion to be improved. All the Test and Liver function are normal. Please suggest treatment to improve Digestive system, Fatty Liver and for weight loss.

As you mentioned you are having ibs and fatty liver you must concentrate on the diet first beacause these disease are chronic and easily gets relapsed with inappropriate diet. Along with that you are using inhaler for asthama. All these symptoms are related to kapha dushti and angimandya acc. To ayurveda in short. For now you can take tab. Arogyavardhini vati 2 tabs twice a day before 15 min. Of food tab. Praval panchamrita 2 tabs twice a day. You must undergo the panchakarma therapy for relief from these situations. Visit an ayurvedic physician near you. For diet avoid spicy food, bakery products, milk (specifically at night time, milk products, curd, and other heavy food products. You can take only freshly made buttermilk at food time.

Hi. Change of climate, air, water and diet may be responsible for hairloss in your case! It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin Folli Hair once daily for 1 month.

It is mostly caused by Cholera... a food or water borne disease.. Ideally you should consult immediately... You may start her on Continous supply of ORS in water....if she does not have vomiting... to replace the lost water.. if she has vomiting then she might need parentral fluids... avoid giving her sugar added drinks.. And give her homoeopathic medicine Ars Alb Every stool after and stop once it improves...

1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet 2. Destress yourself. 3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day. 4. Have an oil massage at least twice a week with coconut oil or any oil of your choice. Condition your hair after shampooing . 5. Take tab adgain once daily after food for 15 days and revert.

Hello, Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell & tissues to curb fats cells.     •Go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.     •Opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office.    •Tk, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast. 3 breads,  1 bowl of pulses,  1 bowl of green  veggies,  repeat the same In dinner.     •Tk, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintaing 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.      •consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. Avoid, nicotine,coffee, alcohol,junk food, cookies, burger,pizza ,butter, ghee, sweets, sitting on computer late in d night.
