Dear , masturbating 10 times a day is too much. Please reduce it to maximum once in a day. To much masturbation, will affect your sexual stamina for sure.

Role of Ayurveda in Treating Asthma

Role of Ayurveda in Treating Asthma

Asthma is a common disease, characterized by the inflammation of the airways. These airways are responsible for the passage of air and therefore their inflammation causes shortness of breath and extreme discomfort. Though different branches of medicines have tried in their own ways to deal with this problem, Ayurveda with its emphasis on natural remedies has emerged as a clear favorite. According to Ayurveda, it is the stomach that is the source of all chronic diseases. The science believes that as impurities accumulate in our system, diseases like asthma come to the fore.

The different ways by which Ayurveda treats asthma are:

  1. Maintaining a proper diet: Since stomach is identified as the source of most diseases, any attempt to treat them should begin from the stomach itself. Ayurveda believes that those foods, which are easy to digest, inevitably helps in relieving you from the bouts of asthma. The concept that operates behind this is that easily digestible food provides nutrients, which are further absorbed by the tissues. This helps in rebuilding the strong strength as well as keeps the stomach in a sound condition.
  2. Herbal oil massage: A daily massage with herbal oil has always proved to have an extremely soothing and a calming effect on your system. Ideally the massage should be performed before taking a bath as it increases the blood circulation and pacify the nervous system.
  3. Exercise: Ayurveda is perhaps the only branch of medicine that gives equal priority to medications as well as exercises. It is believed that stretching and those exercises that facilitate flexibility can markedly reduce bouts of asthma. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

I am 33 year old. Last one and a half year, I am in continuous stress and also rarely do exercise. However, I walk daily 6000 to 7000 steps. Last 6 months I am observing my sexual desire and attraction toward opposite sex has gone down sharply. I am still getting erection but not getting the pleasure that I used to get. I did my testosterone tested which came around 285 ng/dl. I also took ashwagandha and gokshura tabs before test. Now, after reading harmful effects of less testosterone, my depression has increased two folds. Also, I read all treatments have serious side effects. My question is a) Can continuous stress cause this low of testosterone? B) Is there any safe way to boost this hormones?

Pl take care of your eating habits. If you feel burning in stomach, then you better is to take fruits and reduce regular meals. Sometimes, simply eating less takes care of stomach trouble. A use ful way is to divide both lunch and dinner into two or three halves each, with interval of two hours between each half, so that through out the day you eat sufficiently but also avoid over loading of food on stomach and thus help to prevent acidity, indigestion etc please make it a point that too bitter, too sour, salty, hot, pungent, dry and burning foods are to be avoided as such foods cause distress, misery and disease. Thus deep frying foods or foods taking lot of oil as in gravy vegetables, salty foods, spicy foods, long preserved, frozen foods, junk foods like pizzas burgers chips are to be avoided. Drink two glasses of warm water on empty stomach every morning about 30 minutes before breakfast. Try it! this works amazingly! in addition, walk fast for 30 minutes every day or engage in some service every day. Please also do meditation regularly and sincerely which has been scientifically proved for overall health. Use parsley and jeera seeds while cooking vegetables.
