Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part--knee rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello, the causes of premature graying hair includes-" a hormonal imbalance, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism, malnutrition, pernicious anemia, nutritional deficiency, using electric dryers and concentrated hair dyes, as well as genetic disorders, chemotherapy and radiation, are all factors. At times, a few gray hairs can develop in children as young as 8 years and then it is generally progressive with increasing age. *first of all you should correct your diet because whatever we are eating, that is reflecting on our body, so we should take foods that are rich in iron and zinc help our body to fight against white hairs. Eat these following foods; like mushrooms, corns, green leafy vegetables, almonds etc. Avoid too much oily foods. Drink adequate water. Our homoeopathy also helps to reduce and prevent the hair fall. 1. You should take lycopodium 200, 5 drops once in 15 days, morning empty stomach. 2. Take wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, once a day. 3. Apply jaborandi hair oil (sbl) on your hair and scalp thrice in a week. 4. Wash the hair with montana herbal shampoo (sbl). 5. Take amla powder +seasame seed powder, 1-1 tsp both with water once daily.

1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

These are the methods to treat pimples - •Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTSHODHAK syrup of BAIDYANATH company once a day after meals

Your weight is marginally higher about 2-3 kg. To reduce weight you have to avoid oily & sugary food. Say no to bakery, processed & packed food. Do exercise for 30-40 mins daily. Take home made low calorie food.

How to get a glowing face 1.Take natural protein food like fish (salmon), walnut, white meat, brown rice, vegetables like broccoli, tomato, beets. Fruits, green leafy vegetables 2.Avoid processed/spicy/fried/junk food 3.drink at least 2 liter of water daily 4.Avoid exposure to bright sun light. Apply sun screen with SPF more than 45 while going out door 5. Clean your face with cold water twice daily (washing more than that can cause dryness) 6.Avoid stress. Go for regular exercise, do yoga/ pranayama 7. Have adequate sleep (7-8 hours daily) 8.Take vitamin C rich food like grape, strawberry, guava, indian goose berry (Amla), lemon, papaya, sweet potato, cucumber, orange 9.Avoid smoking/drinking 10. Go for weekly facial massage 11. Consult skin specialist for advice and treatment.

Hi, start doing regular meditation and yoga. Go for regular morning walks. Try to ease out. These all will help you a lot. Rest is behaviour modifications which you will have to bring in your self to control dat urge.

Hello and welcome to lybrate. As the stone size is 1 cm, it's big enough to get it out of your kidney. It can be easily treated with a procedure called eswl. As an urologist, I must tell you, there's no permanent cure of stone, but observe preventive steps. Drink atleast 12-15 glasses fluids daily. Avoid milk and dairy products in excess. Red meats also, should be taken once or twice a week only.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Avoid junk food help yourself with more of nuts & dairy products. Include high calorie food sources in your diet such as nuts, dark chocolates, cakes, sweetened beverages, desserts, shakes. Include good quality protein sources in your every meal such as milk & milk products, soy & sprouts, lean meat, eggs, soy.

Means there is severing decay,(deep) so visit a dentist and go for x-ray, if it's deeper, you will have to go for rct (root canal treatment), if not temporary filling can be done folloy with permanent.

Hi Obesity or being overweight is due to metabolic imbalance in our body. Due to excess consumption of carbohydrate. Body turns in to fat deposition machine. Less the physical activity and more carbohydrate intake is the main reason behind the extensive weight gain. You can turn your body into fat burning machine by reducing intake of carbohydrate in diet. So eat less of carbohydrate like grain, wheat, rice and sugar. Eat more of vegetable, protein ,and fat. To improve your metabolism also take. Lipolyzer tummy tab. After lunch and after dinner. Micro-fruit tab. After breakfast replace your white salt with mineral salt.

Dengu virus is transmitted by Infected female Aedes Aegypti mosquito. Incubation period is 3-10 days. Most patients recover. Few patients can develop fatal complication like DHF (dengue hemorrhagic fever)/DSS (dengue shock syndrome) Symptom 1.Sudden High Fever, Severe Headache 2.Severe Bone and Joint Pain, Pain behind eyes 3.Fatigue, Nausea and vomiting, pain abdomen, loss of appetite 4.Skin rash may appear 2-5 days after fever 5.Blood platelet count is low and Dengue Antigen test (NS1) is positive Prevention 1.Take anti mosquito measures like use of mosquito net, mosquito repellent, 2. Spraying of insecticides in surrounding and keep it free from vegetation, 3.wearing full sleeve shirts in the evening, 4.Discarding empty containers for collection of water and promoting mosquito breeding Treatment If you are suffering from Dengue, Take one tablet of Paracetamol 500 mg 2-3 times daily after food, drink plenty of water and take rest. Monitor blood platelet and if it is falling down and you develop skin rashes with bleeding episodes like bleeding from gum, nose etc consult doctor immediatel.
