These are the methods to treat black heads -.• Blackheads are formed due to blocking of skin pores. Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the blackheads three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of MAHAMANJISTHARISTA of BAIDYANATH company, meal it in a glass of water & take it once a day after meals

Kindly get scaling done and use gum paint and mouth wash twice daily for 15 days. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene. Also notice that you are not constipated most of the times as this is also one of the reasons for bad breath.

Hi i Am 66 year female with weak bones what should I take in diet mainly for improving weak bones.

Lybrate-user ji, this weakness is due to degenerative process in body as per age. You should start taking 1 spoon ghee in milk. Take 1/2 spoon of methi powder, and dates daily. You also require medicine to slow down this degenerative process. Consult with full detail of your self like - you have diabetes /hypertension/ or any other disease so that proper treatment can be given.

I am 19 now. I was 5.5 two months ago and now I am doing stretching exercise twice a day and also I consume 250 ml milk with ashwagandha powder. My father is 5.11 and my mom is 5. Do I still grow with my activity and after 21 can I have operation or consume any capsule to gain 3 inches more. I want to grow 3 more how can I achieve it please do suggest me!

During the gym I have pain in my lower back left testie thai and left leg. But lower back pain is not now. Bt testie n leg pain is continuing about 6 months. N doctor give m serra d tablets bt I am still same. Some time pain under the toe. Please help.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - since you have also mentioned pain in legs, I can tell you that there are certain medications like tab pregabalin or tab gabapentin which are available and can be initiated in small doses for your leg symptoms. - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home, initially tens can be a useful modality for you. - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Use triphala churna at night 1 tsf wd a glass of warm water at night for 5 days. It will clean your stomach and make you fresh.
