Yes, its a good idea to consult a gynecologist. The red tinge in the vaginal discharge could be due to an infection of the mouth of the uterus, or lacerations in the vagina due to intercourse etc. Examination will reveal the cause and enables the doctor to offer treatment.

, Seborrheic dermatitis is also called dandruff, seborrheic eczema and seborrheic psoriasis. It isn't contagious, and it's not a sign of poor personal hygiene. Few self-care tips can help you control and manage seborrheic dermatitis (dandruff): Soften and remove scales from your hair. Apply mineral oil or olive oil to your scalp. Leave it in for an hour or so. Then comb or brush your hair and wash it. Wash your skin regularly. Rinse the soap completely off your body and scalp. Avoid harsh soaps and use a moisturizer. Avoid products that contain alcohol. These can cause the disease to flare up. Wear smooth-textured cotton clothing. This helps keep air circulating around your skin and reduces irritation. If you have a beard or mustache, consider shaving it off. Seborrheic dermatitis can be worse under mustaches and beards. If this is the case for you, shaving might ease your symptoms. Avoid scratching. Scratching can increase irritation and your risk of infection. Gently clean your eyelids. If your eyelids show signs of redness or scaling, wash them each night with baby shampoo and wipe away scales with a cotton swab. Warm or hot compresses also may help. Use lukewarm water for head wash. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Badiaga 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Anti-Dandruff shampoo and Anti-Dandruff oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin Folli Hair once daily for 1 month.

I have a gum reducing problem. Till I noticed it. It was late. Now the condition is. I hav a whole on the right side of my gum above molar teeth. My front gums are down badly. My dentist came up with a conclusion that it was because of wrong way of brushing. I followed the way they showed me. Of strokes. Up and down. But that doesn't seem to stop the problem. Kindly advice is something over it. And also it is possible to regrow the gums?

Hello lybrate-user, thank you for asking your question. From the info that you have provided, we can assume that you are have what is called'recession' of your gums. Recession is simple words is'moving backwards' this can happen due to a few reasons. 1. As your previous dentist suggested, it could be due to wrong brushing techniques. You need to use a soft tooth brush and brush your teeth gently. 2. It could be because of some trauma to that area. 3. It could be genetic. Meaning it runs in the family. 4. Another reason could be poor oral hygiene. For this you will need to pay more attention to carefully brushing your teeth. So, the treatment usually depends on the cause. As we have not evaluated or seen your teeth and gums, we can only provide some treatment options. 1. A good cleaning of your teeth especially of those affected areas. It is called subgingival scaling and root planning. It will help to start the healing by removing all the harmful bacteria present that could be causing the recession or'moving' of your gums. You can observe for 3 to 4 weeks while maintaining excellent oral hygiene. You may see that the gums are slowly moving back to its normal position. 2. If its not healed or some areas are not healing you can also think of getting a flap or gum surgery done. The dentist will use this method to cover the exposed part of your teeth. This procedure depends on the amount of bone present underneath. If it's less, you will need a bone graft which has to been done by a skilled dentist. And depends on your general health. A lactating mother need to take an extra meal to fulfill her n babies requirements. Dieting z not an option but let me tell you breast feeding burns a lot of calories. You will loose weight eventually. Avoid fats in diet n exercise.

Dear lybrate user, kindly note that if you are unmarried & indulge in sexual relation after an interval of minimum 7 days then you are bound to discharge quickly. But that does not imply that you have any disease. It occurs due to loss of control of the muscles of penis. Normally it is seen that when a person does sexual intercourse daily he gains control over the muscles of penis & can stay longer during sex. You can try allopathic dejac-t tablet for your problem of premature ejaculation. Take one tablet just one hour before sex. If you cannot find dejac-t in your local allopathic retail shop then search for any medicine containing dapoxetine hydrochloride & tidalfil as its composition. But before taking any medicine kindly notice whether you are having a second erection within 15 minutes of ejaculation for the first time. If you are not experiencing any erection within 15 minutes of ejaculation then you are surely suffering from erectile dysfunction. There will be a change of medication in this case.   1. Pack your meals: Try not to leave home without packing food so that you do not depend on the vending machine or office food court. Try to cook your food early and pack your meals in advance.
  2. Dispose off the junk food in your office: The environment that you set up for yourself will specifically impact how healthy you are. In case you surround yourself with junk food, you will begin to lose your healthy mindset.
  3. Time administration: You know what to eat and at what time. Keeping in mind the end goal to get rid of an unhealthy eating practice, set a break timer on your phone.
  4. Keep meals and snacks consistent: Pack new fresh fruits or vegetables to avoid the late-day munchies or before-meal hunger pangs that can prompt you to eat junk snacks.
