Some time my mouth smell out. Teeth was clean. But some time some white particle from in my mouth than smell formed. What will we do?

Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: practice good oral hygiene. Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. Don't forget to brush the tongue, too. Replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. Use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. See your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. Chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

I m 17+. I m suffering from hair loss. I had use different types of shampoos but no effect is there. Continuously hair loss is there. My hairs are not totally dry not so rough. Please tell me any homeopathy medicine and please tell me what type of diet I should take.

Hello lybrate-user the primary cause of hair fall as you are aware is the lack of nutrients or an imbalanced diet. Deficiency in protein, biotin and zinc is the major cause of hair fall. You get plenty of supplements in the market. However, a natural diet is the best way to combat hair fall. Including plant based foods such avocado, walnuts, almonds and seeds such as flax seeds (alsi) and sabza (the black seeds put in falooda) will greatly help reduce hair fall. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can include eggs (preferably boiled) and fish which is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids. A homoeopathic remedy which can help you would be: weisbaden 30 take 4 pills every night for 1 week and then inform.

Very fact that you have a problem for 5 years and nothing serious has happened. This can't be something as you fear. Hiding the disease hides the cure. Modern medicine has developed so much in last 5 years that you should not mis trust it. The cause of headache can be anything like migraine, stress headache, tension headache, unhealthy life style, lack of rest or sleep, Galucoma in Eye pressure, vision defects, sinus, BP etc. etc. All can be treated but must be diagnosed first. First see a Consultant Physician for proper medical examination, related investigations, cross reference to Eye Specialist, ENT Specialist and if no relief finally to Neuro physician. Have courage and hope but your approach should be correct, swift and scientific . Best Wishes

Drinking at least between 10 and 14 - 8oz. Glasses of water every day is another great way to prevent hair loss. Water helps wash off toxins from your body. My mouth becomes dry very quickly as I have to take some liquid or water, but as I take after 10 minutes I have to go to toilet. And I night I have to get up 3 times for toilet. In day it is unstoppable. Please help.

Its may be due to lack of hydration, be hydrated with minimum 8 glass of water every day you have to intake.

hello dear. according to your given hight & weight, your BMI Body mass index is 22. means you have perfact proportional body. congratulations. according to me you don't need to reduce weight. than also I m giving some tips STOP drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice once again no need to reduce weight if your weight is 55 kg

Hashimoto's Thyroiditis (HT), is an autoimmune disease where there is lymphocytic infiltration in the thyroid gland leading to it becoming slightly enlarged and firm in consistancy. Since it is an autoimmune disease some amount of increase in lymphocytes does occur. Thanks.

Diabetic hand syndrome or finger joint pain in diabetic patients:

Finger joint pain in diabetic patients is also known as diabetic hand syndrome people suffering with type 1 diabetes are at risk of developing osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is the condition where your bone density decreases day by day making you stoop, abnormal body posture, bone pain and risk of fracture even with minor injury. You can prevent this by taking proper healthy food rich in calcium and vitamin d, doing weight bearing exercise and walking to strengthen the bones and joints.

Obesity and damage to the blood vessels and nerves due to abnormal blood sugar causes bones and joint disorder in diabetic patients.

Diabetic arthropathy or charcot joint is the common joint disorder caused to nerve damage in diabetic patients.

Signs and symptoms of diabetic arthropathy are:

  • Swelling around the finger jointsyour joints may lose its normal shapeloss of sensation around the affected jointsabnormal sensation like tingling or pricking sensationunable to bear weight
  • Timely diagnosis and intervention can definitely prevent further progression.
  • Diabetic hand syndrome is a condition in which the skin over the hands become waxy and thick. It also causes the restriction in the joint movements of the hand. This is usually seen in persons with very long standing and untreated diabetes. It is uncommon among general population and exact cause is also not known yet.
  • Physiotherapy will definitely improve the condition and prevent further progression.
  • Osteoarthritis - individual suffering with type 2 diabetes and obesity are more prone to osteoarthritis. In this the cartilage inside the joint between the bones is degenerated.

Signs and symptoms are:

  • Pain in the affected jointslimited joint movements or stiffnessreduced flexibilityswellingweight loss, exercise, proper medication, physiotherapy, oil massage and vasti will improve the condition.
  • Frozen shoulder
  • Majority of people suffering with diabetes have high chance of getting frozen shoulder.
  • Signs and symptoms
  • Pain and tenderness over the shoulder regionunable to lift the hand over headdecreased range of shoulder movements.

Physiotherapy plays a very important role in management of frozen shoulder. In ayurvedic rasna saptaka kashayam and trayodashanga guggulu are very effective. External treatments like patra pinda sveda, kukkutanda sveda will drastically reduce the pain.

Forestier disease - It is commonly known as dish - diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis. Usually spine is mostly affected. There will be hardening and thickening of tendons and ligaments around the joints along with extra growth of bone.

Symptoms are pain and restricted movement. Advanced stage may require surgical intervention.

Dupuytren deformity - It is a condition characterised by pain, contracture of fingers and you will be unable to straighten the affected fingers. It is caused due to thickening of tendons, ligaments and other connective tissues in the palm. It is usually seen in persons with diabetes for very long period.

External treatments like abhyanga, sevda along with physiotherapy will reduce the symptoms.
