Dear Mr Anji. you seem to be having an allergic rhinitis..since ir is particularly more on waking up.. 1, see that your bed room windows are kept open for ventilation during day time..If AC being used see that it doesn't directly hit the face. The fans should also be cleaned with wet cloth 3 times a week 2, Try to use simple detergents for bed sheet laundry..Most of the so called newer power contain enzymes colourants etc. which may be allergic..use some thing like basic sunlight...those kind without multicoloured and enzymes. 3, careful with most mosquito repellents..They can also be allergic. you may use repellent cream. IF YOU FIND STILL SOME problems..see your body spray..rooms spray..agarbathi.. I urge you to do..CBC IGE blood test and let me know the results

I am suffering from varicocele problems from the last 2 months or so, I felt little pain in my testicles veins but now this pain has been shift to my right side of my back and stomach and this happens during the morning hours especially when I wake up. I consulted to doctors and taking medicine but didn't get any relief. Please help on this issue.

• Leg Lifts – Sit on the floor/mat or lie on your back with your feet straight out. Slowly, lift one leg at a time from the floor. Hold your leg in the air. Slowly, lower your leg back down to the floor. Repeat on the opposite leg. • Calf Raises – Stand with your legs straight. Slowly, rise on to your tiptoes and then lower back down. • Bicycle Legs – Lie on your back, bringing your legs in the air and bending them at the knee. Slowly, begin to pedal your legs as if you were riding a bicycle. You can also do the same motion one leg at a time, alternating your legs between sets.

Few things regarding headache so that we can plan treatment accordingly 1) If pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eyesight for refractive error 2) If the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out Migrane as the cause and 3) If the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause 4) If the pain is associated with either a low or high BP or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination 5) If the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist
