Hi,Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals. Exercise at least 5 days a week, 30 minutes each time. We are here to guide you. Tips for removing kidney stones: 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. Pls send your usg report becoz medication for stones depends upon size number and location of stones and can be given after usg.

Occurs due to blockage of pores of sebaceous gland producing sebum leading to accumulation of sebum and causing inflammation and producing pimples/Acne. Treatmrnt –Wash your face twice daily with soap and warm water to remove excess oil/by Acnestar soap (Benzoil peroxide. Don’t scrub your face. Apply moisturizer, Apply acnestar gel (1%clindamycin+15 nicotinamidetwice daily for 4 week .If no relief, consult skin specialist.

Dear it depends on regularity of menstrual cycles ..if menses are irregular it is suspected of thyroid disorder..and for obesity she can try the tips below... 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Related tip: the most powerful way to put on weight - snacking right.

Lybrate-user As you asked about your problems related to your mother's abdominal pain I would like to advise you to follow the following Ayurveda medicines as given below. 1- Shiva Kshar Pachan Churns -one small spoon Vajra Kshar --1/2 gm Tankan Bhasm--1/4 gm Kauri (Varatika) Bhasm 1/4gm mix togather and give her with warm water -2 to 3 times in a day. 2- Ajwayan Ark 2spoon Saumph Ark 2 spoon mix togather. In a cup of water and give her 2'3 times daily. I would like to advise you not to give her any solids food. Only Khichari and Dariya with moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and ghee and garlic two times daily. She may use warm water boiled with ginger, Saumph and Ajwayan seeds one cup every half-hour for whole day. If she feels better result then continue it for a week otherwise consult any local Physician.

Our body start burning store fat after 1/2 an hour of exercise . If you want to loose your fat, stop adding further it in your diet , so that body can use your already stored reserves . Have 2 Egg white or any other natural protein source after 1/2 an hour of gym . It will help in build up of muscles .

My wife is suffering from acute pain in the tail bone when she tries to get up after sitting for sometime.What can be the cause and the remedy? She is 61.

Did she have a fall if so it could be coccxydynia try the following 1. Apply diclofenac gell and after 20 minutes prepare hot water in a tub expose the affected area and sit in it for 20 mins (sits bath) 2. Get a doughnut pillow and use it for sitting 3.If there is no improvement counsult physio and apply ultrasound therapy

Is it a black mole which can be mentioned as an identification mark? present from birth or greyish colour developed recently in which case it can acanthosis nigricans seen in diabetic insulin resistance people. You have mentioned any health problem relating to this mole. if it is about diabetes tell me your fbs,@hr ppbs and hba1c levels to suggest medication. You can ask me privately.
