Respected lybrate-user there is no reason for fissures tongue. Maintaining oral hygiene at its best is the solution. Always gargles after taking any food or snacks. Can do betadine gargles in water when feeling more inflammation. Thanks regards.

An xray will confirm the status of the damaged teeth and then can be treated accordingly as per cosmetic needs. Either a composite filler of the same colour of yr damaged teeth can be used to reconstruct or root canal treatment with colour matched crowns can be made for the teeth depending on tooth conditions.

Mouth ulcers — also known as canker sores — are normally small, painful lesions that develop in your mouth or at the base of your gums. They can make eating, drinking, and talking uncomfortable You can take steps to reduce the occurrence of mouth ulcers. Avoiding foods that irritate your mouth can be helpful. That includes acidic fruits like pineapple, grapefruit, oranges, or lemon, as well as nuts, chips, or anything spicy. Instead, choose whole grains and alkaline (nonacidic) fruits and vegetables. Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet and take a daily multi-vitamin. Using a rinse of saltwater and baking soda placing milk of magnesia on the mouth ulcer covering mouth ulcers with baking soda paste using over-the-counter benzocaine (topical anesthetic) products like Orajel or Anbesol applying ice to canker sores using mouth rinse that contains a steroid to reduce pain and swelling using topical pastes taking nutritional supplements like folic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and zinc. It depends upon which tooth it is. And how much is the decay. Its always advisable to save the tooth if ppossible. So you need to see a dentist. Only after seeing the case. It is possible to advise.

It will move out in your bowel. Don't worry. But if you start having pain someday please consult a gastro doctor. Now you need to go to your dentist and ask him to fix the retainer again. Otherwise the treatment will relapse.
