Lot many causative factors are there for shortness of breathing, an attack may be brought on by contact with substances to which the person is sensitive and emotional or dietary factors should not be overlooked. A sudden change of temperature can bring on an attack. Some alleviation of the symptoms may be obtained with the use of the appropriate tissue salts,(biochemic) cuprum ars alternate with ferrphos, kali phos and mag phos if one appears to be more effective than the others, then you may take more of it. Requires detailed questioning so as to ascertain your personality and to treat you symptomatically. Treatment is available, safe and without side effects in biochemic system of medication.

Hello Mr. Lybrate-user, first of all I would like to tell you don't be disappointed, there are so many people who are living with diabetes life long but it is under controlled with the help of medicine & diet planning. Had you done your hba1c? it should be in the range of 6-6.5% for good control of diabetes. There are some dietary changes that will help you. Take small & frequent meal. Take more & more green leafy vegetables. Avoid simple sugar & simple carbs in your diet. Avoid table salt in meal. Do not take chips, papad, pickel or any other salty products. Avoid oily/ fried / outside food. Take whole wheat products or fiber rich diet like daliya/ oats/ multigrain flour etc. Do regular walk/ exercise/ swimming/ jogging whatever you like atleast for 30 minutes. Take a consultation with the dietician. One most important thing regarding your kidney & liver, discuss with your treating doctor for lft (liver function test) & kft (kidney function test) test. I think you should go through complete annual/ half yearly health check-up.

For hair loss: 1. Mix powdered indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 2. Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 3. Use mild herbal shampoo. Like amla shampoo or trichup shampoo 4. Take amla tablets 2 tab twice daily with water for 1 month.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. of age in males and 18yrs. in females. Medication: Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: Consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! Eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin D. Vitamin D promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Vitamin D can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. 60% to 80% of your height is determined by genes! Apart from these: -Exercise throughout the teen years and in puberty. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. Join a gym, join a sports team, if nothing else, walk around. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -Sleeping is the time when your body grows, Get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -Avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. -Always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (You can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) Thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce main meals by a small amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

My stay in Delhi since the last 5 years, has led to a continuous hair fall, reduced hair density and thin hairs, due poor quality of water supply, level of chlorine and ammonia, frequent switch to boring water (closure of water supply from haryana due jat agitation in last few months) and poor dietary habits of mess food. Pollution is cause in delhi. Change food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, fruites juices, fruites, dry fruites, green vegitabales, will help you. Massaje brahmi bhringraj taila with finger tips into the rootes of the hairs morning end night. Wash hairs with neem tulsi end honey shsmpoo two times in a week. You can use treatment at home for dark skin like:- 1. Lemon is the best natural remedy for skin lightening. It helps to reduce the blemishes and dark spots. Rub fresh lemon juice over the darkened skin and leave it for 10 minutes. Wash off with cool water. Remember not to expose yourself to the sun, while doing this treatment. There is no way that you look for skin lightening tips and not find lemon on the list. You should be careful as lemon can cause irritation on the wounds and cuts. 2. Prepare a face pack by mixing 1 teaspoon of milk and 1 teaspoon of honey. Make a smooth paste and apply all over your face. Rub gently in circular motions and keep for 15 minutes. Use low fat milk if you have oily skin and full cream milk if you have dry skin. 3. Turmeric:- this is an ingredient used by our ancestors and is still considered as one of the best home remedy for fair skin. Prepare the mask by combining 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 3 teaspoons of fresh lime juice. Apply over the exposed skin and keep for 15 minutes. You should be careful while using this pack, as turmeric can stain your clothes. People with sensitive skin can dilute the pack with a little amount of water.

The high vitamin C content in tomatoes is very helpful for acne-prone skin. Plus, the natural oil-absorbing acids in tomatoes help get rid of excess oil. Cut a tomato in half and rub it on your skin. Allow the juice to soak into your skin for at least 15 minutes. Or Whip one egg white until stiff and spread it on your skin. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with warm water. Do this twice a week. Whip one egg white, add the juice from half a lemon and mix it well. Apply the mixture on your face, leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water.
