My question is that doing masturbation continuously will affects our health or not . Please tell me.

MBBS, MCCEE, Fellowship in Sexual Medicine

My question is that doing masturbation continuously will affects our health or not . Please tell me.
Ideally masturbation should not be more than 2-3 times a week for any adult. It will keep you sexually active. Too much of everything is bad as always. Along with this schedule of masturbation you need proper diet which should consist of fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and one hour of jogging early morning every day. This will keep you fit for future activity also.

What should be eaten'everyday' to remove diabetes? Please suggest! anything to drink or to eat! _ And also mention what not to eat! My father is a diabetic patient!

Homeopath, Ludhiana
What should be eaten'everyday' to remove diabetes? Please suggest! anything to drink or to eat! _
And also mention wh...
With proper management of Diet one can control diabetes but cannot remove it altogether. To help manage your diabetes, your meals need to be: • Regular and spread evenly throughout the day • Lower in fat, particularly saturated fat • If you take insulin or diabetes tablets, you may need to have between meal snacks Matching the amount of food you eat with the amount you burn up each day is important. Not putting too much fuel in your body (keeping food intake to moderate serves) is vital to getting the right balance. Along with healthy eating, regular physical activity can help you to manage your blood glucose levels, reduce your blood fats (cholesterol and triglycerides) and maintain a healthy weight. . It is important to recognise that one diet does not fit everyone with diabetes. So my slogan for all diabetics is 'One Diet does Not Fit All'. So every individual diabetic should consult a dietician to plan a way according to individual body, tastes and requirements.Only then can you control your blood sugar levels. Fat Fats have the highest energy (kilocalorie) content of all foods. Eating too much fat can make you put on weight, which may make it more difficult to manage blood glucose levels. While it is important to try and reduce fat in your diet, especially if you are trying to lose weight, some fat is good for health. Saturated fat It is important to limit saturated fat because it raises your LDL (‘bad’) cholesterol levels. Saturated fat is found in animal foods like fatty meat, milk, butter and cheese. Vegetable fats that are saturated include palm oil (found in solid cooking fats, snack foods or convenience foods) and coconut products such as copha, coconut milk or cream. To reduce saturated fat: • Choose reduced or low-fat milk, yoghurt, ice-cream and custard • Choose lean meat and trim any fat off before cooking • Remove the skin from chicken (where possible, before cooking) • Avoid using butter, cream, sour cream, coconut milk, coconut cream and hard cooking margarines • Limit the amount of cheese you eat and try reduced-fat and low-fat varieties • Limit pastries, cakes, puddings, chocolate and cream biscuits to special occasions • Limit pre-packaged biscuits, packet snacks, cakes, frozen and convenience meals • Limit the use of processed deli meats ( chicken loaf, salami etc) and sausages • Avoid fried takeaway foods such as chips, fried chicken and battered fish and choose BBQ chicken (without the skin) and grilled fish instead • Avoid pies, sausage rolls and pastries • Rather than creamy sauces or dressings, choose those that are based on tomato, soy or other low fat ingredients. As some tomato and soy sauces can be high in salt, choose low-salt varieties or make them yourself without any added salt. • Limit creamy style soups. Polyunsaturated & monounsaturated fats Eating small amounts of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats can help ensure you get the essential fatty acids and vitamins your body needs. Polyunsaturated fats include: • Polyunsaturated margarines (check the label for the word ‘polyunsaturated’) • Sunflower, safflower, soybean, corn, cottonseed, grapeseed and sesame oils • The fat found in oily fish such as herring, mackerel, sardine, salmon and tuna. Monounsaturated fats include: • Canola® and olive oils • Some margarines • Avocado. Seeds, nuts, nut spreads and peanut oil contain a combination of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fat. Ideas for enjoying healthy fats • Stir-fry meat and vegetables in a little canola® oil (or oil spray) with garlic or chilli • Dress a salad or steamed vegetables with a little olive oil and lemon juice or vinegar • Sprinkle sesame seeds on steamed vegetables • Use linseed bread and spread a little canola margarine • Snack on a handful of unsalted nuts, or add some to a stir-fry or salad • Spread avocado on sandwiches and toast, or add to a salad • Eat more fish (at least three times a week) because it contains a special type of fat (omega-3) that is good for your heart. • Do more dry roasting, grilling, microwaving and stir-frying in a non-stick pan • Avoid deep fried, battered and crumbed foods Carbohydrate I recommend to eat a moderate amount of carbohydrates for all Diabetics means, on a plate, approx, 1/4 of the plate should be carbohydrate foods. Carbohydrate foods are the best energy source for your body. When they are digested they break down to form glucose in the bloodstream. Insulin takes the glucose out of the blood and deposits it into the muscles, liver and other cells in the body where it is used to provide energy. A regular carbohydrate intake is required to provide our body and brain with instant energy. Most foods contain carbohydrate and also provide us with fibre, vitamins and minerals. Very low carbohydrate diets are not recommended for people with diabetes. If you eat regular meals and spread your carbohydrate foods evenly throughout the day, you will help maintain your energy levels without causing large rises in your blood glucose levels. If you take insulin or diabetes tablets, you may need to have between meal snacks. Discuss this with your doctor or dietician. All carbohydrate foods are digested to produce glucose but they do so at different rates – some slow, some fast. The glycemic index or GI is a way of describing how a carbohydrate containing food affects blood glucose levels. The type of carbohydrate you eat is very important as some can cause higher blood glucose after eating. The best combination is to eat moderate amounts of carbohydrate and include high fibre foods that also have a low GI. Sugar A healthy eating plan for diabetes can include some sugar. However, it is important to consider the nutritional value of the foods you eat. In general, foods with added sugars should be consumed sparingly (manufacturers sometimes use fruit juice or other sources of sugar to avoid using table sugar). In particular, high energy foods such as sweets, lollies and standard soft drinks should not be consumed on a regular basis. Some sugar may also be used in cooking and many recipes can be modified to use less than the amount stated or substituted with an alternative sweetener. Select recipes that are low in fat (particularly saturated fat) and contain some fibre. Alternative sweeteners The use of intense sweeteners by people with diabetes is preferable to use of natural sugars. Protein Choose protein foods that are also low in fat. This will help to reduce the amount of saturated fat you eat. Protein foods include lean meat, poultry without the skin, seafood, eggs (not fried), unsalted nuts, soy products such as tofu and pulses (dried beans and lentils). Herbs, condiments & drinks You can use these following foods nd add flavour and variety to your meals. • Herbs, spices, garlic, chilli, lemon juice, vinegar and other seasonings. • Products labelled ‘low calorie’ (e.g. low calorie/diet soft drinks, low calorie jelly). • Tea, coffee, herbal tea, water, soda water, plain mineral water. • Limit your alcohol intake if you choose to drink

I messaged few months ago. My wife don't chance to sex with me because my penis is short. Any medicine to big my panics.
Yes. Penis-enlarging exercises like jelqing and kegel exercises can be really helpful for strengthening erections. If done properly, they can strengthen the entire pelvic floor and groin region. They can improve blood flow to the groin region and strengthen it. However, it is not clear if they can offer any tangible increase in penis size and length. If you have been wondering how to increase penis size, all you have to do is take homoepathic penis enlargement treatment for no less than 3 months. This is specifically designed for men with an underdeveloped penis with reduced growth. You can be of any age and physical fitness level to be able to successfully use this package. It has no side effects and multiple benefits. Apart from increasing your penis size, it also helps increase your testosterone production and improves blood circulation to the groin, improving the health of the entire pelvic region.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Vagina is elastic enough to accommodate even a child during childbirth. Vagina returns to its original relaxed state soon. To improve the firmness of vagina, kegal exercises can be used. This kegal exercises strengthen the pelvic area and therefore improving vagina tightness. Take care.

How to live a healthy life. What to eat and wat to drink. What should we do to live a healthy life.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
How to live a healthy life. What to eat and wat to drink. What should we do to live a healthy life.
Hello, If you don't have any underlying medical condition, you can follow the below points for healthy living. The diet plays an important role in making our immune system stronger: 1.Get enough protein. You can get protein from meat, dairy, eggs and vegetables. 2.Avoid saturated fats, but eat plenty of unsaturated fats. These "good fats" are found in corn, sesame, safflower, soybean, and cottonseed oils. 3.Eat limited amounts of carbohydrates. Consuming appropriate amounts of wheat, corn, and cereals helps to create the energy required for the body to produce white blood cells. 4.There are a number of particular foods that can help to boost-up your immunity. These include: Garlic, Almonds, Kale, Navy beans, Reishi mushrooms, Blueberries and raspberries, Yogurt, Green, Matcha, and Tulsi teas. 4.Eat antioxidants. Antioxidants are vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that help repair damaged cells in the body. Examples of antioxidants are Beta Carotene (apricots, broccoli, beets, spinach, green peppers, tomatoes, corn, and carrots), Vitamins C ( berries, broccoli, nectarines, oranges, strawberries, bell peppers, tomatoes, and cauliflower) and E (broccoli, carrots, nuts, papaya, spinach, and sunflower seeds), Zinc (oysters, red meat, beans, nuts, and seafood), and Selenium. 5.Vitamin A is also an antioxidant, and helps your immune system to function more efficiently. In addition to supplements, you can get vitamin A from carrots, tomatoes, chilis, and squash. 6.Echinacea, ginseng, aloe vera, and green tea are all said to boost your white blood cell count. 7.Exercise regularly. Getting enough exercise improves your cardiovascular health, and greatly reduces the likelihood of certain chronic diseases.. Exercise increases the flow of blood through different parts of the body, and it increases the body's excretion of harmful metabolites, helping your immune system function properly. So run, bike, swim, walk -- whatever gets you moving! 8.Stop smoking and Limit alcohol consumption. 9.You should drink 8 glasses of water every day. 10.Sufficient deep sleep also helps the cells replenish and regenerate and is therefore necessary if you want to maintain a healthy immune system. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alpha-WD/ twice daily for 1month.

Preventing heat disorders

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
During summer, susceptible children and adolescents can develop heat stroke, which can even lead to death if not identified and treated in time.
Heat index is more important than the atmospheric temperature. A 42 degree temperature may feel like 46 degrees if the heat index is high.
Avoid prolonged exposure to sun when the temperature is high. Use an umbrella if you need to go out.
Wear light cotton clothes to avoid heat absorption.
Make sure that you are properly hydrated before you step out in the heat. The requirement of water in summer is 500 ml more than that in winter.
Summer drinks should be refreshing and cool such as panna, khas khas, rose petal water, lemon water, bel sharbat and sattu sharbat.
Any drink with more than 10% sugar becomes a soft drink and so should be avoided. Ideally, the percentage of sugar, jaggery or khand should be 3%, which is the percentage present in oral rehydration drink.
You should pass urine at least once in 8 hours. This is a sign of adequate hydration.
If you develop heat cramps, drink plenty of lemon water with sugar and salt.
Heat exertion presents with fever and sweating. If you develop heat exertion, drink plenty of oral fluids, mixed with water, lemon and sugar. Presence of sweating is good sign.
If a person develops high grade fever, i. E. More than 104 degrees fahrenheit with dry armpits, this is a sign of impending heat stroke, which is a medical emergency. The temperature here may be more than 106 degree fahrenheit. Fever should be brought down rapidly within minutes to save the life.
People, who have been advised to restrict their fluid intake on medical grounds, should discuss their fluid requirement in summer with their doctor.
