Unfortunately, a sad thing about growing up is watching our parents grow older. It is also inevitable. Also it is common that in order to get a good education or a course of choice, one has to leave his family behind. You also have to understand that this is a part of life. Growing up means taking decisions which are important for your future; although they may not always make you happy. Taking more and more responsibility is a part of maturity. Your parents are grown up; they understand this and can take care of themselves. You have to accept the fact that you will be on your own too, for at least some time. Maybe you are worried because you have never done it before. Just give yourself time to adjust. Every new situation is always difficult till you get used to it. New beginnings can be scary, but they also open new doors to your future. Keep all this in mind, wish you the best.

There are various reasons for getting hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress, acute illness like malaria, typhoid, jaundice, chronic illness like diabetes, thyroid can trigger the hair fall, Smoking, excessive alcohol intake. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Any deficiency can lead to hair fall. Take Proteins are more in sprouts, beans, nuts, soya. Green, help to nourish the hair roots. Take lots of salads, diced fresh fruit, Green Leafy Vegetables like Spinach, Lettuce, Leafy Greens, Turnip Greens, Broccoli, Beans and Green Peppers, Almonds/4 Walnuts on alternate day’s and 2Dates/2Figs on also alternate day’s and 2 prunes daily. One glass of Milk per day if possible cow’s milk,, 10 – 12 glass of water per day

To remove the swelling apply ice firmly and slowly over the affected area as it will reduce the inflammation and swelling. And perform some ankle exercises. If pain occurs while moving ankle go for proper investigation to rule out the exact cause.

Inadequate sleep is one of the main reasons for this headache. Avoid stress.do deep breathing exercises or yoga. Drink plenty of liquids to maintain hydration. Take adequate rest in a quiet and dark room. Maintain ur routine .hope this answer helps u.

Your problem is termed as Blue Balls.It is the slang term for a congested prostate or vasocongestion, the condition of temporary fluid congestion in the testicles and prostate region caused by prolonged sexual arousal in the human male. It is often accompanied by a cramp-like ache of prostatic congestion and pain/tenderness or edema of the testes. The cause is the prolonged sexual stimulation of the erect penis (intentional or unintentional), that does not result in orgasm and ejaculation. Hi, I am 21 yo on 28th November a Saturday I had a knee injury when I was playing football. I had pain and swelling but I thought I won't see a doctor and waited for 1 week as the pain was still there is went to the doctor on a Sunday. He made some inspections and came to the conclusion was and grade 2 mcl tear. He put and cast and asked to come after 1 week. After 1 week I visited him and he said it's getting better and I can play after 1 and and half week. But I now have a pain inside the knee every time I bend it. Why is it happening? Also today when I went to play I just took some shots with the ball and my knee at some angles is like something hitting on against other.

Hello dear lybrate-user if you share x ray it is very convenient to understand your problem. In football ACL tear is common. So also reconfirm about the condition i.e. ACL or MCL if not you need to consult your doctor again or take second opinion. You can also start with RICE protocol that is rest, Icing, comparation (elastic crepe bandage) and elevation. At list for 3 to 5 week (according to the condition) before joining your team.
