There are seasonal flu (influenza) /bird flu/swine flu. They can be identified by virological test. Malaria can be identified by blood test for mp. If you have fever consult doctor for advice.

Aloe vera being the most potent to glow the skin and clarify our body internally too. So, either directly you apply aloe vera over your skin, rub it and then wash after 10 mins. OR you apply any cream with high proportion of aloe vera in it. If you not getting in your place, please let me know. For proper management and treatment, please consult.

Hunching over a desk is a leading reason why people end up with crippling back pain at some point in their lives. But a few simple changes in the way you work can make your pain go away. 1-Keep your head up; Focus on aligning your head and neck right above your shoulders; avoid straining forward. 2-Be choosy with your chair: Pick one that allows your lower back to rest against a lumbar support. Then tilt the back of the chair so it’s very slightly reclined. 3-Plant your feet: Keep them flat on the floor and shoulder-width apart to quiet tension in your knees and ankles. 4-Take breaks: Getting up at least once an hour— just do some shoulder rolls—reduces pressure on spinal disks and boosts circulation. If your back pain is severe please go to a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your pain. Best wishes.

Hi, First of all, do an urine examination for confirmation of pregnancy. If it is positive, then avoid papaya and gingelly seeds. Except these these two, you can consume anything you like in small quantities frequently.

I am assuming you are having irregular periods. Firstly I note you are overweight so try to reduce about 8 to 10 kgs by dieting and regular exercise. Also get a few blood tests done - tft fsh lh prolactin and a usg pelvis. Your treatment will depend on these results.

Hello. Target 3 kgs in the first quarter of the year of starting your weight loss (because of desk job you cannot really make harsh changes in schedule) -start doing surya namaskar at home, it take 15-20 minutes but is very effective. -start with 5rounds (10 total) and keep increasing gradually to as many as you can do, 7roundz then 10 rounds and so on. -keep a check on your diet. -take 25% less calories. -do not take more than 2tea spoon sugar a day. -try to drink more warm water, preferably with lemon.

Hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. Gaining healthy weight requires as much focus and dedication as losing it. Eating right is more important than eating more especially if you want most of that gain in the form of sculpted, lean muscle. Don't resort to garbage foods in an attempt to pile on the pounds faster. Plenty of calorie-dense, healthy foods are the best support for your efforts to gain weight.

See mostly pills tends to be giving temporarily relief not not addressing what you wish. If a person sound physically and mentally his sexual strength would also be fine and satisfactory. Suppose if somebody suffering gas his face impression would always be very frowning not cheering. He would also not be okay on bed. So I mean to say keep your self fit as fat as possible and start doing exercise daily and yoga. Take healthy and nutritious food. And may take ayurvedic treatment. Which bring vitality to the body even with out any side effect premature ejaculation reality is but mostly people choose pills instead little bit hard task as I mention above.

*Avoid excess exposure to the sun

*Drink up to 2 to 3 litres of water

It happens ,that after taking Ipill,your periods get disturbed for the time being.Although chances of pregnancy are negligible as you have had sex in almost your safe period but I will advise you to undergo URINE PREGNANCY TEST as a precautionary measure,You will soon get your periods once urine test shows negative results.

Hi. The diet you have mentioned is not balanced. This kind of diet you can't maintain for more than 2-3 weeks. The diet has very little proteins. Bfast should have have an egg or some veg proteins Lunch should have a dal. Dinner should be similar to lunch. You can have 2 roti instead of 3 in dinner. Just having salad and sprout for dinner with keep you hungry. A diet should be sustainable for life. It should be both delicious and nutritious.
