Is there any side effect for using mobile phone the time of pregnancy period? Will it effect fetal growth?

Is there any side effect for using mobile phone the time of pregnancy period?
Will it effect fetal growth?
Dear user. We can't say for certain that mobile phones are safe to use while you're pregnant. Mobile phones have only been widely used since the 1990s. The research that's been done so far suggests that there is no serious risk to your health or your baby's health from mobile phones in the short term. I would suggest to take maximum precaution. Take care.

Please see that some herbal procedures strengthen the pelvicpelvic/ coccygeal nerves (apaan vayu vitiatiin correction). It involves genitalia as well. For gaining sex power and addressing earlier wetting our herbal combo for female strength may be opted that contains ashoka, rodhra, pushyanug etc for few weeks. It controls leucorrhoea, regulates m. C. Too. Maintains ph of vagina. Herbal wash with combo is also very useful.

Ayurveda and Menopause

Ayurveda and Menopause

Menopause is one of the most significant transitions in the life of a woman. While it is a natural process, it often entails a lot of discomfort and re-adjustment. A woman’s body undergoes a lot of hormonal changes, it is therefore essential to maintain a healthy sociological and physiological ambience around the woman to minimize the distress that can potentially arise in times like these. During menopausal changes, the body tends to amass a lot of impurities.

Ayurveda recommends specific diet plans and lifestyle decisions to ease out the transition. Ayurvedic methods are aimed at reducing the enormous emotional stress that a woman is likely to endure during these times. Some of the practices that can mitigate the anxiety caused by menopause have been enlisted below:

  1. Balanced Diet: Having the necessary nutrients in the rightful quantity is extremely necessary to soothe the menopause induced agitations and trauma. Ayurveda recommends that you avoid food items that trigger off indigestion problems. Extremely salty and sour foods as well as spicy and oily foods can prove to be detrimental for you during menopause. Dressings and condiments like ketchup and mustard are known to not resonate well with the digestive system when your body is undergoing hormonal changes. Ideally, you must follow an astringent diet. Food items which are sweet and bitter to taste have benefiting properties. Wheat based foods as well as sweetened dairy products are extremely favorable. You may also look at leafy vegetables for purifying the system from within and acting as a rich source of protein. One of the most foremost guidelines to follow during menopause is the increased intake of water.

  2. Lifestyle Choices: To facilitate an easy transition of the bodily systems, you need to advocate certain conscious lifestyle changes as well. It is important to adapt to a healthier way of living so as to avert any physiological consequence of menopause. You need to get sufficient amount of sleep in the course of a day. Sleep rejuvenates and refreshes the body for a healthy mechanism and provides the requisite amount of rest. Hot oil massages can also prove therapeutic during menopause and palliate pains and irritations that are likely to occur in such times. A timely intake of the meals is yet another mandatory routine that you must follow to battle the menopausal discomforts. Finally, Ayurveda recommends regular exercising for leading a happy and healthy life ahead.

Pcod is not a disease, it is a disorder and there is nothing you can do in one month. She has to alter her life style, her diet. She has to be active physically like exercise and walks daily and high protein, low carb and low fat diet. Weight has to be maintained. Follow your doctor's advice as far asedicimea are concerned as medicines are given keeping ininf lot of factors.

Please be aware of hosts of side effects of contraceptive pills. Condoms are always better. Also know the safe periods which are first to seventh day of the menstrual cycle and 21st to the end of cycle. You may not use condoms in safe period.

Aapke uterus me soojan ya infection aur aap anaemic bhi ho sakti hain. Complete check up karwana ek achhi baat hai. Mera ye suggestion hai ki abhi aap conceive karne ki na sochen. Pahle anaemia, pain, soojan, infection aadi ka treatment zaroor kar len. Iske liye ayurveda's aartav shuddhi procedure karen (yeh ek non invasive, non surgical, non toxic, safe and natural herbs ke decoction sewan karne ka procedure hai). Female friendly herbs jaise rodhra, ashoka, nagarmotha, root of vasa, daruhaldi aadi ke dwara banaya jane wal kadha peene se anaemia, uterine infection, inflammation, cramps aadi door ho jaye hain. M. C. Regular hota hai. Ovulation achha hota hai. Ovarian functions me sudhar hota hai. Santaan bhi swasth paida hoti hai (husband ke'veerya poshan ka bhi dhyan rakhen to shartiya santan barhia paida hogi). Isliye aapko advise hai ki aap 2 se 4 month me ye awashya kar len aur phir swasth mann se sambhog karen aur achhi generation payen. God bless u.

Hi lybrate-user if no ejaculation then chances of getting pregnant will be very low as you had sex in safe period and also used emergency contraceptive. Delayed period with spotting could be due to hormonal imbalance. To be doubly sure please get a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. If you don't see period in 3-4 days then you will need tablets to get period.

Hi. I am in 20 days after c-section delivery. Can I take normal diet now. Please advise if I need to avoid any foods. Than you.

Hi. I am in 20 days after c-section delivery. Can I take normal diet now. Please advise if I need to avoid any foods....
You should have a normal balanced food and mild exercise regularly. Have atleast 500 ml milk extra if you are feeding. Take extra proteins like soya, eggs, cheese, poultry etc. Don't indulge into extra calories if you are already overweight. Eating extra calories post pregnancy is the gateway to obesity .All the best.

It's better if you use condoms during intercourse. Takin I pill is not safe everytime. It wil affect her cycles and chances of ectopic pregnancy are high and if you both r gonna hv regular intercourse let her have oc pills.

Hello, You can try if one of your tube is open. Wait for 3 months after the surgery. If you are anxious to become pregnant then get follicular monitoring tube to check if egg is forming on the side where the tube is open.

Hello, As you are on your late thirties the basic cause behind your low sperm count is reduction in blood supply towards testicles due to deposition of atheromatous plaques on inner walls of blood vessels. It can be corrected and your sperm count can be made normal with the help of ayurvedic medicines. Activities like daily exercise, sound sleep, stress free life and healthy diet can ensure your accelerated recovery along with the medications. Good luck.
