She have a breast problem once in a month getting pain can't press, can't touch? What should she do to cure?

PGDMLS, PGDHHM, LLB, PhD Surgery, MS - General Surgery
General Surgeon, Gurgaon
The limited information provided indicates a condition called fibroadenosis. This is due to hormonal influence and becomes more during or just before the monthly menstrual cycle. Of course a physical examination by a general surgeon is a must to confirm the diagnosis and rule out other conditions. As general measures, breast support with a tight bra or crepe bandage can be helpful symptomatically. Painkiller medicines are of little help.

Dear user. In Indian context, loosing virginity is breaking of the HYMN. The hymen is a membrane that surrounds or partially covers the external vaginal opening. It forms part of the vulva, or external genitalia, and is similar in structure to the vagina. The hymen does not seem to have a specific physiological function or purpose. The hymn could break due to cycling, stretching exercises, swimming etc. Therefore, don't worry. Take care.

Infertility - 4 Highly Effective Ayurvedic Treatments

Ayurveda takes an all encompassing perspective about health and regards the overall body rather than an individual sickness. When you consult an Ayurvedic doctor, he'll put forth numerous inquiries before diagnosing you. Once the doctor is sure of what afflicts your body, only then he will treat you!

The fundamental center of Ayurvedic treatment for fruitlessness is to guarantee the correct change of food into supplements that can move to the 'shukra dhatu'. Portions of the utilized treatment for fruitlessness as a part of Ayurveda are:

  1. Swedanam: Ayurvedic doctors utilize this strategy to incite sweating in patients experiencing barrenness with the assistance of overwhelming covers or activities. This is done to flush poisons out of the body.

  2. Vamanam: This is to some degree uncomfortable in any case detoxing Ayurvedic treatment prompts to free the body of undigested food.

  3. Banyan Tree Bark: Numerous Ayurvedic doctors recommend the utilization of dried banyan tree husk powder, blended with sugar, to treat barrenness issues.

  4. Medicated Ghee: This is an Ayurvedic pharmaceutical to treat female fruitlessness. Devoured as melted margarine blended with milk, this drug is touted to treat utilitarian issues however, does not treat basic inadequacies.

Eating routine To Tackle Infertility:

As per Ayurveda, a person managing fruitlessness needs to follow a strict eating regimen. Aside from keeping away from fried and unreasonably salty food, Ayurveda prescribes incorporating the accompanying foods in a patient’s diet:

  1. Almonds

  2. New Vegetables

  3. Entire Grains

  4. Dairy items, for example, milk

  5. New Fruits

  6. Dried Fruits

Every one of these foods give nourishment to the shukra dhatu, which can help in treating infertility.

Causes and Symptoms of Hypopituitarism

MBBS, MD - General Medicine, DM
Endocrinologist, Hyderabad
Causes and Symptoms of Hypopituitarism

The pituitary gland is a small, pea-sized attached to the base of the brain. It controls growth, functioning and development of other hormonal glands. Deficit of one or more pituitary hormones is a state of Hypopituitarism. This clinical term is used by endocrinologists to mean that one or more pituitary glands are deficient. In hypopituitarism, the pituitary gland does not produce the normal amounts of hormones.

Causes-

Hypopituitarism has the following causes—

  1. Brain tumours

  2. Sarcoidosis (A lung disorder)

  3. Tumours in the pituitary gland

  4. Hemochromatosis (Too much iron in the body)

  5. Tumours in hypothalamus (Controls the production of hormones)

  6. Histiocytosis X (A rare autoimmune disease where the immune cells damage the organs)

  7. Tuberculosis

  8. Stroke

  9. Sheehan syndrome (Excessive blood loss during childbirth)

  10. Lymphocytic hypophysitis (An inflammation in the pituitary gland)

  11. Radiation treatments like chemotherapy

Symptoms-

Symptoms depend on which hormones is not being produced.

  • Adrenocorticotropic Hormone (ACH): Lack of ACH affects the adrenal glands (endocrine glands producing hormones) and cortisol (steroid hormone). Symptoms include—

  • Thyroid-stimulating Hormone (TSH): Deficient TSH mostly affects the thyroid (produces growth-regulating hormones) gland. The symptoms are—

    • Fatigue

    • Weight gain

    • Skin dryness

    • Sensitivity to cold

    • Constipation

  • Luteinizing hormone (LH): Low luteinizing hormone in women affects their ovaries and ovulation. Symptoms include-

In men, lack of LH affects their testes and sperm production. Symptoms include-

  • Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH): This hormone affects men and women the same way the luteinizing hormone does. Thus the symptoms are the same.

  • Growth Hormone: In children, the growth hormone affects their bone, fat and muscle. They have the following symptoms—

    • Lack of height

    • Increase in body fat

    • Abnormal peak bone mass (bone tissue present after the skeleton matures)

In adults, the whole body is affected. Body fat increases while muscle and bone mass decreases.

  • Prolactin: Prolactin deficiency only affects women. The prolactin hormone gets the production of milk started after childbirth. Lack of prolactin thus affects breastfeeding.

  • Antidiuretic Hormone (ADH): The kidneys are affected by lack of ADH. Symptoms include—

    • Diluted urine

    • Frequent urination

    • Feeling excess thirst

  • Oxytocin: Lactation and childbirth are affected by lack of oxytocin. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an endocrinologist.

Safe days kon kon se hote he Kya period k 18 days k baad b pregnancy k chance hote he kya Ovulation day to 14 15 16 days me ho jata he na Kyoki mene sex 7 se 19 days tak kiya he kitni sambhawna he garbh vati hone ki.

MBBS, MS - Obstetrics and Gynaecology

Dear lybrate-user, safe days tabhi sure rahte hain jab cycles regular ho. Agar cycle 28 to 30 days ki hai to 7th day se le ke 23rd day unsafe rahta hai. Isliye haan 18th day unsafe hai. 14 th day ke aaspaas ovulation hota hai. Lekin exact sambhavna kehna mushkil hota hai. Wah har mahila mein alag hota hai. Karib 30 % chances ho sakte hain normally. Thankyou regards
