Firstly leave eating antibiotics for your constipation, buy divya chooran from patanjali and eat 1 tea spoon full at night before sleeping with lukewarm water regularly for 3 months although your problem will b cured in 1 day but continue it for the said time, after getting fresh in morning eat 5 gram triphla chooran and this too for 3 months. Your problem will b cured it's a guarantee. Hello, My sister got married eight months ago and has not conceived since then. We have shown her to a games and there were few tests prescribed. Her ESR value is 16 and mantoux test value is 10. Doctor told that ESR value is quite high and has advised for a TB test. I wanted to understand if we are going in the right direction or is it necessary to consult a physician. As the next test is 7000 rupees.

MD - General Medicine
General Physician, Anand
Eight months after marriage is no too long period for not conceiving. So, don't worry. Give some time to couple. 16 ESR has no significant value and MT is outdated test for diagnosis of active tuberculosis. I think they both r healthy and conceive sooner or later on.

Dear Harsh, Namaskar, 76 Kg. for a height of 5'7" is slightly over weight...not much... To me your Backache and fatigue seems to be due to lack of any physical activities and exercises... Such problems do not respond to any Medical treatment except exercise and nothing else but exercise... You will have to change your lifestyle a little bit...Get up 1 hour early in the morning and go out for a walk...just stroll,in the beginning and then gradually increase your speed...make it brisk...and then start jogging slowly for short distance...walk a bit...jog a bit...walk a bit.....Observe this religiously and sincerely for 6 weeks...... You will get rid of your fatigue as well as start loosing weight.... will feel energetic and become a New Person...Do revert to me after 15 days....take care.

Cough and cold if its lasting long may be due to different causes. You need to go for a Blood-CBC AEC and igE and after identifying the cause the treatment modality can be discussed. As you know very well from school days that every disease is caused by altered immunity. Cough and cold are the symptoms of altered immunity. Homoeopathic approach is aiming at correcting this altered immunity so that a permanent cure can be acheived .if interested opt for a consultation.

First and foremost both inhaled medication will have very much reduced efficacy if you are current smoker. So stop it. You can take foracort 400. If bringing sputum can try tab mucinac 600 thrice daily with half glass of water.

If I have suffering for cough syrups then which one medicine is batter in this conditions and I want good treatment.

BAMS, MD Ayurveda
Sexologist, Lonavala
The best remedy i can recommend you is as follows One of the simplest home remedies for a cough is to cut onions. Breathing in the strong vapors can help stop coughing. You can also make a cough syrup from baked onion juice, comfrey tea and honey. Drink it daily to get relief from a dry cough. Another option is to combine one-half teaspoon of onion juice with one teaspoon of pure honey. Swallow this solution at least twice a day to alleviate a cough and soothe your throat

I cannot breath properly While running, I have a habit of smoking ,is this the reason I get breathing problem while running. Please say a good treatment, I am interested in joining army.

MD - Psychiatry

Yes. Smoking makes the lung less elastic and fibrosis can occur. Stop smoking, it will take months to reverse damage, if it has been a temporary lung damage.
