Some time my mouth smell out. Teeth was clean. But some time some white particle from in my mouth than smell formed. What will we do?

BDS
Dentist, Bangalore
Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: practice good oral hygiene. Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. Don't forget to brush the tongue, too. Replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. Use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. See your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. Chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

I m 17+. I m suffering from hair loss. I had use different types of shampoos but no effect is there. Continuously hair loss is there. My hairs are not totally dry not so rough. Please tell me any homeopathy medicine and please tell me what type of diet I should take.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Hello lybrate-user the primary cause of hair fall as you are aware is the lack of nutrients or an imbalanced diet. Deficiency in protein, biotin and zinc is the major cause of hair fall. You get plenty of supplements in the market. However, a natural diet is the best way to combat hair fall. Including plant based foods such avocado, walnuts, almonds and seeds such as flax seeds (alsi) and sabza (the black seeds put in falooda) will greatly help reduce hair fall. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can include eggs (preferably boiled) and fish which is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids. A homoeopathic remedy which can help you would be: weisbaden 30 take 4 pills every night for 1 week and then inform.

I am 22 years old girl. I suffered from severe headache from last 5 yr. When pain starts then it is unbearable. Both sides of nerves pains alot. At that time nothing be seen other then death. These symptoms are of what? I never checkup this bcz have fear that is there something serious. What I do.

Certificate in Basic Course on Diabetes Management, CCEBDM Certificate in Diabetes, MBBS
General Physician, Pune
Very fact that you have a problem for 5 years and nothing serious has happened. This can't be something as you fear. Hiding the disease hides the cure. Modern medicine has developed so much in last 5 years that you should not mis trust it. The cause of headache can be anything like migraine, stress headache, tension headache, unhealthy life style, lack of rest or sleep, Galucoma in Eye pressure, vision defects, sinus, BP etc. etc. All can be treated but must be diagnosed first. First see a Consultant Physician for proper medical examination, related investigations, cross reference to Eye Specialist, ENT Specialist and if no relief finally to Neuro physician. Have courage and hope but your approach should be correct, swift and scientific . Best Wishes

Sir my hair is continuously fall more and more. So for preventing the hair fall what can I do?

Vaidya Visharad
Ayurveda, Narnaul
Drinking at least between 10 and 14 - 8oz. Glasses of water every day is another great way to prevent hair loss. Water helps wash off toxins from your body. These toxins could be a major reason for hair loss. Drink distilled water or at least filtered water that does not contain chlorine, lead, etc. For healthy hair.

Feeling depressed because I was not been able to perform well in exam now what should I do to be cheerful and concentrate for upcoming exams and anything else.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
5 Ways to Fight Depression If you feel depressed, it's best to do something about it — depression doesn't just go away on its own. In addition to getting help from a doctor or therapist, here are 5 things you can do to feel better. 1. Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2. Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat.. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3. Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. 4. Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood. 5.Try to notice good things. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. 10 Study Tips to Improve Your Learning Study Tip 1: Underlining Underlining is one of the simplest and best known study tips. It’s easy to highlight the most significant parts of what you’re reading. One key sentence per paragraph and a few important phrases here and there. You can only retain a certain amount so it’s best to retain the most important information. Study Tip 2: Make your own note and taking notes is one of the most widespread study skills out there. Essentially the aim of note-taking is to summarise lectures or articles in your own words so you can easily remember the ideas. Study Tip 3: Mind mapping A good Mind map can save you many hours of study and further consolidate your knowledge for your exams. Mind Maps are an extremely versatile tools. They can be used for brainstorming, outlining essays or study topics and for general exam preparation, ExamTime offers the ability to create Mind Maps quickly and easily which makes them the ideal tool when it comes to exams. Study Tip 4: Flash cards:- Using these are a particularly effective method of learning when trying to assimilate different facts, dates, formulas or vocabulary. Subjects such as History, Physics, Maths, Chemistry, Geography or any language are made much easier if you incorporate Flashcards in to your study. Study Tip 5: Case Studies Sometimes it can be difficult to grasp the implications of some theories. This is where studying case studies can be a big help. Case studies can help you visualise a theory and place it in a more familiar and realistic context. This is especially useful in business or law subjects. Study Tip 6: Quizzes are an excellent way to review study notes in the weeks and days before an exam. Quizzes can show where your strengths and weaknesses are, so it allows you to focus your efforts more precisely. Moreover, if you share your Study Quiz with your classmates and test each other as much as possible you can discover even more details and areas you may have overlooked. So before any exam, make sure you create and share a bunch of different Quizzes with your Friends. Study Tip 7: Brainstorming This is another study technique that is ideal for studying with friends and/or classmates. Brainstorming is a great way to expand every possible idea out of any topic. Just get a bunch of friends together and shoot the breeze, there are no wrong answers when brainstorming – just talk and capture the ideas, you can review afterward. Study Tip 8: Mnemonic Rules Mnemonics are especially useful when memorising lists and sets. Mnemonics rules basically work by associating certain concepts with other concepts that are more familiar to us. There are many different ways to make mnemonics and these can be individual to the person. Study Tip 9: ORGANISE your study One of the most effective study skills is also one of the most often overlooked; this is organising your study. Creating a TIME TABLE gives you goals and a time in which to achieve them. Having a study timetable as you study is greatly motivational Study Tip 10: Drawing Many people find it easier to recall images rather than text that is why they are better able to memorise concepts if they associate them with pictures or drawings. If you are happy with these answers please click on "useful” link so that I can know my efforts are not wasted. If you want more clarifications please ask me directly and not in open questions session

Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy. But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting. But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements ,it will be difficult to loose weight. If we restrict ourself from taking daily diet to 1100-1200 Kcalories ,and increases our workouts, only then we can think about reducing our weight and for that we must obtain proper knowledge of exact energy levels in a particular dish we are eating, only then we can achieve our target of reducing weight by means of simple mathematical calculation. MBBS
General Physician,
Your child is having oronasal pharyngitis with rhinitis of nose. You should make sure the child is not exposed to cold climate. And dust. May be allergic. If the child can do gargle give her warm saline gargle three times a day you have already given cetrizene syears don't give too much of cetrazene. Give plenty of vitamin c in the form of home made freshly prepared lemon juices which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing the autoimmune system of thebody which prevents the infection.
