Hello, chest pain may be because of heart problems , lung problems, gastrointestinal problems, anxiety or panic attack. So please mention few more symptoms associated with it so that i can diagnose the cause and suggest you the medication accordingly. Repeated UTI could be due to an abnormality in the urinary tract or propensity for stone formation due to several factors, one of them being inadequate water consumption. In addition to using the right antibiotic course after urine culture sensitivity testing, further work-up should be done to rule out conditions mentioned above. And always stay well hydrated and drink at least 6-8 liters if water per day. Repeated urine infections are not to be taken lightly as there is a chance that they can infect the kidneys and damage them permanently. So please get a detailed work-up done.

Dear Lybrate User, Pimples/ Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) Excess sebum production due to androgens 2) Excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) Infection of Propionibacterium acnes (P. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) Local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of P. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire On entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. Back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid cruntches or sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to slip disc. Always maintain a healthy lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: try to avoid pain killers (analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay healthy. Stay happy god bless you.

Dear lybrate-user, during pregnancy and for about a year after your delivery you have certain hormones that are in excess in your body which make you feel more emotional. Don't worry, your condition will improve, slowly. First focus over your body's healing and take care of your baby well. Walk for 10-15 minutes, everyday and take light, non-oily and non-spicy food. You will see a differnece in a couple of months. Good luck.

Though I have Brother to take responsibility of my parents I know as a single women leaving with join family my parents are also my responsibility. I wanted to earn money to give comfort life and to complete their old age requirement / wishes. But due to low salary job not able to do so. I already set up my mind that now my parents and my brother sisters family will be my family and ready to do any thing for them rest of life. Doing lot of jugglery to earn more for future comfortable life. Till date from my childhood I am just sacrificing and fighting with life ups.

If you suffer from acne, pimples, blackheads & dark spots it means that the pitta dosha (heat in body) is increased. For that you need proper ayurvedic medicine along with following diet & lifestyle changes. 1) avoid eating salty, spicy & sour foods 2) have milk & ghee twice daily 3) green tea has antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds that can help fight acne. The mood swings are of major concern and you will need to visit a doctor and a counselor to work on that. Whether your irregular periods is connected to the mood swings is quite likely because of the stress you may be undergoing. At your age, this observation is good and important as this is the final stage for resolutions and problems that need attention as they crop up more during this phase. The mood swings are likely to do with a problem of unresolved anger and while that sounds simple, it isn't. So with all seriousness cooperate with both therapies for the best results and be careful that you do not quit therapies just because you may be feeling fine: the doctor and the counselor​ should make that decision.

You must meet with a counselor first and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor too. Please do so immediately. You must investigate if the origin of this problem is from childhood or of recent origins. If it is recent, you will be able to pin-point the episode. If not, talk to your parents and see if they remember any incidents from your childhood, even in prenatal life, of any contributing factors. The counselor will be able to help out with this information. You can follow these simple rules too: Have a good night?s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don?t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love: find someone to love and to love you back. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive everyday and learn to be contended with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly.
