A quick and easy solution can be found in your kitchen or your nearest grocery store — lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 1. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 2. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above.

Many natural substances have shown promise in preliminary studies. •Aloe vera: a 30 percent aloe emulsion may heal and soften skin, reducing itchiness and scaliness. •Lemongrass: a 2 percent shampoo can help fight the dandruff-causing fungus. •Tea tree oil: a 5 percent shampoo, with its antiseptic, antibiotic, and anti fungal properties, can help control dandruff. Requires internal herbal preparations for sure and early results, if interested make fees payment to Lybrate.

If you're suffering from acne, you're not alone. Acne is a common skin condition that happens when oil and dead skin cells clog the skin’s pores. It normally occurs on the face, chest, back, shoulders, and neck. Acne can be caused by many things: heredity, hormones, and oil production. Avoid touching your face. Dirt and bacteria on your hands can clog your pores and make acne worse if you constantly touch your face. If your skin feels irritated from acne, use a gentle, oil-free daily facial wipe to remove excess dirt and calm your skin. Do not squeeze or pop your blemishes or you may risk developing scars. Squeezing a pimple might even spread the bacteria further Wash regularly. Wash your skin using your fingertips, once in the morning and once at night. Remember to thoroughly rinse your skin with lukewarm water after washing it. Limit washing to twice a day and after you sweat. Sweating can irritate your skin. Wash your skin as soon as possible after sweating. Eat a healthy diet. Avoid meat that contains hormones and similar substances which could throw your hormones out of balance, causing acne. Instead, eat plenty of fiber, fresh vegetables and fruits. Foods rich in vitamin A, C, E, and zinc can help reduce the severity of acne through the nutrients’ anti-inflammatory properties. Apply aloe vera gel. Daily apply aloe vera gel liberally over your skin. You can find it at most drug stores. Aloe vera is a succulent plant with antibacterial properties that are effective in treating acne and reducing inflammation. It prevents bacteria from infecting acne wounds and speeds up the healing process Some people may be allergic to aloe. If a rash develops, stop using it For medication Consult online in private.

I am 25 years old having eye bags recently after marriage. What should I do? I had glowing skin before marriage. Is it due to the stress involved?

BHMS
Homeopath, Chennai
Hi see there are lot of reasons for having eye bags. 1st which you kw is stress, wen you get married thr r lot of mental&physical changes happening in your life so definetly stress is d major reason, also there would be insufficient sleep which also is a major reason for it, some more reasons involve nutritional deficiency, improper food, vitamin deficiency etc. In your case I suppose stress+ lack of sufficient sleep should be the reason. So have good sleep now and try to reduce stress by yoga meditation have a morning walk also you can apply potato juice (wen you make slices juice comes out) on your afftected area + go to any homoeopathic pharmacy & ask for undereye cream. Apply it daily 2 times. Do it regularly & get free from your problems. regards

Go for some tests like hemoglobin and serum bilirubin and also platelet count. Low platelet count may indicate dengue fever. And high serum bilirubin may confirm jaundice. Malaria may be also there. Take plenty of fluids. Paracetamol is less advised as jaundice is also there. Some liver preparation like liv 52 may be started.
