Hello, hope you are doing good. Please follow the doctor prescribed medicine. Which controls the diabetics and will not allow you increase. But along with medication, you need to concentrate on food also. Make sure you food must have high protein, fiber and omega-3 nutrition. For a diabetics, its good to have more protein rather than carbohydrates, which converts into glucose and may have a chance to increase the diabetes. What we suggest is the nutrigemoic protein, who certified, with 9 essential amino acids. This will help you cure your diabetics. But you will definitely have a result, if you can use protein with vitamins and minerals, fiber and omega-3 supplements.

Hi lybrate-user, good on your part that you have realized harmful effects of smoking tobacco. I advice homeo medicine for antidote and deaddiction of same - take daphne indica q 60 ml from homeo stores. Take 10 drops of medicine in 1/2 cup of water three times a day. You should be better. Note - complete total course.

Most common skin disease due to wrong feeding habit such as irregular hours of eating, improper food, excess of starches sugar food n bakery products. Excess of fatty foods, chronic constipation and menstruation disorder in female are some of common cause in this also its found in cases of excessive use of tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco and hence ointment does not serve your any purpose. So find out where you have to correct for better result? fresh juicy fruits, such as apple, pears, grapes, pineapple, lemon, or plan water either hot or cold should be drink. Vitamin a, e, nutrition and zinc to be consider part of treatment. Treatment: 1. A teaspoonful of coriander juice mixed with pinch of turmeric powder is effective home remedy for pimples / acne. Mixture should be applied to the face at night after thoroughly wash every day. 2. If you have constipation or menstruation in case of female, then remove a same, or go for treatment 3. Cap. Neem guard - 1 daily in morning after breakfast 4. Cap garlic pearls - 1 daily after breakfast 5. Steam on face buy using neem patti / leaves thrice in a week 6. 1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet 2. Destress yourself. 3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day. 4. Have an oil massage at least twice a week with coconut oil or any oil of your choice. Condition your hair after shampooing.

Dear Mr. Lybrate-user. As you are already on medication for t. B. I would not advise to take any other medicine. However you can try a home therapy to prevent nightfalls. Soak 5 gram of rock sugar (misri) & 5 grams of fennel (snouf) in a glass of everyday when you go to sleep. When you get up from sleep next day drink that mixture. Repeat the process for 15 days.

You can learn to control quick discharge by doing this exercise- pull your muscles that you pull at the end of urination for few seconds then release repeat this several times daily. Another is stop-start technique: when you feel that you are going to ejaculate stop the sexual stimulation and divert your mind, the penis will relax, after sometime start the stimulation again and repeat the procedure. Over few months you will gradually increase your ejaculation time. Erectile dysfunction to be due to stress / anxiety, so relax and do exercise. However to exclude other cause you need to do some blood tests like, Hb, TC, DC, Sugar PP, Prolactin, TSH and Testosterone. Stop smoking if you smoke. Check BP. If you are taking any medicine or nutritional supplement on regular basis then it may be due to side effect of that. If you are feeling general weakness too then also test for Vitamin D. Depending on the reports treatment is decided. Eat well, take bananas, tomatoes, cucumber for good health.
