Most likely he may be sleeping for long hours in day so he is alert in night. Keep him busy in play or activities & avoid sleep more than 1 hour in day.

For the time being you can use oint clobetasol twice daily and tablet levocetrizine 5 mg at night. Consult a dematologist as it can be due to various disease like tinea cruris, scabies etc. Which can be excluded only by a professional after physical examination.

Hello Kindly understand that your age as has already reached 23,chances of height increase are quite less irrespective what you read and hear. Believe me height just cannot increase bearing a cm or two. Yes you can gain weight. I can help you with it. Instead of taking Normal or general advice, kindly book a private consultation and get to know the root cause and actual treatment protocol if you are serious about your problem. Vaginismus - Things You Should Be Aware of

Vaginismus is a condition characterized by significant pain in the vagina generally during sexual intercourse. This pain occurs on penetration due to the contraction of the vaginal muscles.

Causes

The exact cause of Vaginismus is not exactly known to the doctors. But some researchers suggests that the pain might result from severe anxiety or illogical fears before sex.

Vaginismus can be primary or secondary depending on the concerned woman’s previous sexual experiences. Vaginismus can be linked to an earlier sexually painful experience, sexual trauma or psychological factors. In some cases, the pain tends to exist without any direct physical cause. The causes of the pain might vary from women to women and might occur in some cases with only one specific partner and not with others.

Sometimes the pain might stem from underlying infections or any other underlying complications.

The symptoms of Vaginismus are as follows:

  1. Severe pain during intercourse.

  2. Severe pain during insertion of tampons or during any medical check-ups.

The following treatments can be useful to treat Vaginismus:

  1. If the pain arises due to anxiety or fear, counselling sessions can help you to a remedy.

  2. If the pain arises whenever something penetrates the vaginal walls, progressive desensitization can be useful to treat the pain. The process aims to loosen the vaginal muscles so that you don’t experience any pain during sexual intercourse.

Kegel exercises (at least 20 of them) can help in the initial stage to relax the vaginal muscles. After you exercise for a few days, you should try inserting one finger inside your vagina while doing the exercises. Try doing it gently and if it still hurts, try doing it with a lubricating jelly. This continuous procedure will help in the contraction of the vaginal muscles which eventually relax.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hi lybrate-user, I will recommend you for weight reduction dieting is not the right way to reduce weight rather than plan your diet properly. Some tips, a diet chat, and yoga for you. Tips: Avoid single large meals and start small frequent meals 4-5 times in a day. Avoid consuming food at late night. Take fiber rich diet like vegetables and fruits Avoid: Do not eat sugar sweets chocolates ice cream cold drinks sweet biscuits jam cake white bread cheese butter noodles milk and milk product. Diet Chart: You can also follow this chart (1200 calories) 1. EARLY MORNING upama/ poha/oats/ daliya 1 soup bowl or tea without sugar/green tea/black tea with 2 marie biscuits or plane roti 2 small size with 1 small bowl of green vegetable 2.MID MORNING 1 fruit Guava/ orange/apple 3.LUNCH salad 1 medium bowl dal 1 soup bowl green veg 1 small bowl pulka 2 without ghee 4.EVENING tea without sugar/green tea/black tea/lemon water rosted chana /muri 5. 1km or 2km is sufficient for morning walk. take tab. atorvas-10 mg once at night with tab. ecosprin 75 mg once at night for continue. regular health checkup. Avoid bad habits i.e. Avoid fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed.

Thank you for writing to us. Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: Cinnamon Tea - Directions for its use: Place the cinnamon in a mug and cover with 8 ounces of boiling water. Steep for 15 minutes before straining. Drinking 1-2 times a day. OR -- Place green tea and ginger in a strainer or sieve and cover with 8 ounces of boiling water. Steeping green tea for too long can leave it with a bitter taste, so don’t exceed 3-4 minutes. You can stir in a little raw honey if you really need to sweeten it, but avoid milk or sugar at all costs. Drink 1-2 cups daily on an empty stomach. For further queries get back to me.

Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning.

Lybrate-user, yes you are nearing grade 1 obesity with a bmi of 29.29 kgs/m2. Your ideal body weight should be 60 kgs. Since you have hypothyroidism, it is essential to control that. Unless that is done weight reduction will not occur. Well controlled hypothyroidism will have a tsh level between 3 to 4 mu/l. Thanks.
