Hi, I am 39 and my wife is 38. We have 13 years old daughter. I may kindly be informed that how many time sex in a week can be considered as healthy sexual relation?

Medical Daily reports that a for research in Sex, Reproduction and Gender suggests that age has something to do with how often you have sex. No real surprise here: 18-29 year olds were the age group that had the most sex, with an average of 112 times per year, or twice per week. Meanwhile, those in the next age group, 30 to 39, had sex an average of 86 times per year, and those in the 40 to 49 age group had sex an average of 69 times per year. It's probably not too surprising that the frequency with which people have sex drops off as they age.

Not really as week before period you will not have any fluid discharge and also adbominal cramp might be due to menstrual cycles however this abdominal cramp is quite common in pregnancy women.

I have severe cramps during my periods starting from one day before period starts till after bleeding stops on 3rd or 4th day. I am 30 years old and married for last 10 years. I do not have children and have decided to remain childless. We currently use condoms as contraception. I visited a gynecologist who clearly said that I have primary dysmenorrhea and there is no cure except for painkillers. He also suggested me to have child to get rid of period pain permanently. I have been thinking about using oral contraceptives hoping that it may reduce pain or if I continue taking oral contraceptives without break, I may avoid having periods. Am I thinking correctly. Kindly suggest what oral contraceptive (name & chemical composition please) would be suitable for me!

Gynaecologist,

what you are suffering is Pre menstrual syndrome and dysmenorrhea. This occurs due to some hormonal factors and the dysmenorrhea could be spontaneous or due to some some fibroids, ovarian cysts or pelvic infections. There are many ways to cure dysmenorrhea, but taking pain killers is the cheapest and commonest way Yoga, mild exercises, accupressure, can also be used to reduce period pain For premenstrual syndrome you can take some tablets which are nutraceuticals and this can help your pain factor before menses, but these tablets have to be taken atleast 5 days before menses. Yes, Oral contraceptives can help you with relief from dysmenorrhea and PMS. So you can use them. Unfortunately, ONE CANNOT prescribe on a chat forum like this without a prior consultation in person. so if possible meet a Gynecologist and get examination done. It;s OKAY if one has to take painkillers for pain at each menses, THEY dont harm you so much. Pain killers ALWAYS have to be taken after a good meal But one must take anti acidity tablets too before consuming pain killers. If you paln to remain childless, then the unopposed estoigens can cause some problems like tumors in breast, or uterus ( fibroids) which are common in unmarried elderly patients

Hello, this is Dr. Sunita Jonwal. I am MD from Mumbai University since last 26 years I have been practising as an Ayurvedic Gynecologist and practising successfully. Infertility, PCOS, all the kinds of Gynecological disorders, today, I am going to talk about how to know about PCOD or PCOS and its management. PCO mean Polycystic ovary syndrome. Ek esi bemaari hai k 100 me 80 sereo ko pta hi nhi chalta k on ko PCOD naam ki bemaari hogi h. kesy jany k humien PCOD naam ki bemaaari hogi h? Ye aaj me aap ko btana chahti hn. Bht sary sereo ko irregular menstruation yani jo mahavaari hona jis ko mehna ni ata h jesy 1.5 1.5 maheeny k baad ata hai, ya 2 2,ya 3 3, kabhi kabhi 6 maheeny k baad b ata h, ya kabhi kabhi mahavaari itni hona heavy peroids prolong sammy k lie boht zyada sammy k liye hona. Ye bhi PCOd ka ek lakshan ho skta h. chahry ya puri body p excessive hair growth boht zyada matra me bolun ki samsia uprn hoti h jesy moustache uprn hona ya daari k baal ana, ye sati PCOD k syndrome k under antragt samawit kiya jata h in ko. Phr infertility jesy due excess Androgen ki upati se jo ovaries hain os me small cyst paida hony lgta h jis ki wja se patient ko egg mature ni hota jis parenaam soru eggs mature na hony ki wja se PCOD ya infertility ho skti h. teesra lakshan h Obesity. Obesity me wajan pait k lower abdomen h, wahan p charbi ka uprn hona boht zyada hona ye sb hormones imbalance ki wja se obesity patient ko shoro ho jati h. Chotha lakshan h Depression, stress, anxiety ye sb b hormonal imbalance ki wja se hoti h. panchwa lakshan h testosterone ki zyada upati ki wjase aap ko male hormones zyada hony ki wja se cyst both zyada matra me aap k ovaries me juma hony lgta h. ye sari jo cheezein hain irresgular menstruation, hirsutism, obesity, irregular mensturation, heavy mensturation se aap samajh skty ho k aap ko PCOD naam ki bemaari ho gi hai. Abhi is k management k liye kya krna h. PCOD ki management bobht hi asaan hai. Sirrf aap ko apna wazan control mem rhna hai, roz neem**** vit neam kren, healthy diet apnaey, paranayaam yoga aur sath sat aap ko aap ka wazan k sath sath aap ko aap ki neend ka khayal b rkhna h. jinta zayda aap dair se soo gy ya dair se utho gy, os se bhi aap b hormones boht zayad paramaan me imbalance ho skty hain. Thori… aap is ko ye b keh skty hain k ek life style disorder aur hormonal imbalance ka mila jula ye ek saroop yani PCOD. To life syle aap ko modification krna h kiya klhan h kiya nhi khana h, ye sb cheezien Dr. Jonwal NAP theory me di jati hain. PCOD na ek sharidic bemaari h physical k sath sath mentally jis ko ki depression ki wja se jo takleefein hoti hain os e aap ki PCOD aur bhi zyada wast ho skti h. For more information you can contact us on lybrate.com aur aap video consulting b kr skty hain ya text zariye aap ki samasia bta skty ho.
