How can I over come of anxiety and depression. What are the symptoms and remedies of it.
According to ICD-10 criteria, mixed anxiety and depressive disorder (MADD) is characterized by co-occurring, subsyndromal symptoms of anxiety and depression, severe enough to justify a psychiatric diagnosis, but neither of which are clearly predominant. MADD appears to be very common, particularly in primary care. It has been associated with similarly pronounced distress, impairment of daily living skills, and reduced health-related quality of life as fully syndromal depression and anxiety. It is wise to consult a psychiatrist and get treated. CBT and Antidepressant medications help in resolving the symptoms.

I have been to doctors many times .it does not give my any relaxation. I am stressed. My mood swings are sudden. And the main point is I dnt like to interact with people. I want to change myself like literally. If I try for some yoga and other spiritual exercises I am not able to concentrate. I get affected from little things.

Hello Dr. I am 68 years old nake and having radiating pain in my lumbar region as I am suffering from lumbar spondylosis. Pl advice me if I can walk during this condition or take rest. As I am also having spinal tb in D12 but the pain is not there anymore. But due to that I have loose weight n feel weak after a while. Pl suggest me what to do.

Please Go for morning and evening walk regularly If spinal tb is cleared, can do light exercises for back and lower limbs Take Cap prelica plus 15 1 at nt.

Early morning depression are supposed to be more associated with physiological conditions where medicines can be of help. However your can try some life style changes such as trying to make your mornings brisk by involving in physical exercises such as morning walks. Morning walks outside the home can also be a source of meeting people and socilizing which can help you to divert your attention from the preoccupation with your past. Your of" here and now" method to focus on your present may also be helpful. However finding solution to the problems in the current which is associated with the past can also do wonders.
