Unlike the vagina, the tissues of the anus are not stretchy. Anal sex can weaken your muscles down there, which makes it hard to hold feces. The anus is full of bacteria. Consequently, the giving partner is especially prone to infections.

Your bmi is 40. 9, and you are morbidly obese. You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Take the white of 2 boiled eggs and lots of fruits and green vegetables and salads. If you don' t loose weight soon you will develop high bp also also. Hello Doc, shall I change my diet plan or is it ok. My morning starts with three glasses of water empty stomach and then 1hot cup of organic india green tea. In breakfast I take 1 banana, 3-4 breads with peanut butter and 1 glass protein shake. In lunch I take normal rice, dal roti and egg amulet in non-veg days. 1 banana in afternoon and a normal 2 hrs rest. In evening I again take 1 hot cup green tea followed by 1 banana, 3-4 breads with peanut butter and normal milk this time. Dinner is same as lunch and egg, chicken in non-veg days. After that again 1 banana, 3-4 breads with peanut butter and protein milk shake. Is this is an ok diet?

Dear lybrateuser, -Your diet should help you reduce your weight & you should feel active throughout the day -have banana with breakfast, afternoon you can have an apple or a pear or an orange, basically have a variety of fruits available which can provide you with various vitamins & minerals, include seasonal vegetables in your diet -have wholewheat bread or mix grain paratha, add paneer & yoghurt in your diet ,have fish & skinless chicken in non-veg items, avoid fried food -have early dinner, don't eat anything after that, you can take a glass of buttermilk before bedtime -drink plenty of water throughout the day, have a glassful before each meal.

Follow health advises given below: Measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. Get CBC checked and review with reports consult physician/me for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

nirmet kaushik ji Symptoms of swine flu are:- cough, sore throt, stuffy or running nose, bodyache, headache, chills, fatigue, fever ( but not always), nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, these symptoms are with in 1 to 3 days. Reason of swine flu is H1N1 virus. It spreads by person to person by inhaling virus in air or surfaces contaminated with this virus and then touching nose or mouth, and infected droplets in air by coughing or sneezing of infected persons. Hand wash before eating foods. hand wash/ sanitise regular in a day. avoid infected area or in croweded area. Do not drink cold water . Do not hand-shake . Use your own hanky . Drink plenty of warm water, juice, warm veg.-soups, get more rest and sleep to help immune system . Try kegel exercises this is a great way of strengthening your pelvic muscles and gain strength for sex. It is like going to the gym, but for sex. Let me tell you how to do kegel exercises. You have to practice it first. When you urinate, try to stop the flow of urine without your hands, just by contracting your muscles. The muscles you contract then are the pelvic muscles that are used during sex. Do not do this while urinating again, you can do this while you are sitting or standing, while working or doing other things. Once you know how to contract them try doing this a few times every day and this will strengthen them. Aim for at least three sets of 10 repetitions a day. You should see results in a few week.

You should get screened up for urine routine micro test for any urinary infection, but regarding your next symptom that a drop of water comes out while watching adult video is only physiological and nothing to worry about that.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be migraine headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management

Here are tips for preventing gas and acid reflux: -Relax and eat food slowly Avoid skipping breakfast. - Eat smaller meals;Don't overeat -Limit fluids intake during meals. As it increases stomach distension. -Avoid foods and drinks that trigger acidity (e.g. Fatty ,Spicy foods, onions, garlic, peppermint, chocolate, coffee,tea, citrus fruits or juices, tomatoes, cola or alcohol) -Wear loose-fitting clothes.Tight clothes or belts can constrict your stomach. -Do daily exercise.like walking;It keeps you upright, allowing gravity to aid digestion -Don't lie down after eating.Wait at least 2-3 hours after meal before sleeping. Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine - try to get at least 6 to 7 hours of uninteruppted sleep at night time Go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every Night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background 'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.
