Small hemangiomas need not worry. If it increases, then Embolization is a safe and effective method of treatment. Consult an interventional Radiologist.

Varicocele can lead to low testosterone. Go for a Doppler Ultrasound scrotum for varicocele grading. You can choose for treatment accordingly.

Gym workout in varicocele grade 1 to be continued or not? Is it okay if I leave squats and deadlines, others can I continue?

Better is to avoid weight lifting. If the problem still worsen, do a Doppler scan. Varicocele if left untreated can lead to infertility. Embolization is best treatment.
