Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Weakness can be due to many reasons such as disturbance in hormones, imbalance lipid profile. In your case it might be due to imbalanced cholesterol level. Get your lipid profile done.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

The type of treatment you have for toothache /sensitivity/swelling will depend on the cause of the pain, so your dentist will examine your mouth and may carry out an X-ray to try to identify the problem. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling is caused by tooth decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling is caused by a loose or broken filling, the filling will be taken out, any decay will be removed and a new filling put in place. •If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling can't be treated using these methods, or if your tooth is impacted (wedged between another tooth and your jaw), it may need to be removed.

Dear, follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin: • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.

Hello, For oily skin, use cleanser, toner, moisturizer and sunscreen as per your skin type. Take Schwabe's Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice daily and Kali Brom. 30/ thrice daily. Use Schwabe's Akne Sor soap and apply Top-Berberis cream on the acne.

Hi, I am regularly doing gym for 5 days a week. I have done gym for around 3 years although not continuous. But I am not getting muscles and weight. My height is 5'5" and wt. 52 kg. Try few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. - Limit Bed Rest Studies show that people with short-term low-back pain who rest feel more pain and have a harder time with daily tasks than those who stay active. -Keep Exercising Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful. But remember to move in moderation, Stay away from strenuous activities like gardening and avoid whatever motion caused the pain in the first place. -Maintain Good Posture most people have poor posture when going about their daily activities, putting unnecessary strain on their backs. -Strengthen Your Core Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. If the abdominals are weak, other areas must pick up the slack. When we strengthen the abdominals, it often reduces the strain on the lower back. - Improve Flexibility Too much tension and tightness can cause back pain. By increasing flexibility you need to put an equal load throughout the body from the feet all the way up to the head. -Sleep the Right Way The amount of rest you get is important, and so is the position you get it in. Sleeping in a bad position or on a mattress without support can cause back pain. Back sleepers should put pillows under their knees. Side sleepers should place pillows between their knees to keep their spine in a neutral position. Stomach sleeping causes the neck and head to twist and can put undue stress on the back. -Use Relaxation Techniques Research shows that practices such as meditation, deep breathing and yoga, which help put the mind at rest, can do wonders for the back. -See a Specialist Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Some patients need more core strengthening while others benefit mainly from stretching and improving flexibility. Please consult a Orthopedic Physiotherapist for the right exercise plan. Nee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, Patellar tendinitis, ACL injury, Knee bursitis, Torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - Ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -If the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: Squatting Kneeling Twisting and pivoting Jogging Aerobics, dancing Playing sport Specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also Maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -A full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a Physiotherapist. Hello, Although graying of hair is a natural process as you get older but at your age it may be a reason of too much stress, work load, sun exposure, bad eating habits and acidity. REDUCE STRESS: Breathe away stress by doing yoga and breathing exercises and meditation in the morning. Also, do kapalbhati and anulom-vilom pranayama for 15 mins each. Try to be happy throughout the day. Listen to your favourite music to relax your brain and muscles. In general, to avoid an acidic state within your body, avoid foods that contain sugar, artificial sweeteners, gluten, refined grains, or dairy. Here’s a list of alkaline foods you should be eating more of: Fruits Vegetables Greens (spinach, broccoli, cucumbers) Avocado Beans Raw nuts Vegetable juices (carrot, beet) Sprouts (moong dal, chana, soy, alfalfa, broccoli sprouts etc.) Apple Cider Vinegar seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax, chia etc.) ALOE VERA: To reduce pitta and preserve the health of your hair, drink Aloe Vera juice (⅓ cup preferably with a pinch of cumin) 3 times a day for about 3 months. You can also scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your hair and scalp (and face too). CASTOR OIL: Castor oil helps with hair regrowth and hair loss and many other hair and scalp problems. Castor oil has a thick consistency, so you can mix it with coconut oil, olive oil or jojoba oil in a half and half ratio. This will make the mask easier to distribute throughout your hair. Use your fingers or a brush and start applying it onto your scalp with circular motions. This gentle massage increases the blood circulation, rejuvenates the hair, and stimulates hair growth. GUAVA LEAVES: Add guava leaves to hot water and boil it for a few minutes till the time the water turns black. Using cotton, apply the solution on your scalp. Repeat this process two to three times in a week. Hope this resolves your problem.
