Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Hello. Folllw diet plan:- 1. Eat high fiber diet. Its good for healthy body. Fiber is high in whole wheat food, fresh puly fruits, raw veges. Nuts are also good in fiber. 2. Drink plenty of water. 3. Take all dairy products like curd, milk, chesse. Take full cream milk. It also help you to gain some weight. 4. You can also take protein shakes. In market protein powder is available. Take one or two spoon daily in milk. 5. If you are non veg then take them in your diet. You can take 2 boiled eggs daily with warm milk. Meat and fish once or twice a week. 6. Take 8 hrs sleep. 7. Naturally our teeth colour ranges from pearly white to pale yellow so everyone cannot hv white teeth. Get scalling n polishing done by dentist. If you r not happy with your teeth shade later, you can get bleaching done by dentist which'll lighten your teeth by 2-3 shades. Alternatively you can use a teeth whitening toothpaste such as snowdent after scalling. Whitening gels used daily along with customized dental trays provided by dentist r also available in the market. Avoid heavily coloured foods, tea n coffee, cool drinks, smoking n tobacco products as they stain teeth. For gaps btwn teeth, you can consult an orthodontist for treatment with fixed braces.

Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning to reduce headache.

He is having pain at both foot when he stands still with more than 15 minutes or walks more than 1 hour. Pain started from heel then now happening at foot fingers joint and at center of foot. He is having uric acid between 5.6 to 6.4 depending on the food intake and water intake. But relief after taking more than 3 liter of water in a day.

Hi lybrate-user, this sounds like plantar fasciitis which is an inflammatory condition of the foot. This can be confirmed by consulting a pain physician/ orthopedician and taking a foot x ray. Simple things that can be done include rest, icing your foot/sole twice a day, orthotic plantar arch supports, elevation of foot in the night on a pillow. Sometimes patients require injections if the conservative management fails. Please confirm diagnosis and proceed.

During acute problem, take antiallergic tablet and apply calamine lotion locally . Drink plenty of liquids. Eat healthy diet. Avoid allergans ie dust or pollution. Get ur CBC and absolute eosinophil count done. Hope this helps u.

1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep at night. Take shirshooladi vajra ras two times a day with warm water. Pranacharya no tens capsule 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Kidney stones is a disorder of the urinary tract wherein stones form in the kidney. This happens when solid particles in the urine become concentrated; the solid particles mostly being acid and mineral salts. This disorder can affect any part of the urinary tract: from the bladder to the kidneys. The treatment for this disorder is designed depending on the severity of your symptoms.

Symptoms
Once affected by this disorder, pain in the lower abdominal region will be common. The pain may get aggravated when you urinate. You may also exhibit symptoms of vomiting, nausea and a constant urge to urinate. Hematuria (presence of blood in the urine) is another symptom common to this disorder.

Causes
There is no single known cause for kidney stones. These stones occur when certain solid particles such as uric acid and calcium are present in the urine in large amounts. However, certain factors that increase the risk of kidney stones are:

Family history of kidney stones
Lack of sufficient water in the body or dehydration
Eating foods which are loaded with sugar and salts
Obesity

See as such they have no relation with going bald and other health stuff. But you must remember excess of everything is bad so you should leave the habit.
