It might be hemorrhoids or anal fissure. U shud eat more vegetables and fruits,and keep moving all time. There are also some medicines but u need prescription.

Smoking chodna ek achi aadat h, par lungs ko theek hone me kafi samay lag sakta h (5-15 saal). Ye is baat par nirbhar karta h ki aap ne kitne samay tak dhoomar pan kiya.
