Being 40 your backache and neckache may need not to be due to your high uric acid only. That may be because of other reasons too. Treat your hyper uric acid level by an ortho. Doc's and a dietician's advice. Meanwhile, sleep on a hard bed with thin mattress, use commode, local heat with a pain gel after fomentation, pain killers for 5 days and rest for 3-5 days if your problem is bothering your routine life.

I am Suraj how to decrease the headache I'm getting frequently so can you say me the answer.

MD Hom., Certificate in Food and Nutrition, BHMS, Diploma In Yoga
Homeopath, Indore
I am Suraj how to decrease the headache I'm getting frequently so can you say me the answer.
A headache can be a sign of stress or emotional distress, or it can result from a medical disorder, such as migraine or high blood pressure, anxiety, or depression or tension headache. It can lead to other problems. People with chronic migraine headaches, for example, may find it hard to attend work. Headache may result from a deficiency of a particular nutrient or nutrients, especially magnesium and certain B vitamins. Nutrient deficiencies can be due to a poor quality diet, underlying malabsorption issues, or other medical conditions. Treatment- A number of steps can be taken to reduce the risk of headaches and to ease the pain if they do occur: Apply a heat pack or ice pack to your head or neck, but avoid extreme temperatures. Avoid stressors, where possible, and develop healthy coping strategies for unavoidable stress. Eat regular meals, taking care to maintain stable blood sugar. Exercising regularly and getting enough rest and regular sleep contributes to overall health and stress reduction if above things doesnot help then you need to consult a good homeopathic doctor so that proper investigations and case taking is to be done and better treatment will be started as soon as possible.
