Take a thin slice of lemon, sprinkle a bit of sugar on top and rub it on your lips. It will exfoliate dead cells so new, fresh skin can appear. Use this remedy daily for a few weeks. U have to stop smoking because its the root cause. Chew a cardamom and 1laung whenever u feel urge of smoking or nicorette chewing gum thrice a day.

Drink more water. Carry apples with you. Eat them whenever you are hungry. Eat 10-15 almonds daily. Don't skip meals. Eat proper food Roti/Rice/Dal/Veg whenever possible. Don't eat junk food. Improve your diet and you will feel much better and energised. Your weight is about 15 kgs extra. Try to reduce that too.

1-take planty of water in whole day
2-take dinar atleast 2 hour before sleep
3- increase fibers in your diet. Like take papaya, cheeku, salad, cuccumber. Etc
4-try to take whole fruit instead of fruit juice
5-take a little walk after takeing meal
6- take a luke worm sweet milk at night
7-don't take havy food in dinner
8- don't take more food untill last food digest.
9- take a glass of water at the morning empty stomach.
10- don't take havy food if you are not hongry.

If steroids are given orally for long periods of time than only it will cause bone shrinkage but if given through nebulisation than it won't have any side effects And For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds and Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet

For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. 6) massaging whole body with vata balancing herbal oil (ksheerabala oil) is very beneficial 7) reducing stress level, sleeping comfortably for long hours and afternoon naps are very essential to increase body mass.

So far his age is concern such kind of problem may arise still you can use some kind of herbal pain oil like afreen oil can give him relief if you massages on regular basis.

Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take Calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1.Kali Brom 30 ( 4 drops in little amount of water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for a week. 2.Berberis Aquifolium Q ( 10 drops in little amount of water) thrice a day for a week and revert. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *Get an adequate amount of sleep. *Avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples,it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *Ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. *Avoid fried and spicy food. *Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *Avoid harsh skin products.

Mr Manoj, Hypertension and diabetes usually are seen together in many persons. Apart from taking appropriate medication, it essential to adapt a modified lifestyle, which means having a balanced and restricted diet, exercising regularly for more than 1 hour a day, avoiding sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, alcohol and smoking. In case of hypertension salt intake also has to be low(2.3 g/day). From the data it is not clear what is level of blood pressure, which drugs are being taken for treating diabetes and current fasting and PP sugar leves and HbA1c%. Plus also inform you are exercising regularly, as your BMI is 26.19 kgs, which is high. Plus inform about dietary pattern. It will be good if you come in a private conversation with these details, where I will be able to give specific suggestions.

Hello lybrate-user, At this age acne are quite common, they can be due to hormonal changes or can be due to improper diet, you should eat healthy diet low in fat and drink about 2 to 3 litres of water per day. Start taking homeopathic medicines for this definitely you are going to get wonderful results without side effect.

Hye. Thankyou for your query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice, half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
