Hi, I am Dr. Shailender Kumar Jain, General Surgeon. Today I will talk about piles. Piles humare samaj mein kafi jayada matra mein badh raha hai. Iska mukhye karan hai agar laterine ke raste mein jyada dabav padta hai joki aksar kabzi ki vajaha se hota hai toh pile banta hai. Isliya logon ko dhayan rakhna chahiyai ki kabzi se bachein aur piles se bhi bachein. Agar kisis ko piles ho jata hai toh uske operation ke liya ek nayi technique aayi hai jise staple hemorrhoid tectomy kehte hain. Is technique mein pehle ki tulana mein kafi fayde hain. Jis se ki na hi dard hota hai, na hi bleeding hoti hai aur patient sampuran roop se hamesha ke liya thik ho jaata hai. Is technique mein ek stapler hota hai jo ki leterine ke raste mein lagaya jaata hai aur us se masse hamesha ke liya khatam ho jaate hain. Mariz ko ek hi din mein kaam pe jaane ki suvidha mil jaati hai. Iska upyog aaj sampuran vishw mein kiya ja raha hai. Ismein mariz ko bohut sare fayde hote hain. Sabse bada afayda hai ki patient ko dard nahi hota hai. Na hi operation ke baad aur nahi operation dooraan. Ye surgery unki ki jaati hai jiske masse 2 or 3 stage ke hon. Masse bahar aa jaate hain and haath se unhe andar karna padta hai. Ismein aisi technique ka upyog kiya jata hai. Operation ke baad dard bhi nahi hota aur na hi bleeding hoti hai. Mariz apne kaam pe jaldi jaa sakts hai. Is se masse andar ki taraf khich jaate hain. Alag se uske liya koi operation nahi karna padta hai. Isliya ye technique sabse achi hai. Logon ko operation ke baad dhayan rakhna hai ki unhein kabzi na ho jis se ki aage chal ke unhe fissure ya fistula ka problem ho. Jiske liya regular salad khana, paani jyada peena, exercise karna, ye sari chizen karne se piles aage nahi badhta hai. Mai ye recommend karta hun ki ye technique jarur lein agar aap ko grade 2 or 3 or 4 piles hai. Thank You!
