FOR DRY MOUTH: Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. Drink plenty of water. For dry mouth, consider chewing sugar-free gum or sucking on sugar-free candies to help stimulate salivary flow. There also are artificial saliva’s on the market that may help to induce salivation. Sialogogues (Pilocarpine 30 mg/day. Contraindications - include many lung conditions, such as asthma, cardiac problems, epilepsy and Parkinson's disease). FOR GUM BLEEDING: You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. FOR BAD BREATH: • Eat a healthy, balanced diet and avoid eating strongly flavoured or spicy food. • Cut down on sugary food and drink, as it can increase the amount of bacteria in your mouth. • You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. • Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth.

Insomnia is a sleep disorder in which a person finds it difficult to fall asleep or to stay asleep. Insomnia also includes poor sleep quality, restless sleep, waking up several times during sleep, and feeling un-refreshed or tired after waking up.  Homeopathy provides a very safe, effective and non-habit forming treatment of both types of insomnia — acute and chronic. Since the Homeopathic medicines are sourced from natural substances, there are no side-effects. While Insomnia lasting less than a month is considered acute, if the condition continues for more than a month, it is referred to as chronic Insomnia. There are various causes of Insomnia. The prominent ones are stress, grief, depression, emotional disturbance, intake of stimulants like coffee and alcohol, and a huge number of medical reasons (like heart diseases, breathing disorders, thyroid problems, and rheumatoid arthritis). Insomnia is also one of the major concerns in elderly people. You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance and permanent cure without any side effects Medicines will reach you via courier services

M having redness in the vaginal region. I always feel wet and itchy dre! If I do fingering. Sometimes sensation reduce bt sometimes it bcme more itchy. Vulva are also enlarged. What to do?

BHMS, CGO
Homeopath, Pune
" vulvovaginitis or vaginitis is swelling or infection of the vulva and vagina. Vaginitis is a common problem that can affect women and girls of all ages. It can be caused by: yeast, bacteria, viruses, and parasites. Advice - good hygiene may prevent from recurring and may relieve some symptoms: -avoid baths, hot tubs and whirlpool spas. Rinse soap from your outer genital area after a shower, and dry the area well to prevent irritation. Don't use scented or harsh soaps, such as those with deodorant or antibacterial action. -avoid irritants. These include scented tampons and pads. - wipe from front to back after using the toilet. Doing so avoids spreading fecal bacteria to your vagina. Other things that may help prevent vaginitis include: -don't douche. Your vagina doesn't require cleansing other than normal bathing. Repetitive douching disrupts the normal organisms that reside in the vagina and can actually increase your risk of vaginal infection. Douching won't clear up a vaginal infection. -use a latex condom. Both male and female latex condoms may help you avoid infections spread by sexual contact. -wear cotton underwear. Also wear pantyhose with a cotton crotch. If you feel comfortable without it, skip wearing underwear to bed. Yeast thrives in moist environments. All are temporary or preventive treatment as per provided information, for permanent cure we need detail history and investigations. Homeopathy is best, safe and effective. We treated every day 4-5 female patients suffering from genital problem with no side effects & no worries our 94% success rates makes sure we're the complete package.

Exercises for Losing Belly Fat Some very simple but effective exercises to lose belly fat: Stretch 1 – Lie down on a floor mat. Position your legs vertically up and stay in this position for 5 to 15 seconds. This can be repeated thrice. Stretch 2 – Lie down on a floor mat. Stretch your legs straight. Place your hands behind your head and lock your fingers. Now raise your torso and bring it towards your knees. Stay in this position for 5 to 10 seconds and slowly return to your lying position. Repeat this for 15 times in sets of 5. Stretch on Chair – Lie down on a floor mat and position yourself with a chair so as to raise your legs on the chair. Your legs should be at 90 degree to the rest of your body. Place your hands behind your head and clasp your fingers. Now lift your torso and rise up as if you want to touch the knees. Continue for 15 minutes and repeat in sets of 3 or 4. Cycling – Lie down on a floor mat. Raise your legs and rotate them as if you are pedalling a cycle vigorously. Repeat the exercise for five minutes in sets of three. Breathing Exercises to Lose Belly Fat Let us briefly understand on how these work. Oxygen acts as fuel for the body. The extra oxygen that you inhale while performing the breathing exercises result in certain chemical reactions that in turn burns up more calories than you actually take in. You lose extra fat. Pavanmuktasan – for practising Pavanmuktasan, take a deep breath as you lie on your back. Bend you left knee, hold your toes and pull it towards your stomach. Simultaneously lift your head and touch your bent knee. Your other leg must be straight. Breathe in and count ten. Return to your original position and breathe out. Repeat the set with your right leg. Bhujangasan – for practising Bhujangasan lie on your stomach and place your hands under your shoulders. Lift your torso backwards using only the back muscles and not your hands. Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds and slowly return to your original position as you breathe out. Dhanurasan – Lie on your stomach and bend your knees. Hold your ankles as you breathe in. Push your body outwards in the shape of a bow and pull your head back as much as possible. Hold this position for 10 seconds and release the posture as you slowly breathe out. Apart from these there are aerobics that also help you to lose belly fat. Regular simple workouts like jogging, walking up and down through the stairs fast also helps to shed those stubborn belly fat. But remember, it is always advisable to seek the advice of a fitness instructor before you decide as exercise regimen for yourself in order to get the maximum results. These will release the tension also.

This is related to my 4 years old daughter. I have been staying with my in laws since her birth. I had quit job during pregnancy. My in laws have been very kind n helping n they have raised my kid. My Mother in law insisted me on taking a job when my kid was around 10 months old, I started studying n preparing for interviews, meanwhile she started to take care of my kid full time n would say me not to worry. Later when I started working n kid was around 1.5 years old, she started to take her to sleep with her when I was still breastfeeding. Kid used to wake up mid night n cry n I have attended her, one mid night I felt like my mother in law was trying to breastfeed her. She covered up n I was made to believe everything was usual, my husband also convinced me that I’m thinking too much. My kid is extremely attached to her. We moved onsite later when my kid was 3 yrs. And now when I have second baby, my in laws came here. All these my daughter used to be with me, obey me. Now when they have come she sometimes says she has 2 mothers or my mother in law is her mother n she sleeps with them n is always after them, does’t come to me. Inspite of objecting they provide her the sweet candies, chocolates, juice, Mobile. N everything she demands which I limited. So now my daughter tells me to go to work or stay late outside if going for some work. And my mother in law accidentally admitted to me that someday she tried to breastfeed my kid years ago. I’m shattered, I feel like there is a distance created between me n my daughter, feels like my kid does not need me. I do not have support nor can share this to anyone but every single day n night I’m going through this pain not knowing how to handle this. Moreover I have 10 days old baby with me now to look after. Please help me.

I Feel very sorry to read through what you have written, there will be ups and downs and it will not be same for all at all times, we need to face with courage the problems we get and I advise you that .Discuss with your Husband or nay close elderly person who you think will listen to you. Meet a Psychiatrist and discuss your problem completely, you may require small dose of medications for a short time and counselling sessions, which can be decided after full evaluation.
