Use warm water for drinking,take healthy ,warm food,fresh fruits,dry fruits,take proper rest,sound sleep,do yoga,pranayam,keep cleanliness of private body parts. avoid chilled water,cold drink, foods kept in fridge,oily,spicy,outside food,water, avoid late night works, travelling ,overexertion during menstruation. best luck..

Although you have sexual intercourse in your unsafe period, chances of pregnancy are high but as symptoms of pregnancy are not there, please immediately go for pregnancy test.

In april I got periods on 14th .and in may its 10 days early i.e on 4th may .and in june its still not. I hd protected sex with my bf. And urine pregnancy test is negative. I have taken ipill when I hd sex thats 5 months back .whats the problem.

Hello three years past of my marriage n no baby BT two abortions the first 1 was molar pregnancy n the last one was hydrocephalus head baby which aborted in fifth month of my pregnancy on 3oct 2014. Yes you can conceive again. Get semen analysis test done for your husband after 4 days of abstinence from sex. Then I can tell diet guidelines and treatment for your husband to make sperms more young and active. I advise you send the semen report after testing.

I want to loose weight after pregnancy just before delivery I ws 70 nd aftr almost three months of delivery my weight has shooted up to 76 docter has suggested to do GTT ie Glucose Tolerance test as I was having gestational diabetes during pregnancy. I'm unmarried and my weight has gone up to 80kgs and my age was 31. I have irregular menstrual problem and my doctor declared that I have a PCOD. Doctor suggests me to use Bigomet 1000mg & All9 pills until I got a pregnancy. So I would like to reduce my weight. Now i'm taking my diet, Yoga, walking half an hour, 17mins cycling and also I started to go slim clinic to reduce 20kgs weight. In my diet, I can't take green tea due to ginger& garlic flavour added. Due to that i'm getting allergy and getting itching & pimples.(Recently I had a skin problem) So can you suggest me which foods that I reduce heavy weight loss through foods & drinks. How many litres of water should I drink for a day? please help me out.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. to burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. as half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. A DIET CHART Timing Foods To Eat Calories Early Morning Lukewarm Water with Lemon 1 glass 0 Tea without Sugar + 2 Biscuits 90 Breakfast 2 Rotis + 1/2 cup Paneer Curry 330 OR Brown Bread Upma 1 plate + Milk 1 cup 300 Mid-Morning 1 Banana/1/2 cup Melon/20 Grapes 50 Lunch Brown Rice 1 cup (195 gm) + Mixed Vegetables 1/2 cup + Salad 1 bowl + Raita 1 small bowl 345 Evening Butter Milk 1 cup 35 Dinner 2 Rotis + Vegetable Soup 1 bowl + Salad 1 bowl 370 Total 1220/1190 Cal YOu have to drink 2-3 liters of water and boiled water is enough

Hye. There is no need to opt for any kind of surgical treatments to get your vagina back to form. You can follow some simple, natural and very effective exercises that can tighten the vaginal muscles and reduce the size of the vaginal opening to a great extent. Kegel exercise. One of the most popular ways to tighten the vagina would be to opt for Kegel exercises on a regular basis. Often recommended to ladies post delivery, the exercise involves a woman contracting the muscles of her groin and then relaxing them after 10 seconds. Keep contracting and relaxing the groin muscles for at least 15 times and follow up with 4 sets of the same every day. Alternatively, you can try contracting your groin muscles while you urinate and hold back the urine for about 5 seconds before continuing. Do the same till you finish urinating. Repeat the procedure every time you need to urinate. Leg ups. This simple exercise requires you to lie down on your back on the floor and raise your legs upwards one after the other. Don’t bend the legs, rather keep them straight as you raise and lower them alternatively. A slight variation to this exercise involves moving your legs laterally as well. Keep the legs straight as you do so. Continue the exercise for about 10 minutes and do the same at least 5 times a day for best benefits.

Unwanted kit is an abotion pill is used for medical termination of pregnancy upto 49 days of gestation. Use oc pills or condoms at sex time.

Hello, don't worry. Slight pain or heaviness around the parts and slight discharge per vagina is normal, but if the intensity of pain is unbearable and the discharge is too much, smelly, thick, then need to look into the matter.

acept it that some amount of elasticity is gone forever after pregnancy and delivery. get back in shape ,the healthy way eat a protein rich diet do stretching exercises. cycling helps sagging tummy no jogging , only simple walks yoga will also help you get back in shape massage with the help of machines which are recently introduced in market or look for them online. good luck remember that slow and steady exercise regime will give you lasting results

Indians have always been known for their passion of food, which is usually rich and creamy. With the recent calorie consciousness setting in, the Indian foods are also blamed for being rich in calories. It is therefore time to take a step back and watch the calories that you are packing with each meal.

Listed below are some common Indian foods, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, and their corresponding caloric value. The next time you plan your meal, take a conscious decision based on your overall health. This does not mean you should not relish these exotic dishes. Make sure if you have had a ghee-laden gaajar ka halwa, make sure to burn that extra calories by extending your gym time.

  1. Chicken curry: This popular dish with curry, chicken, and other spices like ginger, saffron and other spices contain about 600 kcal for a serving.
  2. Daal: About 300 g of cooked dal has about 350 kcal. The good news with daal is that gives the maximum amount of proteins, especially for non-meat eaters.
  3. Biryani: A bowl of vegetable biryani contains about 550 kcal while chicken biryani gives about 800 kcal. Again, this depends on the additional ingredients like the amount of ghee or oil used and other ingredients.
  4. Korma: While the chicken korma gives up to 900 kcal, a bowl of vegetable curry gives about 350 kcal.
  5. Samosas: A meat samosa has about 320 kcal, while a vegetable samosa has about 250 kcal.
  6. Chole bature: This fried food with big sized puris and chickpeas pack in about 450 kcal per serving.
  7. Pav bhaji: Another popular evening snack with fried bread and gravy, this has loads of butter applied to the bread and so it is not surprise that you add about 450 kcal with a plate of pav bhaji.
  8. Jalebi: This popular Indian sweet is made by deep-frying wheat-flour batter in circular shapes and soaking it in sugary syrup. Whether eaten hot or cold, it gives you about 460 kcal per serving. Add a spoonful of rich creamy rabdi to it and there would be another 150 kcal.
  9. Ras malai: This rich creamy sweet is extremely popular in Northern parts of India and provides about 250 kcal per serving
  10. Halwa: If loaded with ghee, a cupful of carrot halwa can give you about 250 kcal.Onion pakoras: This popular spicy snack contains deep fried gram flour and onions and packs in about 200 kcal when 3 pieces are eaten.

Now that you know how much calories some of your regular foods are carrying, make a mental note of all the foods you are eating on a daily basis, and make sure it does not cross about 2000 per day.

Hello Doctor! I and my gf had sex without contraception and took an mpill after 23hrs and had sex again in two hours will it cause pregnancy? It's been a week and she has got mild bleeding is it a sign of pregnancy as her periods are yet to be after ten days or so.

Risk of pregnancy is less but its not 100% effective wait till her menses date and do urinary pregnancy test if menses missed on the expected date.
